I brought my car there for a second opinion because I was told by a repair shop my 18 month AC Compressor was bad...Lee's Auto checked it out and said nothing is wrong, that it is working just fine. Feels good to have Honest people that you can trust!! I most definitly recommended them. They saved me from being Scammed. (BTW, I only went to first repair shop enquiring about Freon. Me, being female, they took it to another level. They even told me they had to do Diagnostic,‍,)

I called to inquire on day 3, and was told someone would let me know when they had a chance to get to it. After still no call, on Day 7 I called back and the manager rudely told me he didn't know what was wrong with it and had 60 cars ahead of me and since I was using a warranty insurance he had no idea when he could get to it. Very unprofessional and rude. Please don't waste your time, energy, or money here!!

I asked him why he was being such an asshole. He told me he would show me an asshole and said come get your car tomorrow and it's $500 they had dropped the transmission in two hours since I had first talked to him. I go to get it and even the owner was rude! I still don't quite understand why this all went down the way it did, but I will tell you these people were so rude and I would go anywhere but Aatco! Also the prices are way higher than competitors, but I don't mind paying for quality service which includes customer service. in my 50 years on this earth, I have never had an interaction like I did with that guy Daniel at Aatco.

I live in Raleigh, NC. The car died about an hour south of Florence. I had it towed to Woodards after the BMW dealer sat on it for over a week and took no action. If I lived locally I wouldn't hesitate to make Woodard's my first stop for service and repairs. Thanks!

I took my 2014 Mercedes-Benz ML350 here for what the shop described as a "Tune-Up / 6 Cylinder…read morePremium." Based on that wording, I expected a full tune-up service -- but the only work actually performed was: * replacement of 6 spark plugs * adding a bottle of fuel-injector cleaner No coils were replaced and no injectors were removed or serviced. The invoice shows $590.65 in labor under a vague "tune-up" line item, with no hourly rate and no labor hours listed. On a previous invoice from this same shop, their labor rate was clearly listed as $120/hour, and the amount billed on this job does not reasonably add up based on the limited work performed. After checking labor guides and comparison pricing, this charge appears well above normal independent-shop rates, especially given that the "tune-up" label did not reflect a full tune-up. I paid the invoice, but I will not return -- and I strongly recommend asking for: * a written itemized estimate * labor hours + hourly rate in writing * clarification of what they mean by "tune-up" before approving work
