Walked in and was ignored until finally the employee finished with the customer ahead of me. He could've said "hi, I'll be with you soon " or even acknowledged me. The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. I put a small lift on my vehicle and he said that voided the lifetime alignment, he said even a leveling kit would do that. He didn't even go out and look that car. His attitude was poor and didn't reflect a customer service professional. Left and went to Christian brothers. Walked in and felt welcomed immediately. Made an appointment for 11am to have all 4 tires replaced. I told them I would wait onsite while my car was being serviced. The price online was quoted to be $850-ish. After waiting 2 1/2 hours, I was informed I needed 2 tire sensors replaced. 30 minutes later, I received a phone call from inside the store and told I needed 3 sensors. No problem...I was planning for that to happen. What I didn't plan on was having to wait for over 4 hours for everything to be done! That is a ridiculous amount of time; and my total bill ended up being over $1400. When I got home and showed my husband the bill, he said "we got fleeced". I made an appointment on Friday for 2 new tires to be installed Tuesday at 9 am I received multiple e mails reminding me of the appointment. Tuesday at 8 I received my last email reminding me of the appointment. I drove 20 minutes to firestone and was told oh yeah those wont be here until Thursday maybe. When I pointed out that I had received a text at 8 am reminding me about the appointment I was told oh you made that appointment online, no apology just a blank stare, I will be buying my tires some where else. read more

One of the worse experiences I've ever had with a Firestone: Since October I have had to go back to this location twice (scheduled for a 3rd and 4th time did not go because my car was still having the same issues). Since October I've had several calls with this location, 1st call - I've got a old car I need to be repaired several issues willing to pay whatever. 2nd call - (the car had been "assessed") "We checked everything... here's the list of issues..." great did you actually check everything? Is there anything else that needs to be fixed? "No". Price of over $3,500.00 locked in. 3rd call - (after the car was picked up) hey I'm going out of town can you run through the list with me of what was done because I'm seeing some potential urgent recommendations when this should have been completed. Something as simple as the w engine and cabin filter should have been completed? "No, thats not included" ok no worries its easy, can you run through the list of what was done for me, this worksheet is a little confusing. The agent proceeded to run down the list. I asked if everything from under the hood, under the car, fluids, oil, tires, ac, abs system, steering etc. Everything to make the car run and run well, has it been done based on this list because I noticed a little tremble once I was almost home... "Yep" 4th call - (next day omw to church around 11am) the car is shaking really bad randomly and it also feels like I am being pulled to the left. I'm not steering to the left the car is moving on its own. "You can bring it in right now." That's nice, but I'm almost to a service I have to be at because I didnt know there would still be a major issue after a over $3,000 repair. "I won't have anything later, bring it in Monday" the agent was rude (tone, got upset with me, he may have felt like I was lying when I said I called in the other times and ran through lists of what was done), I was frustrated because something is not right and I was trying to get an appointment confirmed for after service, but he continued to talk over me, not even sure why he was upset... I hung up the phone (I stopped by 3 Firestone before the 4th call to see if I could be squeezed in, they did not have someone who could inspect or they were short staffed, but all of them listened to my issue and they were kind and provided suggestions all within 15 mins of Laveen, AZ) Call - 4 (on the way home from church) hey so its shaking much worse than before especially at higher speeds and I'm get pulled without me steering) I'm hopping off the freeway to take the streets for safety measures. I know we spoke earlier, but is anything available right now by chance? "No it will have to be Monday" (the agent was still rude if I brought up any concerns about my vehicle and what may have been missed during the "complete inspection). I asked him to put me down for Monday. 5th call (after my car has been checked again - still at the shop) "Oh yeah so the weights on your tires were done wrong whoever did them, and it was causing some issues with the axel, so we fixed it and its good to go" I picked up the car and went to run important errands... the car is still shaking and pulling me to the left. 6th call - the car is still shaking quite a bit. Um are you sure that was the issue? This is now a 3rd time I would have to take it back, but it would not be until after 11/8 because I will be out of town. This agent (the same rude one) basically went off on me because I told him his co workers missed something for the second time and many things were not done that I was originally quoted for. I had to remind him that I'm a customer and not an acquaintance! Speaking like that is rude... I asked him how I was more professional then him while being frustrated, just asking for answers. I asked for a manager on this call and they gave me him. A store lead. So I asked him to have a manager call me. Never received a call. When I got back from vacation I called and spoke with the nice young lady at the front desk just to set me up an appointment. Did not go bk. Ended up going to a Firestone 20 miles away in Goodyear... they were amazing and let me know everything that was not done. Firestone (Watson): Did not fix alignment (it is not in the report details on their end nor is it in my paperwork) Did not ensure fluids were filled to the required limits (brake fluid and coolant was extremely low - no leaks) Did not report a seal that is starting to Crack when it comes to steering/suspension control arms. I was appalled. So Goodyear Firestone fixed the alignment. After I left them there still seems to be a slight tremble and some pulling so just going to follow up with another place. I'm never using Firestone again. Still kudos to Goodyear as they were super helpful and kind. I'm currently on business day 3 for waiting for a region manager to contact me... no call or email yet. I told the tech that I had an appt at 5pm for a rotate and balance, he said he could get me in.. I told him I had a confirmation text, he didn't care, said he couldn't get me in.. I said so, I can go online, book an appointment, drive 20-25 minutes to get here only for you to tell me that you can't get me in? No phone call, no text, just show up and waste you or time. OK.. Well I can tell you where my next set of tires is NOT coming from.. phone rang from the time he finished the call he was on when I arrived and was still ringing when I left.. this place has management problems. My husband found when he needed an oil change for his work truck. They were able to work him in and get it completed in a fast and efficient manner. Today we went to purchase a travel trailer and went out to a flat tire on our truck. My husband called to see if he could get the tire in and fixed at 4:56 pm. To the booger eater behind the front desk, I'm absolutely disgusted I had to watch this 6'6" skinny guy with gauges in his ears pick his nose in front of customers, he then proceeds to stick his finger in his mouth and eat the boogers off, chews on it while banging on the computer keys. Three times this Firestone has done oil changes and forgot to put the oil back in the vehicle after.I saw a post on yelp that said everyone at this Firestone should be reevaluated, that is an understatement. Went in for an oil change, requested and paid for an evaluation because I will be driving a long distance. Was told I needed new brakes and rotors, cost 1190. when I disputed the need for rotors I was told that the front brakes were down to 2 mm and back brakes were 1 mm. way past their life time. In fear I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I got home and thought more rationally about the incident called and cancelled appointment and scheduled an evaluation elsewhere. once again I had them evaluate my whole car End result my brakes have more than 1/2 life left in them and the rotors are fine. In addition the Oil change which had been completed 3 days prior by Firestone, showed a leak around the bottom plug because Firestone failed to properly put the gasket around the plug. The company advised me to take it back to Firestone and have them fix it. I declined instead paying them to do another oil change. i would not trust my car to Firestone again. I honestly feel the company tried to scam me because I am a woman senior citizen alone, this may be true but I am not a fool. I did try and put a complaint into the company (who wouldnt give me an address to write too) but said someone would be in touch within 48 hours that was over a week ago. read more

