Great service and best prices in town. They don't try to charge you for unnecessary things and get the work done fast.

NAPA Auto Parts - Catlett Automotive NAPA - $69.99 retail? If you're gonna have a price like that on an air chuck then that outrageous price should be marked on the display!

While on a car rally in central Kansas I had an impact on my core support which tore my radiator…read moreopen. I was able to source the radiator from Catlett and made arrangements to pick up. I had another driver take me the 45 miles to get it. (And I was happy just to have found one). I impulse threw in a tire inflator that was displayed at the counter. No price was displayed and I did not immediately itemize my receipt due to the pressure of having to repair my vehicle. When I returned home I happened to look at the receipt and saw that I was charged 54.67 for a grease coupler. I had thought it was a simple misidentification and called to clarify my actual purchase and get a charge back. The manager Bob went through the trouble of going back and viewing security footage of me purchasing, which I never disputed, and telling me the solution was for me to return it to the store. I live 1769 miles away. An air chuck for 54.67? They thankfully had given me a wholesale discount because the grease coupler was 69.99 retail but to not be given any sort of explanation or justification seems crazy to me. If it's really that expensive and the description is just entered wrong into the computer, then fine, but I was criticized by Bob for not analyzing my receipt at the time of purchase. It's hard to believe that this air chuck is actually that expensive and Bob claimed he had no way to scan and actually justify the cost because he had no others in stock . Ya gotta know that was a lie. There's always a way for a retailer to establish a cost.

The two people behind the desk were very attentive, Janice and another fellow, but I didn't catch his name. They knew exactly how to find the parts I needed and were some of the friendliest cashiers Ive ever come across. They were both so incredibly nice to me and brightened up my day. Thanks for being the reason I smiled today :)

Absolutely horrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!…read more Went in there for spark plugs and an air filter and some advice and was quickly insulted many times. The elderly man working there seems to get a power trip by holding his knowledge of cars above everyone. He did not even listen to me fully about my car before telling my I have no business working on my car. It seems rather self-defeating for an autoparts store to suggest I not give them business. Anyways, after telling the guy he was rude for insulting me, I drove across the street to Autozone and they helped me with a smile. oh and guess what!? It turns out I knew exactly what was wrong with my car (considering I had the fault codes which the other guy ignored when I told him I knew the codes, what was wrong, and how to fix it). In my opinion, I doubt I was the first person to get mad at that guy and leave the store. O'Reilly missed out on a $100+ sale from just me; I can only imagine how much money O'Reilly has lost because of this guy.
