Once there the employees were very receptive and empathic to our problem. They ran a couple tests and while the tests came back with bad news, they still helped us out by knocking a couple bucks off the total cost. Not only that but with more shows to play and the fact we couldn't take the van any further, firestone allowed us to keep our broken down van on their lot for a few days while we figured out a solution to our problem. Thanks again it was really awesome to see how helpful people could be.

Call back at 2:00 pm Chuck said somebody was gonna check it out before they close. I called back at 7:00 pm and they stated the technician has left for the day and was it OK for my vehicle to stay overnight and he promised to check it out Sunday. CALLED Sunday at 12:00 They stated that the vehicle was in the bay getting checked out and they will get back with us by 5:00. No call Sunday confirm my vehicle has been check out . My vehicle been sitting up at Firestone ever since Saturday. Now today is Monday a holiday they open until 5:00. Went up there to check up on it my vehicle . The unprofessional manager , Chuck stated that someone get to it today. Need to remind you that he promised ever since Saturday /Sunday that the technician was going to check the vehicle out. Nobody never checked the vehicle out, and it was still sitting in the same place we parked it Saturday. so I asked Chuck Monday September 7 why wasn't my vehicle checked out? He told me they don't have time for my shit and told me to leave out his business ... so unprofessional so the fact is they never checked out the vehicle and they want me to let us stay another night how professional can that be and then he was rude and nasty at the same time because you didn't check out the vehicle as you said a man word everything unless you don't keep it unprofessional Chuck. Unprofessional forgot that's not his business. He worked for that company.

We had recently brought in a service van that had one Catalytic converter stolen, and one still attached. The service request was to have the vehicle straight pipes and parts returned. After being notified the repairs were complete we picked up the van and were told the cat that was still attached was removed and sold. With no notification, And no discounts or adjustments to our bill. Why would any business do that to a customer and not at the least notify them of what was going on. Please be carful with taking your vehicles here. Make sure to ask plenty of questions and double check the work that was preformed. Let me be clear I am not outraged at the price I'm outraged at how they handle their customers.