About a week ago i heard a sound coming from the AC blower fan when ever I turned the AC on. I had a strong feeling that something was in the fan. I just wanted an honest mechanic to tell me truth and not lie and say that the fan broken. what can I say, They were honest and told me that they was pin needles in the blower fan and cleaned it and now no noise. I also mention that the power port where you plug stuff into to charge in your car had stopped working a month ago and they took a look at it and fixed it. it was just missing a fuse. Took my Bronco Sport in to get some new tires. The manager, Josh, did the tires and when he gave me my car back I didn't even make it out of the lot because my car was making an awful metal on metal grinding sound. Went back inside and told them what was happening, they put it back on the lift and had two of the "senior" techs look at it and take it for multiple test drives and "couldn't figure out what is wrong" and confirmed it was not making that sound before they changed the tires. Josh ended up telling me they don't know what they broke and to take it to ford to fix it. So I took it to Jones Ford and they had it barely in the air before they noticed my skid plate was bent up into the drive line of the car. How did Firestone not see that!? The repair ended up being $1400 and the district manager immediately changed his tune of "we broke it and will do whatever to make it right" to "we didn't do that!" and offered me a $100 refund on $900+ of tires. Luckily Jones took care of us and fixed my car without charge as I bought it froand we made Firestone put the old tires back on and gave us a full refund. The icing on the cake was while I was waiting on my car Josh was yelling at another customer who was there to get his 4 damaged down stems replaced that apparently he broke. Sounds like I am not the only one who has had their car damaged by them and gotten zero compensation for repairs. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I get shit happens, but to not take responsibility is crazy! read more

The man at the desk explained they probably over tightened it and that is was completely their fault. This place is by far the lamest tire store in existence. Took my car there for a tire repair (Nail in the tire). After waiting for over an hour for a tech to even look at my car, the SLOB of a shop manager claimed that the nail was "Too close" to the sidewall (It was nowhere near the sidewall) and refused to patch the tire. Then the office guy tried to sell me a new tire for a ridiculously inflated price. Firestone also quoted me $29.92 plus tax for a patch (Had they actually done their job and repaired it). So I took my car to West Valley Tire on Miller / 1st street (near MC 85). Not only did they fix my tire in less than 10 minutes, they only charged me 17 Bucks. Bottom line, if you like crappy customer service and love getting ripped off and wasting your money, then Firestone is definitely your place. FIRESTONE, YOU SUCK!! read more

