Update: I contacted their corporate office and left my complaint. I guess the manager told them it was resolved therefore they automatically closed out my case without contacting me. This very much shows what Firestone the company is about and how much they don't care about the customer service being provided at their locations. I will never ever use a Firestone again and I'll be sure to tell others about my experience. Not to mention the manager at this location in Aubrey NEVER APOLOGIZED. And I wasn't refunded the extra money they all of a sudden charged me when they decided to place the tires of their preference on my vehicle. Ladies avoid this location! I went in for "lifetime wheel alignment" which by the way doesn't include balancing tires... but I digress. They came to show me a "stripped lug nut" that they obviously stripped with their tool. They then ask me if I was to replace it for $9..... I refuse and they proceed to put the damaged lug nut on which in turn damaged the bolt. He comes back to tell me I now owe $180 to fix the issue. I'm sure this is a scam they use often because they knew I was coming in for a "free service". Why promote a lifetime wheel alignment if you're going to upsell me on damages that your location caused? It's sad to see the sexism. I was the only one approached with these type of issues and there were three men sitting in the lobby with me. I'm well aware at how these type of places try to take advantage of women. I'll be taking my business to a female owned operation in the future like Honest1 in Castle Hills. read more

My husband went to get two new tires on our car and we were told that it would take an hour and a half at most to get them on. Yea no. It took over 4 hours! How does it take you 4 hours to put 2 tires on. How unprofessional and the service was terrible. Don't waste your money and time here. I hate to jump on the 1-star pile, but I've been here before and it was always OK but this time my experience was inexcusable. I drove in for an inspection at 10:00 AM and was told at the front desk it was first-come-first-served unless you had some service done at the same time, then you could make an appointment. I agreed to the upsell and was put in their system as a 4:00 PM appointment. I came back at 4:00 and a different staff member informed me that inspection time slots could never be reserved and removed that operation from my order, then explained that my service would be performed after all the other tickets in line ahead of mine. I have take my vehicles into this location twice now for a service check and each time they call late at night explaining there is something major wrong with your vehicle. This last time the mechanic called and said there was a hole in the radiator and for $600 he could replace. I told him to do nothing more to the vehicle. I then took the vehicle to the dealership where they confirmed there was not a hole in the radiator. I will never go back to this Firestone location. read more

I came here a year ago with an appointment and had to wait a little over 4 hours for just an oil change due to them not having a filter for my car. I brushed it off since my car was new. I decided to try them out again today. I made an appointment online last night, received my email confirmation and got here and I'm told it'll be 3 hours before I'm even in. Supposedly my appointment "didn't go through" even though I have my email to prove it. The people are nice, but I cannot fathom waiting this long for an oil change. It's completely ridiculous. I don't even know why I try this location, this is the second time I've been burned by this one. You have my truck for five hours for an oil change after telling me it would only be two hours max, i call after 4 hours and you tell me "it's being pulled in now, 30 minutes". I show up an hour later to have you tell me that it still hasn't even been pulled in the bay yet and that you've been busy. There were two cars in the shop when I showed up you just forgot. This all comes after you tried to fail my inspection for tires when the wear bars were clearly below the tread line and I called your inspector out on it. This store has a bad reputation in all the neighborhood pages surrounding it, now I see why. read more

I called them before I came for an oil change. They told me it would be no problem. I parked my car at noon. I came back at four and my car hadn't moved from the spot I parked it in. I went inside and said it would be done within an hour. They took advantage of me not waiting in the waiting room. I walked across the street for some lunch. The man who took my car in wouldn't look at me when I came in. I would not recommend this place due to costumer service issues. They also didn't fix a fan issue in my moms car. Providence Village automatics found a pile of leaves mice had gathered in there when Firestone told her they didn't find anything. They didn't even try to look. Just bad all around. I have tried to contact you several times to find out the status of my refund. The 380 store in Frisco had my car for over three months to fix an exhaust issue that they previously repaired. After three long months and several lies later stating they were waiting on part, taking it to other places to fix. They informed us two weeks ago they could not fix it and they were refunding us over 2000 back which was the cost of the repair. Now I still have not received my email. I have asked the area and the regional manager to call me back. No response now your customer service stated it will be another 48 hours until I hear from someone. I have already gone to the local media to see if they can assist with this complaint since I cannot get a response from your company. We are a family trying to survive and I need this money to get the car fixed correctly since this store is overpromised and under-delivered. I am going to every social media platform plus the news to get my voice heard. I was supposed to get an email to provide my bank information so I can get the money faster and I still have not received an email. We have been customers of Firestone for 30 years and this is the worst service I have received and now I will be taking my business elsewhere. Called them this afternoon last minute due to some damage to the underneath of my car due to driving through a flash flood last night. They told me they would take a look without an appointment and to come on by. Turns out it was an easy fix. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes and they didn't charge me anything. I was asked to hold and was put on a silent hold for 3 minutes, the phone then picked up and the person hung up on me. I tried calling back and they answered and hung up again. Scheduled a Simple oil Change a day In advance for 11am. Dropped it off early at 10:25am. Was told it should be ready at 12 or 12:30. So I show up at 12:25pm, hasn't even been pulled in yet. Would take another hour to get done. So what was the point of scheduling a head of time ? This place is slow, when I walked back in and when they were about to pull my truck in, they asked what I wanted done to the truck. We went to Firestone to get a new Interstate battery as our old one wouldn't take a charge any longer. It took over an hour to get the battery installed & at checkout they tried to charge us $25.99 for checking the electrical system. I complained & they backed out that charge. Since then a number of neighbors told me of their bad experiences at this Firestone at Crossroads. People have been told they need new tires when they don't, they were charged $110 for an oil change when the car dealership only charges $40 etc. It appears that this business is greedy and doesn't have the best interest of their customers at heart. read more

