I been coming to this Firestone for years the manager Jeff I' is always on point and gets my car taken care of in a timely manner.

It was 6:60 am. when I pulled into this Firestone with the rear tire, dead flat. Somewhere on my route home, it flattened the rubber, and I did not know until the next morning when I was on my way to work. I knew i was in for a wait, but I can not work without my car. They worked on my car, but I had to wait until the wheel size came in from Longwood since my car is a 2006 and they're not easily available at every store. In the wait time, I actually napped while sitting within the waiting area. The car was ready for me by 9:45am, and I was on my way into work. My only issue was that when searching for the tire lugs, the tech made a mess of the items I have in my trunk rather than asking where I keep them in the pocket behind the driver's side. I took my car for an oil change and brake lights and they return it with a brake problem and smoke coming from the front tires. After I paid the tow service, they told me they fixed it but they didn't. I ended up going to the dealership to fix it. They did the same for my husband's car. He took it for an oil change and two days later the service engine light was on. It is very unfortunate that during these difficult times, these Firestone people create problems in your car to steal money from you. Beware of technician Ricardo. I have noticed that a couple of times after we requested only oil change, days later the cars reported new problems, so we have to go back and pay more money for these new repairs. Complete auto care my ass.... they fraudulently charged me for putting air in my tires, putting liquids in the car, the whole nine yards that I paid for and they didn't do a damn thing. After repeatedly telling them that I am moving 3,000 miles and have to drive my car out they didn't do a fucking thing. I had to take it back there because the tire pressure light came on and my car sounded weird because they didn't put the air filter cap back on. What a scam read more

Very disappointed. I've been a loyal Firestone customer for years. I brought my car in and asked for a full inspection because I needed it to be ready to make a 400 mile round trip to visit my mother for Easter. They did about $600 of work on my car on Saturday, tell me I'm good to go. Sunday, I'm driving down I-95, going about 70 miles an hour, suddenly, my steering wheel starts shaking uncontrollably, I'm terrified, wondering what's happening. I hear a loud pop noise and my car starts skidding to a halt. I almost get rear-ended by the driver behind me, he has to swerve to avoid hitting me. I desperately try to change lanes without being hit by the drivers speeding around me, even though my car will barely move. My husband had to miss Easter with his family to come help me (I know how to change a tire but I have severe carpal tunnel and problems with gripping things so I was worried I wouldn't be able to tighten the lug nuts tight enough) and missed getting to see his grandma who is in stage 4 liver failure and probably will not make it to another Easter. The next day, I brought my car in to explain the entire ordeal. The manager was horrible. Completely nonchalant about the whole thing. He actually said to me, "look it's nobody's fault." No, dude, it is unequivocally YOUR FAULT. I bring my car in and ask you to make it safe to drive and you leave me with a car that is NOT SAFE TO DRIVE, that is your fault. I called the corporate complaint number and currently have an open case. I was supposed to hear from the area manager within 24 hours (which would have been by 10am today) but have not gotten a call from him. I'm going to call my case worker back. I am extremely disturbed by the company's horrible response to this situation. It says a lot more about a company how they handle their mistakes than how they are when things are good. I've always used Firestone for major repairs. I've bought tires for them for all of my vehicles for the last 15 years. I am so angry about how this whole situation has been handled that I never want to use them again. If my car breaks down in front of a Firestone, I will pay to have it towed somewhere else. Dropped my truck off at 6:45 in the morning to have new tires put on my truck. At 12:45 still no tires on my truck. I would highly recommend going anywhere else other than these guys. The manager is full of excuses, with no results. I will never go back to this store, and would recommend that you do not go either. So. I took my truck to dealer they told me i was looking at 2800 for an intake valve replacement"no way". Took up to the firestone dealer because I was needing rubber also which my dealership said was not necessary- so ill never trust fields dodge ram again. However brian at firestone did an awesome job. He performed the repairs needed and a general tune up with plugs, wires , filters, oil, and tires!!!@@@ fraction of the cost of dealer quote. Like many people my livelihood is based around my truck. These guys had me back working in a just a couple days after estimate so if your vehicle is important to you or your family do not sacrifice service - quality of work or price just talke to Brian or Alex and they will take fantastic care of YOU. So I've been using this Firestone for years now. The main guy in the office (Steve I believe) is incredibly nice. I don't ever feel like he's trying to rip me off as with most mechanics. I stop today because when they change the oil on my sons car they did not put it back together underneath and it was scraping the concrete. This is the first time I've driven in my sons car in months. The manager that was in the front office was so rude, he would not fix it and expected me to leave it for an oil change after he would not fix what they broke. I would never go there again. Went in for a tire alignment left out with deep grooves in my chrome rim that they never said anything to me about, like they left there tool on my tire as they backed down the ramp, of course I didn't notice until a week later when I was at the car wash and they wouldn't do nothing about it. Never hit any curbs with my rims outside edge proves that. Chubby guy with dirty blonde hair and a beard brought my car out to me, I paid 180 for them to damage my vehicle. read more

