The driver dropped the car right then and there, went back into the building and the owner, Lanny Wolf, refused to open the door or answer the phone. We called local PD and they got Lanny to the door. He said that it was done on the street so it wasn't his problem and refused to fix or pay the repair costs. He told PD that if I didn't leave he would charge me storage fees costing more that the damages his employees did. PD went along with this - Lanny's brother is the county Sheriff'... Once we got the driver door open we left. Don't care if you have to pay double for any repairs it will be 10 rimes better than trusting this guy...

It smells terrible and is literally dripping water into my electrical chords underneath the carpeting that we have now had to rip up. They charged us $140 cash only to clean the inside of our van and didn't even touch the outside. When they returned our van to us everything was still soaked. My husband ran the heater and an extension chord with a fan in it for hours trying to dry it out. The next morning my windows were completely frozen FROM THE INSIDE. I had to scrape the ice off just to see to drive to work and had ice crystals all over my floor boards. We have tried towels, fans, our shop vac and even my blow dryer to try to get all the water up. A G Auto Detail has been very disrespectful on the phone with us twice and refuses to refund our money even after us having to rip up all of the rear carpeting to clean up the mold and attempt to remove the water. I went shopping for a body repair shop to do a basic sand and repaint of my beautiful classic car. Larry Ruiz is the owner of this pitiful establishment. He under quoted my body work to get my business then as soon as my deposit was in hand, used the term "latent conditions" like Carte Blanche on my check book in order to more than double my original estimate pushing my bill into the multi thousands. When I asked to recover my car and go elsewhere, he threw an astronomical figure at me for work conducted far. When I showed to pick up my car the "work so far" involved sanding of two panels and great huge globs of bondo hardened into my driver seat. I paid off nearly the total cost of a repaint at a more reputable shop and considered it a lesson learned. Now I'm missing trim pieces from my body and when I call to demand my expensive chrome pieces back, he endlessly quotes Bible scripture at me, calling me a serpent and comparing our failed business arrangement to the temptation of Jesus in the desert. I am outraged by this man and his business. The only reason I left my car there to begin with was due to the knowledgeable and sincere efforts of an employee who I will not name since I wouldn't want my name publicly associated with such a duspicable organization. And I use the term organization loosely. Soldiers beware, this place is out to take your money and rip you off. After my debacle I have found several other soldiers who have had nearly the same story. The work (if it ever gets done) is far from quality, and the owner is far from trust worthy. Even other local business owners in Junction City have cautioned me, too late, to steer clear of Ruiz and his Bible beating insanity. And Larry, if your reading this, I want you to know that your hypocrisy and unscrupulous business practices damage Christianity to the detriment of all because you use scripture to double deal with good people.