Outstanding customer focused service!! We hit something on the freeway and my husbands run flat tire was split open. He drove on it for almost 30 miles before we realized that it was flat. As we were driving, we passed this Firestone and decided to pull in and see if they could help us. It was 5:45 pm and they closed at 5 pm. After my husband walked in and explained the situation the manager offered to help. Clint recognized we were 30 minutes from home and had already driven on the tire for some time, so he and Jimmy found the same tire and stayed to get the tire changed. I am so grateful for their assistance tonight. If you need service, I highly recommend them - Clint and Jimmy will take great care of you! read more

We live 23 miles away from this Firestone location. Clint, the manager of this location, worked at the location near my home in Plano for the past several years and took excellent care of our family's vehicles. We tried to go to the Firestone location closest to our home, but did not have the excellent customer experience like we've always had with Clint's stores. I called to find out the location where Clint managed, and even though it was a 40 minute drive in morning traffic, we made the decision to take our Infinity to his store in Crossroads. As always, we were very pleased with the work that was done, and we trusted that our car was serviced to our expectations. Even though we drove past three other Firestone locations, two Discount Tire locations, and countless oil change and brake repair locations on our drive to Clint's store...we would do it again next time. Clint is the epitome of excellent customer service. I always take my vehicles to this location, and I have not had any issues until recently. I was dealing with a gentleman that I had never dealt with before. I didn't really mind, because I expected them to be thorough and communicate as well as their leadership. I had my vehicle worked on, and I felt like I had been slighted by their lack of communication and how a situation was handled. I was so disturbed that I reached out for assistance, from management. He attentively listened to my complaint, and he reassured me that he would do whatever in his power to rectify it. He was diligent in keeping his word and calling me with information, as soon as it was readily available. Firestone was unable to fix the issue, but they made sure that I was able to get it to a place that could fix my vehicle. Even with the misunderstanding that took place, I will still continue to patronize this location. I believe that Clint is knowledgeable and a man of integrity. I have been coming here since it opened. Because I don't believe in car payments, I drive an older car that requires extra TLC than normal. This Firestone does everything perfectly. If I need a weird part that isn't exactly "on the shelf", they find a good priced source, acquire the part, and do excellent work to keep my car on the road. All normal maintenance like tires, fluids and inspections are done with attention to detail. I recommend this location. read more

I dropped my vehicle off one morning to be worked on for quite a few things. I won't go into specifics but when I went to pick up my vehicle I made it a total of 10 yards before the check engine light came on. It was getting close to closing time though so they said I could leave it to be fixed in the morning or bring it back. I bring it back the next morning (a Saturday) and after sitting for more than 2 hours I am told they replaced a solenoid with the wrong one earlier but did not have the right one and would have to get one. So I drive it home and wait. 4 hours later they get it and call me. It takes maybe 45 minutes to get it fixed. I initially paid quite a bit for the repairs so I wouldn't expect to pay for something they said was already fixed right? They have this little guarantee thing posted on every table "if for some reason we fail to fix your car right the first time, then we'll remedy it at no cost to you". NOPE I get it all for the low price of Full price. I still have error codes present as well but they said they assumed it had something to do with something else they fixed and didn't see them after they wiped the codes. This place is fairly new but I hope you get a better experience than I did. read more
