So the 2 stars is strictly about the subs. The staff were very good. The subs are, excuse the pun, sub-par. And expensive. 21$ unless you have that coupon book. Brings it down to 16$. I had the New Yorker. Pastrami, corned beef, provolone cheese deli mustard and mayo. I had to add more mustard and pepper to cut down the over rich and poor quality cheese. The meat was just ok. We had 4 different subs. Turkey an meatball for the kids. Meatball was cold inside. Not one of the subs were good or worth it. I hadn't been at a Firehouse sub shop in years and now I remember why. No problem so I stand there for a couple of minutes only to have another guy come in and go right to the register and order. Tried Firehouse Subs for the first time this evening. We had a coupon for a meal deal so we figured we'd give it a try. I got 2 of the hot meatball subs to-go. They were nice and hot, not too much sauce (as requested) and the larges are HUGE. The soda machine is really cool with tons of options. We ate the subs at home and it was pretty good. Not as good as some of the Italian restaurants make them but worth the trip. Now that I have their menu we can try some different things. Will definitely go back again. read more

This was our first experience at Firehouse Subs, and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious and restaurant was clean. I loved the overall atmosphere here. It felt like we were actually inside a Firehouse. My boys loved getting firefighter helmets and wore them all day, everywhere (literally.....everywhere). I can't wait to visit again soon. read more

Have had two experienc es since they reopened and they have both been very disappointing! The first time they were so slow and spent all of their time talking between each other, it took forever! The second time I placed a delivery order through doordash and the order was cancelled, the phone line was busy and they couldn't get through. I called and was placed on hold and they just left me on hold, never came back, finally I hung up. REALLY BAD SERVICE! I never ate at Firehouse Subs, only my brother. So we went here and we got a 'Steak and Cheese' sandwitch. From once you order to get out the door its around 4 - 10 minutes depending if there is a line. Food was great and service was fast. I will be eating at Firehouse Subs for food more often. Straight from the microwave and into your mouth. That is exactly what my sub tasted like. This was my first time returning in 10 years (I'm a Publix sub fan) so I was excited to try this place all over again. I ordered the 6 inch meatball sub. Watching the woman making my sub put me off my meal to begin with: I saw her holding this leaky, drippy, plastic bag full of pre-frozen soggy meatballs (disgusting!). Than my bread bun was steamed (very weird); The marinara sauce had no flavor; The cheese tasted like it was steamed far too many times. All in all, I would say my sub was very disappointing. I love the Firehouse chain, but this particular restaurant management is OUT of control. We ordered two sandwiches, and after waiting 35 minutes asked how much longer it would be. Then waited another 15 minutes. Yikes! Several people (including us) ended up getting refunds and left. Chips were stale, soda machine out. Someone help this store! Always have, always will love me some Firehouse subs. Hook and Ladder and New York Steamer are two of my favs. If you are a hot sauce kinda person, they have it all for you to try and buy. I will say when we went in they were super busy, it was lunch time on a Sat, so it took a long time to make our subs, but it was well worth the wait. read more

I would have given it 0 stars if this app would let me. The service was terrible. When we walked in we were looking to buy meatball subs. They told us that they were out, which is no big deal. The issue is the attitude of which these employees talked to us. They were incredibly unprofessional and their tone screamed that they did not want to help us. I personally ordered the "hero" and was handed it without roast beef which is the first listed meat on the description. After bringing this up to one of the employees, she looked at the other two behind the counter and asked who made it and they both shrugged. I guess a ghost made it. I got the replacement sandwich but this time with beef from the Philly melt instead of roast beef. Needless to say, ill not be coming back to this location. read more
