Horrible. They changed my oil by draining it and forgetting to refill it. Also completely misdiagnosed a problem on a friend's car. Avoid!

Worst service ever. I went in to change my brake pads because they were worn out. When they eventually did change them, and charge me twice as much as they should have, I noticed it was making the same squeaking noise. A couple days later I went to get them inspected elsewhere, and they told me that whoever worked on them prior, put the brake pads on backwards. When I went to confront them about their inexcusable labor, all they said was "there's nothing we can do now". I was appalled. read more

I must admit that after reading some of the reviews I was a bit skeptical about going here. But I had a flat and I knew that the tire was beyond repair and I needed a new one. I was very nervous about going in here but I'm glad I did! First of all the Manager George was amazing! He explained everything answered all my questions and was very pleasant. I came in with some kind of leak to my car and an overheating problem, paid over 800 dollars and the car is still overheating. I called and spoke to the manager and he simply said that there's nothing we can do and there must be a problem in the engine and they don't fix that stuff. My question is then why fix something else and waste my time and money, this guy continued to insist that they fixed what they felt what they needed too but they did what they could. So I spent over 800 dollars to still have a busted car, that is not fair and not right. I hope calling headquarters will help. read more

I called and made an appointment for an alignment and to replace cv axle and have new tires mounted on last Sunday . I called asked them 3 times if they had the part (cv axle) and they said yes yes yes (This is odd as I would think they didn't have my specific part in stock and would have to order it). Ok. well that was a lie. I arrived waited for 20min. for someone to attend me. When he showed up , I gave him my name and said I have an appointment. I gave him my name and said I had an appointment for 20 minutes ago. I'm here for an alignment,cv axle, tires. He said "oh bro ! my bad. I was supposed to call you like 15 minutes ago.. The alignment machine just broke and we can't do the work. Sorry, You'll have to call again and make an appointment" I saw they were still doing an alignment on a car. I have many in my family and I'm familiar with what the alignment machines look like and how they work. Well I still asked about the part (cv axle) and made sure they would have it. Now when I'm there they say "oh no way, we don't have it in stock, we have to order it". I said, I have a new cv axle in the box. they said, Sorry we don't use other people's parts. I understand because of warranty issues why they would not use my part but tell me the truth. The service is absolutely horrible. How can they just waste someone's time . I don't understand how this is good business. Well they are too shady for me. I own 5 cars and have normally taken them to Firestone for alignments and tires. I will be definitely taking all of my business elsewhere. After I called two days in advance, made sure I asked them about the part, and this was the outcome!!!!!! . Horrendous. I call a day in advance to schedule service. Arrive ten minutes before my appointment, was told 45 minute wait. When I returned an hour and 15 minutes later my car hadn't even been acknowledged. Why the hell give appointments, why the hell tell people a time frame when people's time isn't going to be respected. The best part is when I arrived, saw my car exactly how I parked it, and was told " let me check on status". I said "there's no status this is exactly how I parked my car!!! I'm supposed to be heading to work using THIS car! Just don't waste your time with these people. Needless to say I will NEVER RETURN! read more

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation service. Scheduled an appointment and left the car at the time of the appointment. When I was called to get the car, (3 hours later), I noticed that the tire rotation had not been done and was noted to have been completed on the paperwork. When I asked the service advisor and the technician they simply said that they forgot to do it. When I asked why it was noted to have been completed they both brushed it off as if it was no big deal. When They said that they were going to do it, the technician backed my vehicle and hit another vehicle parked. I asked him to be careful and he came out cursing and dropping F-bombs. Very unprofessional and non respectful. I had been taking my vehicles there for over 20 years, no more. They did lose a loyal customer. Very disappointing experience. Strongly recommend to go elsewhere. read more

Horrible experience. The employees are nice and try to help you. The issue is with the website and the physical store working together. I had an appointment. I even printed the email with confirmation on it. I get to the location and they have no idea what I'm talking about. I show the service manager the print out and he says he can't help me. I've used them twice this year(2019). I've had different issues with work being done on my car but this was a big waste if time. read more

