Watched them drive it out of the bay Went to front. "Oh. The alignment hasn't been done. The tire techs can't report on the alignment, so it just shows done when the tires have been put back on." The sales rep didn't even listen to what I had to say just went out and ran a handheld machine over my tire and told me I needed two new front tires . never once even took it in the shop to look at it even though I told him the tires were only four months old. The tires had very low mileage with over half the tread still on them. All I had to do was travel approximately 166 miles for them. We had been experiencing dropping tire pressure while traveling home from vacation. We tried fix-a-flat and filling up at an air station but the tire pressure continued to drop at an even quicker rate. Happened to stop at Panera for lunch and parked in front of Discount Tires.
