We waited 20 minutes for her to ORDER FOOD, and again we only ordered our food when someone from our table got up and asked the manger if we can get our server over to order food. What was she doing during this time? Sitting at a table with other servers, kissing her boyfriend. Yep. Got our food, that was terrible but a different story (all cold btw, see the picture of the boneless wings from the triple play - disappointing). That picture you see below of the appetizer, $30 - 5 bottom of the bag boneless wings. We then tell Sydney we are ready to check out and want our checks. We waited 20 minutes to get those, probably longer because when I looked over she didn't even get them yet - she was sitting at the table with her boyfriend again. One additional pet peeve note which seems to be a growing trend in some restaurants. Long story short, we bowled for two hours and during that time they lost our first food order, delivered the second order placed with 6 min left of our two hours of bowling and delivered it missing food and drinks. During this time our bowling lane kept erroring out and it was nearly impossible to track someone down to fix the problem. When we did find someone, the person was so incredibly rude and snarky. I told one person about our error, she stared at me, didn't say a word, and walked off! Then she came back later to blame us for the issue claiming we had too many bowling balls, which was not the reason the pins wouldn't reset First person we talked to about food: told us to place our order at the bar because we had alcohol in the order. Second person we talked to: told us that the food and drinks would be delivered to our bowling lane Third person we talked to (after waiting for our order over an hour): told us they did nothing with our order because they can't bring alcohol to the lane while holding up the list we gave them. No one informed us that they wouldn't put the order in, contrary to what person 2 told us. Talked to a manager who then put part of our order in. Second order was delivered incomplete with 6 min of bowling left. Food was so disgusting and soggy that I wouldn't have fed it to my dog. I informed the manager to refund us and we went to Chipotle 3 min down the road to eat. Time will tell if I'm charged for food we didn't receive or food that wasn't edible! Needless to say, we will go somewhere else to bowl and will never step foot in this poorly run "establishment" again! They either don't have enough people on staff, too many new people who aren't trained, or staff that just doesn't seem to care. Management looks overwhelmed with the demand of business and it's hard to imagine they've even gotten adequate training. The vibe screams emergency promotions and necessity hires. Now I can admit that my view is biased. We had bad service and bad food. We set a VIP reservation and had to wait 1 hour after the reservation to be able to bowl. We were told we would get our own server (nice!). But that didn't happen. The 2-3 servers were so enmeshed with the birthday party in the other half of the VIP room that they basically forgot we existed. They got our drinks--delivered 45 minutes later. Got our food order--came out right before our timer ended. The experience was not enjoyed. But looking around--I think everyone felt that way. From the customers to servers, and management...just everyone having a negative experience. If you wish to go just for the arcade games or laser tag I think you'll be ok. But I'd pass on the bowling and food.
