I wouldn't know the first thing about car maintenance. When I walked in to this office for a second…read moreopinion I was greeted with kindness and great customer service from the front desk and by Mr. Blake. Explained my tire pressure monitor issue as best as I could and he walked me out to my car to see it for himself. He did a courtesy walk around and quick inspection of my vehicle and instantly told me what was specifically wrong. Just off of the 15 minutes spent with him, he explained everything that he was doing, how it can be fixed, how much it would cost and that they could do the service right on the spot. I was blown away. Never in all of my 13 years of driving have I been assisted with great car maintenance customer service the way that I was at Billingsley Tire in those 15 minutes. I needed new tire pressure sensors for my vehicle which definitely was not what my initial tire and Auto shop told me needed to be done to fix the dash error that kept coming up. In the process of replacing those, Mr Blake rolled one of my tires in the waiting room to where I was sitting to physically show me the alignment and tread on my tire and how by the book this means it needs to be changed in the near future. He did not pressure me at all to buy a tire at that moment, just simply getting me as the customer to understand some things they look at in the tire and auto world and simply to give me a warning. That meant a lot to me as a woman who doesn't know cars at all. That was TOP TIER customer service. That is the reason why I will no longer be going to any Tire and Auto place but here in Lemoore at Billingsley Tire. Great staff and great help in my time of need on a late Friday afternoon. God bless this Staff and this Business. My husband and brother will be bringing all of our cars here. "It must be right or we make it right" -Billingsley Tire, Inc

I understand a shop gets busy, just a heads up of their actual estimated time would have been nice! The front desk let another customer know the waiting time and even offered them a ride home. They promote the $75 oil change with tire rotation, I paid $79.94, don't really know why the add on. It seems like a trustworthy place, other customers come in and seem they have had great experiences there. My experience tanked when I got into my car and there was a lot of dirt all over my break pedal and mat, my instant thought was that I just might have not noticed it before but then I realized the wet dirt on the break pedal drying up.

I limped into their yard in nwed of immediate attention. My radiator hoses sprung a leak and I could have gotten stuck in the dessert somewhere, but KC Tire was there with a POSITIVE attitude and the right tools to drop everything he was doing to help me get back on the highway without delay. The grandfather helped me, his son assisted, and the grandson watched and joked with me. They are GOOD Men. Did not take advantage of me and charge me an arm and a leg. Also, on the way back from my pickup, my battery light was blinking on my dash and I feared the worst , that my alternator was shot. KC Tire was just closing up shop for the day, it was late, 6pm, but they saw that I was stressed and once again sprung into action, they tested my alternator, saw that it was still working fine, and that really put my mind at ease. I got home safe from there , another 3 hours, and I owe it ALL to KC Tire Service! Thanks Guys! God Bless You!!!

I can't say enough good things about these guys! I brought my truck in after constantly having…read moreproblems with my front differential. Every time I'd take it out to the dunes and drive through the sand to get my camper where I wanted it, the front differential would end up cracking or failing. Brett and Kev took the time to diagnose the real issue and came up with a permanent solution. They fabricated a custom bracket to reinforce the front differential, making it much stronger, and also re-geared both the front and rear differentials. I was honestly a little hesitant at first because I'd had so many failures in the past, but after taking it back out to the dunes and putting it through some hard driving in the sand, it performed flawlessly. The difference is incredible. My truck feels stronger, more capable, and gives me the confidence to drive it the way I always wanted to. If you're looking for knowledgeable people who stand behind their work and build things the right way, I highly recommend Brett and Kev at Big Boyz. Thanks again, guys you turned my truck into a beast!
