The most dependable place in town. Staff goes the extra mile to make things as affordable as possible. They fixed the bearings on our truck and we can't recommend them enough. Wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else. read more

If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 stars I would. Took my truck in for a lifter issue and they DROVE IT 14MILES and threw a crankshaft bearing on my truck. Before I took it to this scumbag, I scanned the check engine light and got the codes myself knowing some of my issue, left it there with a check engine light and a cylinder imbalance code. P1174/1175. Upon picking up the truck, ALL the codes were cleared with not even a check engine light. He told me it now needed a new engine. Some of the worst service and shadiest f****** place I have ever been too. Little WANNA BE Italian man just wants to take your money. DO NOT GO HERE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! read more

Went to get my ac fixed here on my 2016 Mazda. They "fixed" it. Left grease on my dash and my personal belongings in disarray when i went to pick it up. Now less than a month later the problem arose again. My boyfriend found and fixed the issue in 10 minutes using only his bare hands; the same problem in which they charged me $100 for.... read more

I was in town for 2 weeks visiting son, went to change my oil on my Jeep and stripped the oil plug. After looking at reviews, I gave the shop a call to see if they could get it off for me. Took it in the following morning and was extremely pleased that they didn't try to gouge me on the price. They charged me a very fair price so I gave them a nice tip. I highly recommend using them. read more

Brought in my 2008 Mustang Shelby GT for work on the transmission. This shop always does excellent work, does not attempt to oversell work that is not needed, and charges fair rates. The car is shifting as smooth as ever. Much thanks! read more

The Antilock Brake System light on my 2014 Malibu came on yesterday. I called Precision Automotive and they were able to schedule me in this morning. They ran the electronic diagnostics, identified the problem (right front sensor), and replaced the faulty sensor at a reasonable price. This is just the latest of many mechanical issues I have had with my cars and trucks over the past 20 years. They have always fixed the problem in a timely and professional fashion, and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. read more

I'm an OOS K State student, and when I first came to Manhattan I looked for a new place for car maintenance. After seeing the positive reviews, and asking around, I checked out Precision Automotive. I've only had great experiences here; they've done overall car checks before cross-country driving, routine maintenance (tire pressure, oil change, topping fluids, etc) and just recently checked out a weird noise on my car that turned out to be my muffler. Their prices are competitive/good, they're friendly and they are honest and straight with you (with the muffler issue, they wouldn't have been able to fix it as cheaply as another business, due to specialty equipment, in town and so they gave me their contact information). I am so thankful to go here! read more

Came in from out of town and my A/C went out. They fixed it on time and at a fair price. I recommended my daughter to them.

Have taken two of my daughter's vehicles here while she was attending K-State. They do excellent fair priced work. They were fast and always fixed the problem. Treated my daughter great! read more

Absolutely recommed this place for quality and outstanding excellent service!! I was here visiting from out of state and chose this place when my air conditioning wasn't working properly. They not only repaired it but also throughly explained the situation to me in a way I could understand what was going on. By far this has been the Best place I have ever used for my vehicle needs!!! I usually take it to the dealership where I live, but this was beyond comparison!! Anytime I am back here visiting and have any vehicle concerns this is the place I will go to!! Excellent service, reasonable prices and their integrity is superior!!! I highly recommend Percision Automotive of Manhattan Kansas!!! Kathleen C. read more

In my opinion best overall mechanic in Manhattan, KS. Fast service. Reasonable rates. Excellent dealing with women.

I am a college student with very little knowledge about my car. After noticing my headlights and interior lights flickering I drove to Precision Automotive Inc around 11:30am with no idea what to do. Greg asked thorough questions about the issues and listened to everything I had to say. He and Dan also worked with my dad (who lives back home) over the phone to decide what to do and how to pay. At around 5pm the same day Greg let me know what was being done (a few codes were run and they put in a new alternator after talking to my dad) and assured me that I could pick up my car after they double checked everything. The customer service was amazing. I am so thankful that what I thought was a stressful situation was easily and professionally handled by the guys at Precision Automotive. They made it easy to understand what was happening with my car, they fixed it extremely fast and well, and they even looked at a few other small issues at no cost just to be sure my dad and I were taken care of. They made living away from home and dealing with unknown car issues as easy as can be. I will continue to use them for all of my automotive needs. read more
