I traveled a hour to come to this location and let's just say I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED!! It's NOOOOooo way this location has 4.0 stars!! When my aunt and I got here it was at least 10 people here ok that's fine . So we got to the counter the person we spoke to told us it would be $200 flat with taxes ...it ended up being 200 and something ok no big deal the guy got very nasty with her his attitude was very nasty! We went to sit down about 10 minutes later a customer asked the guy (with the attitude) about something and of course the worker had the same nasty attitude and the customer went off(as he should have)!! He been there since 9 and here it is 2:30 and come to find out the mess his car up and didn't say anything until the very end! So other customers started saying how they were there since 8,9,10,11 etc and still no word on their vehicle. So I decided to take my car else where and asked for my keys the guy with the cross eyes asked (WHY) as if I owed him an explanation!! Very rude workers they were all playing instead of working and the inside of this place is disgusting !! Please learn customer service skills and if you don't know how to fix something on a person vehicle LEAVE IT ALONE!! read more

Went in for a compressor on a/c, tech wanted to do their on eval, didn't go so well it took 2 weeks to fix and a/c still didn't work. Took it back and sure enough it was compressor. Shop covered the cost for the inconvenience it cost. Outstanding customer svc. read more

While the website says, "Firestone Complete Auto Care stores proudly stock Qualis rotors and drums and Wagner ThermoQuiet brake pads" I was sold parts from AutoZone at a 200% markup. Invoice even lists the parts by the AutoZone part number (not the OEM part number that AutoZone also uses). The Social Media team has been the most responsive part of the Firestone Complete experience. I waited in the "showroom" far longer than it took the social media group to respond to a negative review. read more

I had a tire blowout on interstate 95 at exit 160. The tow company took me to this firestone dealer. It was late in the day and they were jampacked busy with a lot of customers. There were no appointments available but they squeezed me in and they worked late so I could continue my trip to visit my granddaughter. Everybody there was very friendly and I could not have asked for a better experience. read more

Had a blow out just north of here. Got there not long after they opened. I was gr warmly and helped right away. Unfortunately I have an uncommon size tire that wasn't stocked but they could get it. Had to wait til the place opened for them to get it, but they did what they could to accommodate me and get me back on my way as fast as they could. Great people here! read more

Had my appointment confirmed for 1pm. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours, truck hadn't been touched the whole time.

Had an appointment to get 4 tires installed. Waited over 5 hours. Another customer came in 3 hours after I did with no appointment and got 4 tires installed and was out the door 45 minutes before me. There were no issues or problems with my car. Just poor customer service. read more

Came In for a oil change and told them mycar was asking like it was loading power. He said they would need to put clearner in the fuel tank and it would cost 11.99. After I said something the check engine light going off and on he said they would have to clean the whole flue system and would cost 150.00 . paid it claim they done the fiue cleaner card still acting up. I looked on you tube it could be a number of things. He should have do a diagnostic check before doing anything especially when you talking about a jump some of mony Fire atone has my busines. read more

Oh, wow, what a blessing! On the way home from Myrtle Beach, my left rear tire went bad. To make matters worse, I had had to change the right rear tire (which had a cut in it) the day before, so I had no spare tire. Contacted AAA, to get a tow truck to come out. With little confidence (it was a Sunday) I asked the AAA rep if there happened to be any repair shops open in the area. She told me that this Firestone was. Got my vehicle towed to the shop, and the staff there was fantastic! Got a new tire, and got back on the road. I cannot recommend them enough. read more

On my way back to NY the alternator failed on my MDX and was stuck in Florence for the night as everything is closed o Sunday. I contacted Firestone before it closed and was told to come back tomorrow @ 6 am as stated on yelp that they'll be open and able to help. It's 6:00am and seating outside the shop, not a soul around and yet, on Yelp is showing open and was told by worker yesterday that it'll be open @ 6 as well. Very disappointed as I'm having to wait here based on the wrong info provided by yelp and the employee I spoke to Jessica yesterday. When the shop finally opened, I questioned Jessica in regards the info she gave me and the times posted on yelp she was very in apologetic and only said to would make the adjustments on yelp but who's gonna adjust my wasted hour? So much for southern hospitality. The shop finally opened @ when I requested a manager, it turns out the manager is in fact Jessica, the one who told me to come in @ 6 and she blames on corporate for the hours to be posted wrong on yelp, and it doesn't stop there. I actually had the alternator that I bought @ auto zone the day before and they refused to use it, again as per Jessica " the manager" she claims is corporate policy. So I waited 1 hr for them to open and been waiting for another hour for the part to be delivered, which I already have and they're getting from auto zone themselves. No accountability, no customer service, nothing short of a southern nightmare. I'll be contacting the corporate office to file a complaint and request that Jessica goes back to Training. read more