Dont go here they purposely damage your car. I replaced my tie rods and went here for an alignment. The alignment is still off and when I take the wheel off my car I find out they ripped the dust cover for my tie rod that I just replaced with a new one. They then decided to tell me it's broken and needs to be replaced. Wish I could give negative stars. read more

Stay away! Dangerous place. I recently had my brakes done. It turns out they didn't bleed my brakes properly and left air in my system. My brakes felt very soft when I hit them. Luckily my friend was able to help me bleed them when I got home. I will never go back to these amateurs. Do not trust them with your car! read more

Pay close attention to the bad reviews. I changed 4 tires on my luxury car here ; few months later one blows out almost died on the parkway (NJ). I go to them show them, they blame me. Saying that because the wheels weren't rotated, the tires wore on one side more than the other... Yet I rotate/align my tires there before I did the tire changes. So giving them the benefit , I changed the two front (one that blew was front right), now 6 months later, both go flat. Covered under warranty so they patched em. (Took them 6 hours to patch one?) Run and hide from this crooked business. I have photo proof. They sell defective "Firestone" Brand tires. I hope someone does a class action. Ill be the first to sign. Criminals. read more

This place should only be used for emergencies to change an emergency flat tire and thats it! I wouldn't trust these guys if they offered 80% off. Let me begin by saying I brought them a tire from my in laws car in my trunk, for them to replace the valve stem. Since the valve had a pressure sensor in it I was limited to the places I could take it to on a Sunday. They managed to replace the valve for 87$, that's right just the valve and sensor for 87$ which I guess was kind of reasonable considering the emergency type situation. But here is where they tried to rip me off, they told me I needed to go back for them once I put the tire back on the cars so that they can reset the tire pressure sensor to the cars computer by connecting it to a wireless reset "snap on brand" machine they showed me that had an Ethernet cable (which I thought was absurd). I told them I already have a car OBD computer reader (which I really do) and I told them that I could reset the cars check engine light/computer with my device but they insisted that it needed to be reset by them via a wireless connection for another 35$. I found it disturbing that both the manager and the lead service tech were trying to convince me to come back and do this. Because I know there is no such thing as to what they're talking about a wireless tire pressure sensor reset-er. Anyhow when I got home I put the tire back on my in laws car and opened the car manual to see if I could find information on how to reset the tire pressure sensor and low and behold it was a 4 step process that could easily be done at home with the cars key. I would give these guys no stars for trying to rip off a customer. read more

Went for a simple brake pad replacement. Had an appointment at 11:45 AM and told me at 12 that my car was going to be the next one in. Waited for a phone call back to hear about the brake inspection and decided to call back at 2:30 PM. Of course my car wasn't checked yet. By 3:30 they finally call me back telling me I need to replace my brake rotors on all four, which they estimated to be over 700 dollars. I wanted them to prove it to me so I went back to the shop and wasn't convinced that I needed all four brake rotors replaced. The brakes only started making noises the day before. Decided to take it to another shop and of course they took their sweet time (30 min) to take my car down. Horrible! Rip-off! Tried to get me to replace all brake rotors (overpriced too) when I just wanted a simple brake pad replacement. Should have checked the reviews before I even went! This place is an absolute disaster. I brought them my spare tire to fix, they botched it, so once I actually need a tire change in the middle of the highway I was caught with a flat spare and had to be towed. Brought it back, they would not own up to their own mistake claiming it was a different manager then so whatever happened they are not responsible for it. Second time I left the car, to fix that tire and rotate my tires, I came back to find my car sitting outside, unlocked, with the lights on. And as I drove out I realized they forgot to tighten the lug nuts. This time they "owned up" to the mistake and offered a free oil change as an apology...The day after I decided to randomly check the oil level - it was less than half full. And the coolant that I specifically asked to check on was almost completely empty. What a great way to "apologize". Everything they do is completely unbelievable. I was also told my car needed a number of repairs which later on turned out to be completely untrue. Do not go if you have ANY choice. read more
