The on duty manager was apologetic and made sure we were taken care of. Our waitress was also apologetic and continued to check on us our entire stay. The dining area was both elegant and matched the vibe of the music and the staff. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. Overall the customer service experience was top notch. On top of that, LT clearly knows his stuff when it comes to both cocktails and bourbon knowledge. I added a 1oz neat pour of 12yr Weller. Let's just say this place is a Weller lover's dream. The owner is a huge Weller fan and keeps the lounge stocked with pretty much every bottle imaginable. Something that's nearly impossible to find in Greensboro. And then there's the showstopper: a Weller Millennium bottle sitting on display. At $600 for a 1oz pour, it's pure eye candy for me.
