It was not chilled, and I didn't think to ask for a glass of ice, but overall I had an okay time. The bartender was flirting a lot with some other patron, that was some nice, mindless and amusing entertainment. Pretty standard pricing for a small, hole in the wall place. $8/glass, but I've heard the regular cocktails are less, so I might go back for that next time. It was immensely chill, excellent bartender (a guy) who was attentive, friendly, and gave me extra cherries in all my drinks because my partner told him how much I enjoy the flavor of them, lots of seating areas. I'd definitely come back to experience the rooftop. Even with the rain, the space had a really cool, moody, atmosphere. There was a small leak in the ceiling behind the bar, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. The drinks were the highlight of our visit. I ordered a peach cocktail that was refreshing and well-balanced, and my partner really enjoyed his smoky whiskey drink. Both were made well and worth trying. The bar staff were friendly and the menu had a lot of options. This feels like the kind of place that's perfect for meeting friends for drinks and catching up. Parking was close by. Looking forward to returning on a nicer evening to check out the rooftop!

At night, it turns into a nice club with a lively atmosphere. I don't believe they currently have food, though. I think adding a kitchen or food options could be a great way to enhance the experience and give customers another reason to stay longer. The only issue I noticed during my visit was that the section where I was sitting had a noticeable smell of vomit. It didn't completely take away from my experience, but the smell was definitely present. If someone had gotten sick there previously, the booth should have been thoroughly cleaned and wiped down before being used by another customer. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere and the New Orleans theme. With a little more attention to cleanliness and potentially adding food options, I think this place could be even better.

I've been a customer at Boo Radley's for about two years and never had anything negative to say…read moreuntil now. After our most recent visit, my partner and I experienced severe symptoms that felt far beyond what we have ever experienced from alcohol consumption. This, along with other events that night, led us to worry our drinks may have been tampered with. We spoke to a bartender about our concerns and requested if we were able to view footage from that night. We were told management would be notified, security footage would be reviewed, and we would be contacted the next morning. When we weren't contacted, we reached out again and were told the same thing. After still not hearing back, we contacted the bar a third time, where another bartender refused to contact management on our behalf despite the seriousness and time-sensitive nature of the situation. We eventually obtained the manager's contact information ourselves, only to learn he had never been informed despite us being told otherwise on multiple occasions. He declined to meet with us to discuss the matter, and we later learned the owner had also never been made aware of the incident until we contacted her directly as well. The most disappointing part of this experience wasn't what may or may not have happened that night, but the lack of urgency surrounding a serious safety concern, the conflicting information we were given, and the failure to communicate the issue to management and ownership. I truly hope the bar takes future safety concerns more seriously and ensures they are promptly communicated, but we no longer feel safe here and will not be returning.

Our bartender, LT, was so much fun. Every drink was spot on. An espresso martini for my wife and a bold old fashioned for me. On top of that, LT clearly knows his stuff when it comes to both cocktails and bourbon knowledge. I added a 1oz neat pour of 12yr Weller. Let's just say this place is a Weller lover's dream. The owner is a huge Weller fan and keeps the lounge stocked with pretty much every bottle imaginable. Something that's nearly impossible to find in Greensboro.