We ended up stranded on the highway with a flat tire. After Googling this location, we spoke with Jessica. She was incredibly helpful in providing information about our tire leak. Unfortunately, Firestone did not have our tire in stock, but that did not stop Jessica from giving us directions to the nearest locations that would have our tire and working to find an additional plan if we could not find a tire. I am not sure I continue to try Firestone. 3 times I have tried. First time was June of last year on vacation in Tennessee. Flat tire. Ordered tire online. Got there, sure enough they charges was 100.00 dollars more than what it quoted online. Claimed the tire was not there. I was pissed. The clerk took off the added 100.00 dollars out of what he claimed "kindness of his heart" Granted I was already being overcharged. Fast forward about 5 months ago. Another tire issue. My son's car. Same thing. He get's there exact same thing happens. Upcharged but he was in a jam and we live in Florence unfortunately with few businesses. Fast forward to yesterday. Notice my tire looked odd. Went online to find the tire. Firestone came up as having it. I saids, let me call first to make certain the tire was there. Oh, I was assured. Yes maam we have here it here in stock and I can set your appt for tomorrow while I have you on the phone because sometimes online appts don't transfer over to us. So, felt assured. SHOULD HAVE KNOW BETTER!. I get there 9:00 she turns the screen around with a TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRICE AND NOT THE CORRECT TIRE. 100.00 MORE than the price he told me the day before. She said the tire was not there. This is the same tire I ordered in TN the year before. I tell ya, they don't want customers to buy the cheaper version so they claim not to have it in stock. More money for them. Unfair business practices is what it seems like to me. I have reported them to BBC. 3 times, same business something is not right. Now I am stuck without a tire because he assured me yesterday on a Saturday when I could have done something about it. Today I can't. Don't go there if you do, report is so this can stop. read more

Located at the mouth of 5 points, and open 7 days a week. This is one of the few tire/auto shop open past noon on Saturday. My experience was wonderful. Presented a flat tire from a lawn mower, and without hesitation or waiting they checked it for leaks, punctures, and filled it. I was amazed. Surely, I would have been asked to have a seat and have to wait. Let me tell you, this place was busy. There is parking on the side and in the rear. Parking at the tip of a triangle is no picnic, so they utilize all sides. It is apparent, customer service and satisfaction is this locations main priority. read more

We are traveling cross country and we are towing about 12000 pounds in an enclosed trailer. We needed rear brakes on our vehicle. Chuck the store manager at Firestone is very helpful and knowledgeable. The shop was very busy with a lot of vehicles. We explained our cross country situation and not only did he get us in quickly he discounted the parts and labor. It helps our family on our trip. Not only would I recommend this firestone to everyone, I would go as far as to say I wish I lived in this town so Chuck could always work on my vehicle. Friendly people who want to help people get where they need to go. But very disappointed in how long we have been waiting to just change a tire. A friend told me to try Firestone for an oil change. I went inside and was greeted with a southern welcome. They then changed my oil and told me about another problem to "watch". This was not a sales pitch but a person showing concern. I paid then left and realized I needed a sticker showing the mileage for the next oil change and returned. A very friendly gentleman, named Nick, noticed my tires and the tire gauge light flashing in my car. He check my tires and the pressure and corrected the problem quickly I told him I was heading out of town and wanted to be sure I got there safely. He did all of this when it was close to closing time with a smile on his face. I will be back again soon to fix the other problem. I sure hope I see the same people working. read more

Sweet staff but they are really slow and do not know how to multi-task. I came in with an air leak from a screw in one of my tires while traveling. Stopped by to get it plugged and repaired at 10:30am and dropped it off to grab lunch, came back and waited until 2:05pm to have the tire fixed. All for one tire with the vehicle bays not full. Poor time management skills for a professional auto care service center. If you have time to kill while getting something done this is the place for it. Otherwise find another option. read more

While traveling from Philadelphia, on tour with my band, our van broke down outside of Florence SC. On a Sunday. Firestone was the only place open, so we had the van towed there. Once there the employees were very receptive and empathic to our problem. They ran a couple tests and while the tests came back with bad news, they still helped us out by knocking a couple bucks off the total cost. Not only that but with more shows to play and the fact we couldn't take the van any further, firestone allowed us to keep our broken down van on their lot for a few days while we figured out a solution to our problem. I went to Firestone in Florence SC on Friday at 7am to get an oil change and tire rotation. It took them 2 hours to complete this simple task. I asked the service guy why did it take so long, he looked at me like he did not understand what I meant. I said man I've been here since 7 am it is now 9am. He said i dont know. This is the same guy that signed me in. I asked him was that my oil that Advanced Auto brought he said yeah we had to wait on your oil. I said that would of been good to know before hand. I could have brought my own damn oil faster. I told this guy that because of the service with my tires in the past on other vehicles I was going to bring my new truck to them for everything. Before I paid him I told him I would never be back to this location, he did not care the slighest bit. He just wanted that $121. I hate walmart but I can go there and get faster better service than I got from firestone for less money also. I am very disappointed in firestone. read more
