Probably the worst service I have seen in a food establishment in 5+ years. This place is... pathetic. You've got 2 guys basically just standing around, giving about 20% effort - meanwhile, there was 9 people sitting at the tables waiting for their food to be made -- but ZERO sense of urgency from the "workers". I don't know what happened. First you're out of ingredients okay I'll deal with that because I'm hungry. Then I'm waiting almost 20 min for two COLD subs. Mind you there are no other customers in there but two of us. And the staff is behind the counter being loud and unprofessional talking about another customer that was just there making it really uncomfortable. They do not pay attention to requests made at the register. When some people say no Mayo on the brisket sub, it isnt because they're just picky. Some people have egg allergies!!! This is the worst sub made. The picture speaks for itself. This was not good. Only at night does this happen. The owner is a great person but at night everything goes left. the lady at the register charged me $10 for a small hook and ladder and a water. I specified I did not want the combo just the sandwich which should not cost more that $6. she then argued back with me and insisted that she had to charge for the water making it the same price as the combo. a but ridiculous if you ask me... i just went with it and left because i had a gift card and was not in the mood to argue back. other than that everyone else was nice, service was fast and everything appeared clean. read more

I ordered and got overcharged and when I questioned it the employee Chantotia got rude and then got manager on the phone when I asked for a refund. Another employee then stated it was because I got 3 combos when I only purchased two. When did just asking why you're being charged more become an issue. I got 3 different answers and then more attitude when she had to refund my money. read more

Hit or miss but usually good. Once my order was wrong and I sent it back three times and the employees couldn't get it right. The manager was very kind, though, and gave me a refund even though I had already spent 20 minutes sending back my order and was late to work. read more

The food is fine but the service was slow. When we sent an order back that was made wrong - the crew member became very defensive and blame us for ordering the sandwich wrong. They then made 7 other sandwiches before remaking our sandwich and proceeded to throw it on the counter for us to pick up. read more

Just wondering when a business posts their hours as being 10:30 to 9:00 and you arrive 20 minutes before closing time and are told that the business is closed, I would suggest changing the hours. Then when it is questioned as to why? Told basically if you don't like it you can call the manager. Sure thing, I will call the manager but I will also choose to take my business just down the road to Jersey Mike's who also close at 9 but were more than happy to make a cold sub sandwich which took 2 mins to make. read more

Picture this, you are on the interstate it is approaching lunch time and a bathroom break. You spot Firehouse. Great! Their food is consistently good so it seems safe. The food was good the service too but what the hell no changing table in the one restroom! Must me a male owned establishment who does not consider the needs of families with small children. We like Firehouse Subs, but this particular location was a little disappointing. The restaurant was not as clean as others I've visited. The lettuce on my sandwich was on the soggy side, and the Freestyle drink machine was having some kind of problem the whole time we were there. Had we been warned of that, I don't think we would've wasted our time ordering drinks. (The machine did get fixed toward the end of our visit, but I was only able I get half a cup full of my selection.) **UPDATE** An employee contacted me about my review. She apologized that we did not have a good experience and promised a better one next time. So that was a nice gesture. read more

We drove 30 min to get two steamers. We usually get great food at other firehouse subs. Not tonight. Not only was both sandwiches wrong , but it seemed like a hang out for employees friends who were playing music loud on there phones and hanging over counters with no mask . This is a terrible place. It never looks like there is any supervision. They have never gotten our order right. We've only been there 3 or 4 times but I won't go to this location again. The last time I went there I opened the sandwich up after they gave it to me because they never cut it into 4 pieces like I ask. Of course it wasn't. I asked them to cut it into 4ths and the guy just grabbed it and cut it. Didn't wrap it back up - just handed me the wrapper with 4 pieces. He acted like he was in a big hurry but there was only 1 other person in there. This was about 6 in the evening. So I tried to wrap it back up and put it in the bag with the other sandwich. Didn't have a lot of luck with that. When I got home my husband opened up his NY Steamer and it didn't have much pastrami on it and what was there was nothing but fat and gristle. Yuk! I opened my Italian (I asked for everything on it) and it had some lettuce and a couple of icky tomato slices. These were whole subs so not cheap. We threw both of them in the trash. I hate not being able to see what they're doing screwing up my sandwiches behind that counter. read more

Food is always good at Firehouse except for one picky family member. She only likes to eat subs at Firehouse because they are the only ones who have butter. This one didn't have any. No changing table. There is plenty of room in the bathroom to add one. read more

We were out of town on business it was Friday night and most of the restaurants seemed crowded. We decided to go in for a Firehouse sub. The line was long and we wound up standing in line for a good while. Placed our order and there was no ice in the machine. Had to wait a while on our sandwiches. BUT after the rush ended a very sweet girl who worked there (wish I'd gotten her name) took the time to come out and go around to all the tables and apologize for the wait and how it wasn't normally that busy and they were short staffed. I told her it didn't hurt any of us to wait and they did good. She made all the difference between a bad visit and a good visit. The sandwich was tasty and employees were nice. I always enjoy firehouse and I always get the hook and ladder. However, this location was very slow at lunch. When I arrived there were about 4 people in front of me. I placed my order and had to wait 15 minutes for my sandwich. This is not ideal when I drive from and then back to work on my break. The sandwich was pretty much what I expected and I enjoyed it. I'll go back, but only at dinner when I have time to kill. read more
