Slowest oil change ever and I even made an appointment. There is no sense of urgency with this location. Appointment was for 11:00 and I just left at 2:12. Very unprofessional. read more

This is the only place I will take my car! I got tired of mechanics lying and over exaggerating in order to make some money. They are always honest here. They let me know what crucially needs to be fixed and what I need to keep an eye on for the future. Excellent customer service, and it's a good location to have to wait considering the mall is within walking distance. read more

Woohoo! I just had an alignment done in about less than an hour! Steve H offered awesome customer service. I called to see if i could bring my van in for the lifetime alignment bc i just got some new tires. I sat in the waiting room with two other ladies. One by one they were called. Steve offered some great advice. Do an alignment every 6 months. Ok...every oil change. Sounds good....its free bc i bought the lifetime over 6 years ago! This service restored my faith in Firestone! Thanks for respecting my time and the advice. read more

I have been a customer of this firestone for quite some time. I had never received such great client treatment then I did for my recent service. I want to let everyone know that if you are looking for the best customer service this firestone is where you should go. Bringing your car to a mechanic is usually not a pleasant experience. I must say that I did not expereince an unpleasant service. I would also like to take the opportunity to praise the store manager Steve Hardy. Steve truly understood the meaning of customer relations. I would hope that more managers follow the same standards. It was a pleasure dealing with Steve. I would recommend this firestone location to anyone looking for an auto mechanic that provides great customer service and reliable work. read more

We got stuck 2 hours from home with a flat tire. Brought it here on a Saturday afternoon and they were quick to fix it and get us on our way. Thank you Firestone Brea!! read more

We were so nervous leaving our Firestone in Nevada and coming to one here. All our worries were put to rest at this location! Greg, the manager, was beyond helpful. He got us in and out fast and didn't try to sell us for any unnecessary services. We will be coming back here all the time now. Great customer service here! read more

The service is amazing at this location! After a long drive from AZ to CA, I woke up the next morning to a tire pressure light upon starting my car. Greattttt. So upon getting my car to this location, Ryan told me I had a nail stuck on the shoulder of my rear tires. It wasn't even patchable and had to be replaced. Kicker is that I had just purchased new tires from Firestone 6 months ago. But with my warranty and all, Lee was able to get me a new tire for cheap! read more

Whenever my tire pressure light goes on i take it here and they put air in every time for me! No questions asked! Always nice and quick to assist me! read more

Came for the first time this past Saturday and will definitely not be my last (especially because I bought the Lifetime Alignment service... Haha!). Two gentlemen helped me which I spoke with Steve the most. He's a super nice guy and gave me a pretty good deal. All I have to say is ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR GUT. I went to Allen Tire Company last year to do my alignment because I needed to purchase 4 new tires from Costco. Less then two years later, one of my tires went bald and I had to buy TWO new tires. I knew I shouldn't went to Allen Tire Company because #1) the place wasn't even busy when I went when normally places like this are and #2) the manager TRIED to make me pay higher than what was agreed previously through my mechanic. Jerk! Anyways back to being positive... :) Come here for your tire needs, I'm sure you'll like it like me. They obviously get extremely busy on Saturdays so make an appointment or come as soon as they open. :) read more

Lee from Ohio is the manager, he's really cool, he took care of my tire even close to closing. This shop is in a really convenient location.

I was in the area with the family and all of a sudden I got a flat. I checked it out to see a huge bolt in my tire. It was pretty late I was lucky to find this shop nearby that told me they would stay open and wait for me. Bailey stayed after hours to help me out with my tire and switch it out with a new one. Great help, Great service give it an A+ rating would definitely recommend others here! read more

I recieved an Oil Change last night after work. Printed out 25% off coupon promotion they have for this month of December. I paid give or take $34 bucks on High Milage. Pretty good deal. I also had a couple o things wrong with my car, its old, but rather buy a new car FINALLY. LoL hopefuly I go back for my next oil change here. read more

OUTSTANDING customer service here. Extremely professional staff. This is our first time dealing with Firestone of Brea, and I have been nothing but amazed at the level of customer service that we have received. Greg and Steve have both helped out tremendously. We've opted to purchase the LIFETIME alignment and balance, and I'll be taking our other vehicles here in the future. These are the kind of shops that need to stay open. Thank you guys for being awesome! read more

Going that extra mile. Thats what I call the service attitude of Greg Q. I'm super impressed with their customer service and it is the reason that I go back to this particular Firestone. Quality service and quality service men. We definitely need that in the auto service industry. Thank you for your courtesy and respectful nature. It is appreciated. read more