My husband and I were traveling back home after thanksgiving and started experiencing troubles with our car brakes. We pulled off onto the nearest Auto center and couldn't have gotten luckier with where we ended up. Firestone was completely booked for the day, so we felt hopeless. Even though they were booked, the mechanics worked diligently so they could sneak us in to help us out. While we were in the parking lot, they came out numerous times to check on us. I have been struggling with used cars for years. They suck the non existent money right out of my pockets so I try to only fix necessities. When I get things done I explain that and they don't try to oversell me. I trust their recommendation. I have gone to this Firestone multiple time for my car and my roommates and they are amazing. The staff is very professional. Bob especially has a wonderful sense of humor as well as urgency. The restroom is always well maintained which being a girl is very important to me when in "a mans world". Some girls can get down and dirty with the boys but I'm not one and I appreciate the effort of making it comfortable. Also I love the hot coffee and water always available, it makes sitting around waiting for my car a little less tedious. For my current car and any future cars this is where I will be going. I want to give a shout to Joel at the Buckeye location. I brought in my Kia Soul last weekend for a fuel injection cleaning they were able to finish the service the same day even without an appt. Very pleased for that, then we Picked up my car and "NEW" issue with A/C aka HOT AIR... Ughh!! Shop now closed, called up there Joel said bring back and we CAN look at it. Suggested he keep the car overnight to put on machine in the morning, long story short JOEL owned the issue, repaired the expensive issue and helped with the unexpected cost. Answer your phones. Ever since you went to centralized phone screening, I can NEVER speak to anyone at a store. The Canyon Trails store had no issues and performed magnificently. Your other two stores in the area I spent over 15 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone in hopes of finding out if they could fix my tire. Mind you this was at 5:00 pm, two hours before they closed. Since the tires were warrantied, I needed to go to one of your stores. I drove to the closest one who told me they couldn't take care of me until the next morning. I was willing to wait. Answer was still no. This wasn't the quality of care your company presented when I spent $1400 on tires. So I put air in my tire and proceeded to drive to the next nearest store, 12.5 miles away. Upon arriving I was told the exact same thing as the first store. By the time I reached Canyon Trails I was pretty heated. Can't call and speak to a person, can't get promised service, but you provide curbside service? Yay!!! How about you hold up to your commitments. read more

For one, they are open Sunday! I had a flat and they were able to work me in. They ended up repairing the tire so that was awesome. The owner was extremely friendly and kept me informed on where they were in the process. Three days prior, we took our other vehicle because we believed the tire might need to be replaced. After they took a look, they confirmed the tires were in bad shape. They took my boyfriend back and took the time to show him the tire and why they were recommending replacement. We thought we had two at home and despite that they were closing in 5 mins, said if we could get back in 20 mins, he would still be around and we could drop the tires off with him to replace the next day. We realized we didn't have the tires anymore so we called to let them know. They got the tires replaced the next day and we were able to pick the car up after getting off work. They again had amazing customer service and were very friendly. I will continue taking my car here for service (usually go there for oil changes in addition). read more

We set up a oil change online and booked a 11am spot only to find out that once we got to their store, we were told that they don't have any appointments today. Then proceed to say that they could set up an appointment for tomorrow. Why would I set up another appointment if they didn't even acknowledge or honor my first one? We have used Fletcher's for all of our auto service needs since we moved to Buckeye 7 years ago. They have always done excellent work and are very fair on their pricing. They have been very honest and helped us save money several times compared to other local places. Case in point, a few months ago we bought a used car and took it a few places to get estimates and determine what repairs were needed.........another local brake place (won't mention the name) gave us an estimate for almost $1900 for the repairs needed. We went over to Fletcher's and got the same work done for less than $1000. By the way, the $1900 estimate we received from their competitor was after we negotiated it down to that price, it was almost $2200 prior to that. Come to find out, 2 of the things on the list from their competitor were not even needed and were just added to pad the list of needed repairs. It is nice to know that we have a place we can trust and that will do great work at a great price. read more

Had a appointment @ 8:00AM for oil change & tire rotation, they finally got to me @ 9:30. Then I get the bill & they have a $4.00 charge for shop rags usage. Pure & simple you don't there is no way you can use $4.00 for shop rags unless you're bathing in oil. The appointment delay speaks volumes about their attitude toward customer service. You only get one chance to make a first impression & Fletcher 's failed. Will not use them again. Will try Discount Tire (about 1/2 mile north) next time. read more
