I dont believe they performed the service requested. I requested a flat repair, my tire is low again,i believe all the firestone at ft. Riley did was overinflate my tires. No mention in the paperwork as to why my tire was leaking and the counter man didnt know. The did tell me that my headlights did not function. They simply did not turn them on. Do not recommend repairs if you dont understand how the systems work. read more

Dodge Ram 1500 is in for simple engine preventative maintenance. They replaced the cabin air filter but didn't install it correctly, I had to finish the job. Picked up my truck with an A/C valve broken. A/C doesn't work now store denies the mechanic was anywhere near that area and won't fix it. Never use this store!! read more

VERY happy with the professionalism, fast response, and hard work of these employees. Got screwed over by Firestone in Colorado Springs, and had to start driving for work. Stopped here, they obtained authorization right away from Fleet to do the oil change, had the correct oil, and took care of everything in a very timely manner with a great attitude. read more

Stellar. We had a serious brake issue and they let us know it was going to take a while. I didn't have a way to leave so me and my two babies waited for 3 hours. 3 hours! It was so fast especially considering they had to run and get parts. Their customer service is amazing and if you are able to drop off there's no downside. This Firestone Complete Auto Care is on Fort Riley, so there is limited access to non military or non DOD civilian personnel and families. But the guys there rock! It is located within the shopette across from the Irwin Army Community Hospital. Seating is limited to two chairs if you intend to wait while repairs are done. But being in a shopette, there is plenty of food to purchase. I had originally looked at the Firestone in Junction City when I wanted to replace all four tires on my Jeep. The people I dealt with in JC were not very friendly and slow to respond to attempts to schedule an appointment. When I learned I could use the Firestone on post, I made contact and found the guys there to have excellent customer service skills, and a genuinely caring attitude. My Jeep was treated right, I was treated right, and the prices seemed comparable to the market. I have since had multiple oil changes done at the Firestone on post besides getting my four new tires, I've had my Jeep's tune up done there, and they are taking care of my broken motor mounts as well. I trust these guys with my Jeep! The only reason I rated 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because it is located on post and may not be accessible to JC locals not affiliated with the post, and because the seating is so very limited. read more

Needed a simple oil change. Made an appointment for 11:00 on a Saturday. Came in earlier than appointment and dropped car off. Asked for an estimated time for when it would be done as we were just going to wait for it. Was told it would it would be 12:00/12:30 at the latest and that we would receive a text. Didn't receive one around 12:15 so went back to check on it to see the car hadn't even moved from where I left it. Told we would be the next car in but it would probably be 45 minutes more. Why even make an appointment if they aren't to take my car until close to two hours later? And why tell me it's going to be an hour when it's not? Had the best customer service experience here. All cashiers and management were extremely professional. In the middle of waiting for services to be finished, the manager received an unwelcome call and unknowing voiced his concerns within earshot of my children in the waiting area. I did not bring it to their attention but when they realized, he apologized and offered to make it right....without me saying a word! Highly recommend them! read more

I'm giving them a 2 star just because I felt they rectified the situation on my truck but after screwing up TWO times on two separate vehicles on two separate occasions ... I'll never go back. The female on the phone said she was a manager but had horrible customer service skills. Instance 1: took truck in after booking appointment 5 days in advance just to be told that the part wasn't there but they could potentially have it that day. Called me later in day to say sorry, tomorrow it should be here. Call again to let me know yet again, part had not come. They ended up comping the labor for that ordeal. Instance 2: left engine oil cap off of my engine and also didn't fill my antifreeze. Drove 2k miles unknowingly without that cap. Got to our destination to oil on the ground. Called Firestone to which the female manager was unapologetic and said "there is nothing I can do unless you bring it in". Called the local Washington location explained the situation and they checkout my vehicle to ensure there was no damage. I will never use the Fort Riley location again after these past two experiences. Firestone is the only one I've trusted with our vehicles but this location will NOT get another dime for us. read more

Went here for a very simple oil change... Had an appointment set up and let them know I would be waiting as it usually takes about 30 minutes tops to do a complete oil change. It's now an hour and 40 minutes later. Wth is taking so damned long!?!?! read more

I took my car in for an oil change and new tires. After my tires were put on (very happy with them!), I was told that my drain plug threads were most likely stripped and that it was over tightened by the Fort Lee location and would require a whole new drain pan. Thankfully they were going to charge that location for the new oil pan and plug. It turned out that the tech at this location misread the severity of the situation and it was just a stripped plug on the outside and not the threads themselves. After a quick drain plug exchange they changed my oil for free! Excellent customer service and work! read more