These guys are great! Every time I come here it is a positive experience. Lee is highly professional and his personal integrity shows through in an industry rife with a lack of it. Glenn is just as professional and highly knowledgeable as well. This shop's customer service is great. Today is a prime example. I went for a simple oil change and they topped off my washer fluid for free. I got home and recalled I was going to ask them to but forgot. Then I noticed the light was off and tested them. Filled! Thank you! Seriously, I used to work on my own vehicles until the stress of doing so and being outpaced by technology made me stop. Thus shop's professionalism and both Lee's and Glenn's integrity and customer service will keep me coming back. Good job guys. read more

Really disappointed, I showed up with no parking on site. When a worker saw me going in circles instead of being helpful and guiding me to where I may park he stood there and laughed. I felt very dumb and embarrassed, so I left. First time going there and referred to go there since it's close to my home, and it's a shame that I had to leave the way I did. I had to roam brea looking for more auto shops to help me with my emergency. Never will I ever refer anyone to go to this location. Thanks for nothing guys. read more

My first experience was good but last time was probably the worst I ever had with any auto service. Oil change was done but my cover on the bottom was not put back which I did at home after. Tires were balanced but I checked week after which they added more weights to balance instead of taking all of the weights out first then balance which was off a bit. Alignment was done but worse than before taking it there so I had it fixed by Diamond Bar Firestone. I can keep going on more of the problem but I hope their bad day doesn't put their customer's car in worse condition or in any safety issue. read more

I came in a couple weeks ago. I had a nail in my tire that couldn't be patched so had to get a replacement. As soon as I came in I was nicely greeted. Karen, my service advisor, looked at my tire, gave me a couple options, and expeditiously processed my paperwork. The best part was that I didn't feel pressured into buying anything I didn't need, which Ive noticed at other places. It was semi-busy that day, but she was able to get my car ready in an hour. There were a few restaurants nearby so I grabbed lunch and by the time I came back my car was ready to go! Great customer service! read more

Came to Firestone to replace my tires. The Firestone staff including Boris were friendly and honest. Gave me a great deal to fit my budget. Highly recommend going here for any car needs! read more

Great service! Need any help ask for james, guy is not only knowledgeable but probably extremely polite and not too hard on the eyes if you know what I mean . Very professional! read more

Great Customer Service. Very knowledgeable staff. They even dropped me off at home so they can repair my vehicle. Very happy with the service. Definitely recommend them. read more

Brought my vehicle here for the first time for an oil change and tire rotation with no appointment and was not disappointed. They really earned the high rating. I sent my wife in to see if they will try to up-sell her but they ended up giving her a good deal. I checked their work after they were done and was done right. The tire rotation was free with the oil change. This will be where I bring my vehicle for service. They earned my trust. This Firestone is managed right and hired the right people. Do not hesitate to bring your car in. read more

Awesome job by the manager and crew to check and fix my alignment right away without any excuses or try to sell me anything. Unlike the branch in Walnut. I'm very satisfied with the service here. read more

I took my vehicle in today to get my brakes serviced. For whatever reason, my vehicle was not serviced until later in the day even though I was told the job would be finished within a few hours. I later realized the reason was due to the amount of people who took their vehicles in for various work after the long weekend. Knowing that I had waited all day, Lee and Brett made sure to work on my vehicle to get me out of there. Even though it took a few hours longer than expected, they stayed in the shop hours after official closing time to make sure I was taken care of and the job was done. Brett was apparently the opener that day and he had a smile on his face from when he explained to me the issues he was facing with my vehicle to when he finished the job and was ready to go home. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. The team is courteous, very professional, and will treat you right. read more

I have never yelped anything before , but due to such awesome service by Steve M on July 4th ( yes they opened all day) i just had to. I had an oil change and new filter and was advised on a few other things that i will be needing to consider in the future . He was very helpful even offered a coupon and a good quote if i ever decided to get new tires ( since my previous firestones were purchased somewhere else ) I will definitely be doing any of my future car repairs and tire purchases here due to the honest and great customer service .. Thank you Steve., (the manager was also very nice I just dont remember his name..) read more

I dropped the car to have alignment and tire rotation. I usually go to the location in Santa Ana as they have been superb on all the works that were performed on my cars. as this location is closer to home, i decided to give it a shot. there were a LOT of car/customers. so that tell me that these guys are doing their job correctly. the work took a little longer than promised, but that happens and i'm ok with that. my only complaint is that there are times that these guys don't pick up their phone. and I know it's because they are so busy. maybe it's time to beef up the staff for the customers? read more

Had an appointment at 1 pm for a certain tire that was supposed to be in stock. When I got there at 1 they told me they couldn't get to my truck until 4 and would hopefully be done by the end of the day. why would I make an appointment at 1 to sit around for 3 hours to get one tire fixed. Then they told me the tire wasn't in stock and only had one that was twice a the price. read more