My service yesterday was outstanding. The manager, Tom, first took my call and set up a reasonable quote for a whole list of services I needed on my truck. He did not rush the call but walked through everything that needed to be done and then assured me that they could get it all finished before the end of the day. When I came in to drop it off, he was ready with the paperwork and they got right on it. My Mercedes Benz needed a new ac motor and instead of installing a Mercedes motor they installed a regular motor that wasn't compatible with my car.. obviously. I spent $500 on this, so instead of taking my car back to this location I went to another location. I don't recommend getting your car serviced here. read more

I was greeted when I walked in the door and my car was taken back minutes after I arrived. The staff was professional and did not talk down to me (a woman) or try to take advantage. I went in Saturday morning asking if they could get me in to look at my exhaust system, which they said they could. I paid them $11 to do a check on my car. Two hours later they gave me a laundry list of things like brakes, shocks, struts.... that I need to have fixed but said they couldn't give me a price or work on my car until Monday. WAIT a second, I paid you to do a check but you can't even tell me how much it'll cost to fix it? Not till Monday.... I drove over to Tuffy and they got me in in 10 minutes, it was one part I needed, it was in stock and I was back on the road in no time. read more

Unfortunately this is the second time I have had poor service from this location in the last few months. I am a long time customer of Firestone and have been a customer at this location for 10+ years. I have three vehicles and have them serviced regularly at this location. I always purchase the Life Time alignment, and Life Time rotate & balance. On my trip yesterday (9/1/16) I dropped off my F150 at 9:00 am to have a flat tire repaired, oil change, rotate & balance, and an alignment. I was told they would "work my truck in" in the morning and would call when the work was complete. By 3:00pm there was still not call so I called to inquire on the status. After speaking with someone named Sixto, I was told the work was complete and the truck was ready to be picked up. I arraigned a ride from my office to the store only to see my truck parked out front with the spare still on and the flat repaired but sitting in the bed of the truck. It was obvious that the tires had NOT been rotated or balances. When I went into the store to inquire they handed me the keys and a bill and said the work was complete. Well needless to say I was upset. First of all I can NOT believe that a manager would not check the work done by his employees. Secondly, I can't believe that this is the second time something like this has happened to me in less than six months. Lastly, how can I be confident and trust their work or their word? Anyway, at this point Sixto and someone else behind the desk apologized and said they would get someone right on the job to complete it (rotate & balance, oil change and replace the spare). I, like many other customers am busy and do NOT have time to wait around for work to be done that was supposed to have already been complete. I had other commitments that evening so I left. Later I get a call stating the truck is complete and they would not be charging me for the oil change. REALLY??? You think throwing in a $20 oil change is going to make this right??? This is the second time I have received this type of service at this location and offered a free oil change for my inconvenience. I DONT want a free oil change. I want the service you promised and to be able to trust your work and word. I am beginning to think they don't want me as a customer. Maybe it is because I purchased the Life Time Alignment and Life Time Rotate and Balance and they don't make as much money off of me??? I went in to pick up my truck the next morning and stood in the lobby for 10 minutes before going out into the service bay and telling a Tech that I needed someone to help me at the front desk. Then a few minutes later Sixto came into the lobby and handed me my keys and a $0 balance bill and said the manager had decided not to charge me for the oil change or flat repair. Again, I am NOT looking for anything for free! All I want is to have an honest auto service provider that I can trust and rely on their knowledge, expertise and word. Unfortunately this Firestone location is not that place. I will no longer be doing business with this location and I may not be doing business with Firestone in the future if I receive the same lack of service at another location. read more

This Firestone has provided me with nothing other than OUTSTANDING customer service. First of all, the manner of which they speak to me is very professional. Obviously, being female, and not knowing anything about cars, their team takes the time to explain to me what is wrong with my car. Not just throwing terms at me, but really telling me what parts, location, the purpose, and the consequence of not getting it fixed or replaced. They do a thorough maintenance check and also explain to me what will probably need to be replaced or fixed soon, as well as the consequences. They don't make me feel obligated nor do i feel like I am getting taken advantage of. They have volunteered information on what is best for me as far as other locations that would best suit my car issues as well as locations that would be far more financially affordable (if it is something beyond what the shop can do for me). On New Years Eve Day, my car broke down and I was not able to get a tow truck until the next day (New Years Day). I called the store and spoke with who I think is a manager (Andrew), and he told me that he can meet me and the tow truck and put my car inside the shop (instead of leaving it out in the open parking lot, by itself) during the holiday when they are closed. I was so surprised that anyone in any business would do that for me, especially during a big holiday this time of year! This Firestone makes me very happy and I can say that I feel very safe with taking my cars to this firestone. For that reason, this is why I will always keep on coming back to this shop.
