I only ever write reviews if I absolutely feel strongly about a place. A good car shop can be hard to come by for people who cannot be any more clueless about cars (like me) because it's hard to know who to trust. I'm new to the area, so when my really bad flat tire needed an honest inspection, I was stressed about another potential emergent expense. But Evan was so kind on the phone, telling me to just bring the car in, they'd inspect the flat for free and we'll go from there. He had Donnie take a look and few moments later, Donnie emerged like a superhero (in my perspective) telling me he'd fixed the tire and ensuring the tire, though slightly damaged, was still safely repairable rather than replaceable. It might just be a flat tire, but to a complete car novice who was told it's probably a replacement by other shops, Evan and Donnie completely made my entire week. I had a nail in a tire that only had about 5,000 miles on it. I took it to a few different tire shops, and every one of them told me it couldn't be repaired because it was too close to the sidewall. Instead, they wanted to sell me a new tire. It didn't sit right with me, so I stopped by Community Tire for a second opinion. They took one look at it and told me not to listen to the other shops because the tire was completely repairable. They patched it for free and wouldn't charge me. This is a solid company the team is very well qualified to do quality work. First time I can in I just had a wobble in my tires I thought it was a wheel bearing or something expensive I even told them that. They didn't tell me the flex compositor was out blah blah they just balanced the tires. 25 buck s I was beyond happy and knew that these guys take care of their customers. Since this time. I have gotten new tires. On my car and truck. And they also helped me with suspension and services they latterly do it all. They charge for the work that actually needs to get done. I took my 2019 Mazda here for a 2nd opinion after the dealer recommended tons of repairs. I'm glad I got a 2nd opinion because a lot of the work that was recommended by the dealership simply didn't need to be done. I brought my car in for a slow leak and to replace a signal light. It was my first visit to Community so I had no expectations. As I went to pick up my car, I realized I was never given an estimate for the work. Naturally my alarm bell went off and I was expecting to be possibly gouged. So my jaw dropped as Mike handed me the keys and said there was no charge. I pushed back at the generous gesture but Mike insisted there was no charge needed. Well, what now? Jay, I called to ask about how much a patch for my wife's tire was. You stated they were free. As much as I appreciate the community kindness. This is not a patch, but a plug. Ultimately, not a huge deal because the gesture was kind and the time to plug is quick VS. a patch so I'm not complaining. What's disappointing is that you plugged the tire and still let my wife drive off with a low tire that showed a TPMS error on screen. Lastly the original BMW tire cap was replaced with a black aftermarket cap. Although you were kind to my wife, the tech showed little interest in doing the job and/or wanting to be present. This service although free, is overall sloppy. My wife at my instruction tipped the technician and we discussed coming here for future tire necessities. However, after this poor execution of such a simple job I cannot come here in good faith. read more

They also showed me the worn bushings on the lower control arms and they replaced them and did an alignment, all while I waited. I spoke with various employees and everyone there is very professional and knowledgeable. Came in with a flat tire, and was expecting to get new tires since I was told the tires may not be repairable, but they fixed it for free, saying the tires are beautiful and there is no need to get new ones if can be repaired. The worst alignment I've ever seen. After the alignment was done by them on my Tesla, the steering wheel was not centered. The stopping mode was set to "hold" for regenerative braking to recharge as releasing accelerator. But it kept running, like not released accelerator, no braking after releasing accelerator. It was dangerous and scared me, which abnormal issue lasted for two days, then it became normal. They are not familiar with Tesla and done something not supposed to do. Will never have them touch my car again. read more

I've been going to Community Tire & Auto service for a while now and wanted to make sure that my review was valid and isn't something that was just based on 1 or 2 visits. So far here's my experience. Jay and the other shop foreman was very helpful from the get go. The first time I stumbled across this local shop was when I was in need of a tire rotation. Called the shops around my area and they were all charging me around $40-$60. When I called Community Tire they informed me right away that they can do it for free and to come by anytime the shop was open and they would gladly do the tire rotation for me. I know, FREE. Something that we don't often hear a lot of during this day and age. Brought my car in, had the work done and was sent to go on my way. As a simple gesture I got and brought back some donuts from a local donut shop down the street and the boys were very grateful and they all thanked me as i left the shop the second time. The quality of service that they provided was A1. Been going there since. I have recommended this shop to all my friends when they ask me if I knew a place and of course, i never forget to mention to bring the guys at the sI hop a little something as a little thank you for their service (me and my friends stick with donuts because PK Donuts is the best!). I highly recommend stopping by or considering Community Tire as one of your shop options when you are looking around for a place to get your car checked out or worked on. The staff is friendly, the shop is always clean and as far as the work I've had done on my car and my friends cars for us at least this shop gave us the best pricing when we shopped around. Community tires is an honest and reliable company. I went to big name store next to them who patched my tire for $50. After it was still leaking I took it back and they lied to me and said I need a new tire. They told me I had a leak on my side wall which I could see there was no damage. Then they continue to tell me I needed four new tires. I just bought 2 new tires 3 months ago. They told me BMW sold me used tires, which is not true. I left and went to Community Tire's who immediately patched my tire for free. Did not try to push me into four tires but instead told me I needed 2 soon and they could give me a quote.