This business is very professional in the way they handle the maintenance on my vehicle! They suggested I replace my brakes with new pads! Their evaluation was correct! As a client , I appreciate doing business with people I can trust! read more

I have been going to this place for many years! The staff and the manager are top notch. They are very honest. I've had difficult situations and they were always able to help me climb out of problems. I want to thank Janette the manager. She was very understanding and was able to help me out. Thank you guys! read more

We have taken our 2007 Tahoe in for routine recommended service a couple of times. Every aspect of the experience was pleasant - making the appointment, dropping it off the night before, & communicating with the staff. They did not upsell or push extra services. They called as soon as the car was ready - we did not have to call them for status. Our car was damaged twice by another Firestone store & the Brea staff was great in listening to our concerns and making sure our car was well taken care of & not damaged while in their shop. Looking forward to using them in the future! read more

This place is great! Very clean facility and friendly staff. I highly recommend Brea firestone. Steve H. The store manager is Awesome.

Didn't have an appointment and they were able to fit me in! Enjoyed how clean the waiting area was too. Staff was really knowledgeable and helpful. I'll definitely be back. read more

Wow!! These guys have never let me down!! Excellent all around, top notch customer service, professionalism, and knowledge, not to mention fair prices. Thanks again Firestone!! read more

I was looking around to find the best possible deal on tires, balance and alignment for my sister. I found it here! You can't beat a great price AND having warranties for the services which was such a relief. It was comforting to know that if anything were to happen we would be able to get it looked at and taken care of. Not only did I find a great deal, but I also received great service from Boris Bonillo. He explained everything so well, broke everything down for me, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable in recommending this shop to my sister. Boris was even able to get us scheduled in first thing the next morning. If you're looking for a great deal with excellent service go see Boris! read more

Will not be back!! I have had all of my vehicles serviced here since I could drive...I'm now 32. My last experience here was to replace my brakes. Had them replaced and they sounded wierd and felt weird as well. Since I was unhappy I took my vehicle back. The tech that worked on it drove it around and told me he didn't hear anything and maybe it was nothing. Possibly brake dust and/or me being super picky. I have never heard that before, but I though ok what do I know. Well it kept making the noise and feeling weird and I thought I have never heard anyone tell me it's just brake dust. The other weird thing is that my mother had her brakes done there too and her car sounded just like mine. Coincidence?! I think not. So my vehicle has been making this sound and feeling weird when I brake since June last year when I had them serviced at the Brea location. I just had it serviced at the Laguna Hills Mall location and low and behold, my brake noise is gone and they had fixed the problem. They didn't try to convince me that I was crazy or that it was just break dust. So happy with them and will not be making the journey up to the Brea store. I would take your vehicle to another firestone if I were you. Management has changed and so have the tech.'s. I spend a lot of money to repair my vehicle and I expect more than just being told that it's brake dust or my imagination. What a bunch of bull! read more

Buyers B E W A R E!!! Customer service stinks here. We used to come here until today. Not no more. They tried to take advantage of my wife by giving bs about having to buy a brand new tire vs. a simple patch. They said there were 2 nails but in fact there was only 1 nail. The other so called nail was actually a piece of small glass. We found this out after taking our car to a better place "Big O Tires". Scary that firestone could not even tell the difference between a nail and a piece of glass. Of course they rambled on about some policy of the distance between the 2 nails in the tire and how they had to replace the tire vs. patching it. Service tech would not listen to my wife otherwise. Our mechanic even agreed with us upon calling him. So when we took it to Big O Tires, there customer service was excellent. No arguments, and they even patched up our tire. No questions asked, no pressure in buying a new tire. Scorecard: Firestone Big O Tires Customer Service F- A+ No hassle F- A+ Price F- A+ Professional F- A+ Knowledge of tire F- A+ Do yourself a favor. When you want to patch your tire or get a new one, Big O Tires is the place to go, NOT Firestone!!! Horrible experience! read more

Booked an oil change for 8:30am. I got there a lot earlier at 8:05am. They drove my car into the Bay at 8:15am, I was out the door at 9:08am. I have had a lot faster oil changes but that's not my major gripe. When I presented a coupon to Gregg, he said my car an Audi A4 1.8T used 7.5 quarts of oil so I needed to be charged extra. Not knowing better I agreed. Now I looked on the internet at the Audi handbook and it states the capacity as 4.3 quarts. I double checked with the Dealer and they confirmed the same. So in reality I got charged nearly 3 quarts extra. All I say is beware - I am not going back to argue on the difference. I just hope others don't get ripped off like me!!! read more
