I found one solid review for Extreme, and it was the first recommendation an O'Reilly Auto Parts employee had for me. If you find yourself in need of repair in Junction City, I can't recommend these folks enough. They managed to squeeze in an out of towner in dire need of help as quickly as they could, and were amazingly friendly in the process. I dealt with four different employees and each was just as friendly and helpful as the last. Knowing I was on a rushed schedule, they did what they could to get me back in the road, and went so far as to give me the exact part number I'd need when I had time to get to a dealership. Seems like a fairly small detail, but it's those little touches that make the extra difference. They brought me in to visually show me exactly what was wrong, give a detailed breakdown of what was happening, and had me take off to test drive it and make sure I was comfortable with it before continuing on my journey. I have terrible luck with automobiles, so I've spent my fair share of time in shops. I can say with 100% accuracy that this was the most pleasant experience I've had in a shop, which is extra impressive considering the nerve-racking circumstances I found myself in.

My trailer broke down near this business, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing…read more I was charged approximately $2,000 just for them to bring their equipment out roughly 12 miles, and the invoice listed 21 miles. The repair also took nearly three times longer than the timeframe I was originally given. I was billed for 10 hours of labor, even though the work performed should not have taken that long. If I had access to my tools (which were buried in the trailer), I estimate I could have completed the repair in about five hours myself. Additionally, I was billed for labor related to items that were damaged during the repair process. I had purchased several parts and specifically requested that they be replaced on both sides. Not all parts were replaced as requested, and the unused parts were not returned to me. I picked the trailer up at 10:00 PM, and due to the late hour it was difficult to fully inspect the work at that time. In total, I was charged close to $4,000 for a tire, rim, and hub replacement. Based on the scope of work, I believe the cost was excessive for what was completed. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

I guess they thought it was funny to mess with their customers. I will be sure to make a police report. My drain plug wasn't tightened enough and I had oil leaking for weeks I never had to worry about it because I pay 120 for an oil change and I expect a place that markets itself off being a professional oil change place would have thier lives together, I recently learned how to change my own oil check it and have my vehicle in the best condition it can be I reviewed this place badly a couple weeks ago and was done with it but when I went to change my own oil I had seen a purolator tech a cheap oil filter you can find on Amazon for 4$ at most on my vehicle which only supports 5k miles but on my sticker it was 20,000 miles between the next change, this infuriates me because I've been doing so much unknown damage to my 28,000$ nissian titian which I've been serving hard in the military to protect and pay it off, I just wish this place never existed and I would say go on the maps and do your research before going to a place that can't even do the bare minimum this place didn't just rob me but also did damage to my vehicle and I hope whoever is in management of the parts and people gets fired or goes through a training, teaching them what they need to do to run a good functional business, this place is cheap for a reason.
