I love Firehouse Subs......BUT....this location is not it. We stopped our drive to grab a bite and made for FS. It was approximately 2:30 pm. The lady taking our order told us, after trying to order our first sandwich, that they were out of all breads except wheat. We couldn't quite understand her as she kind of mumbled it, and she responded confusingly, "You can have any bread you want but large...." We finally got an order placed for our family of 5, most of us splitting a sandwich, a large of whatever we wanted. And while we waited the same lady started straightening up, which it needed it really bad, except she was slamming chairs and tables around making a lot of noise....a lot of really loud noise. We are from out of town and this hands down has to be the Worst firehouse subs I have ever been at in my entire existence! we ordered food aka one sandwich and an order of fries at 1:25. Didn't get it until 2pm. My other friend ordered on the website at 1:17 for a 1:30 pickup and got her's at 1:40. There was barely any sitting! The soda machine was out of ever coke variation and barely had any diet options. The ice at the bottom made it nearly impossible to get your drink. The trash can was full and had THREE bag fulls of trash next to it. The lady cleaning just tidied up the mess-- didn't even take it out! Store was disgusting. Napkin holders were empty. My husband's sub had frozen meat on it. (Steak and cheese). They did re-make it for him but it took an additional 15 minutes and the rest of the family had finished. My husband said restroom had an inch of water in the floor and the sink was hanging off the wall full of water.
