Absolutely wonderful food but very very slow service. I had 15 minutes and there was no one else in the entire restaurant with 3 girls working. It took a full 20 minutes just to get 2 small subs. I have gone 4 or 5 times and each time the food has been great. Just plan for delays and allow lots of time. read more

Great from a flavor perspective, but a very poor value (unless it's your birthday). For my first visit, the employee recommended the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. Okay, sure. When they brought it to my table, I almost pulled a Clara Peller right there--not that there was no beef, but rather because the sandwich was so SMALL. Seriously, I pulled my receipt out of my pocket to re-examine it, wondering if the cashier had mistakenly keyed in the kid's-sized sandwich by mistake. Nope; this was the full-size item. It did taste fantastic, which was good, but it was the smallest, skinniest 8" sub sandwich I've seen in my entire life. This might not be so bad if their prices were low, but at $7, Firehouse charged me what everybody else does... except everybody else gives you significantly more food for that price. As good as it was, I doubt I'll be back. read more

Family friendly atmosphere, fun theme, and a great Sweet & Spicy Meatball Sub. Kids eat free everyday after 4pm. If you like baseball, it always on here. read more

Sandwiches are ok but don't expect to get in and out in less than 30 minutes. We even ordered online 3 hours earlier, but the grumpy lady behind the counter informed us that we still had to check out at the register. There were signs for online orders, but the register was not open. I stood in the line for online orders and they let me stand there until I asked. Then the mean lady yelled "There is only 1 line." This place is crazy. Why do you have online ordering without backing it up? read more

Firehouse has a pretty good reputation amongst some of my friends, but I feel like I never come here if it's my choice. I do like their subs because they do taste good, but I think I could get a better deal elsewhere, like across the street. I like Coke Freestyle Machines quite a bit (so many random choices!) and the fact that they have them does actually play a role in whether I want to go here or not. However, it doesn't usually play a big enough role to keep me from going somewhere else to get more food for less money. They take Vivint Meal tickets, which is nice. read more

Great place to eat, healthy portions, staff was extremely nice, and the food was fresh!! One thing they may want to work on is the que line line so customers know where to line up. It was my first time there, certainly a place is go back to! Great customer service. read more

This will be a quick one. The manager who took my order was very nice and of great help since I had never eaten here before. Taste: Ever had Quiznos? Yeah, most of them are closed and my Italian sandwich at firehouse tasted exactly the same especially their special Italian dressing. My wife who got the chicken salad sandwich described it as being messy and mediocre. The worst part: It took 15 minutes from the time I paid to get my sandwich. 15 minutes? That is just too long to expect a customer to wait for a sandwich when the typical sub shop makes their sandwich in front of you and that takes maybe a couple of minutes. Will I eat at firehouse subs again? No, not this one or any other firehouse. read more

Decor is as good as the places usually are, done up in the firefighter decor and motif and resplendent with Dalmatian fashioned tables. The entire place was remarkably clean, but of course, not having many patrons will help with that. This one has two of the updated Coke Freestyle machines, which offers a faster way, sort of, to get to your respective selection. Staff is generally friendly, but one huge problem here: they are also S-L-O-W, nearly unbelievably so and definitely unreasonably so. Even with the Tulip Festival going on, which created a ton of traffic, this place was pretty much empty. I thought at the time it was odd, but after eating there, I know why. They may have been slow (yet oddly empty inside), but at least they completely made my sandwich wrong, starting with the bread. However, not getting the white bread did keep it a lot firmer and it didn't wind up sogging up towards the end as usual. It was also missing about half of the components I ordered, but I didn't have it in me to send it back and wait another 15 minutes for a passable-at-best sandwich. It didn't taste bad or anything, but was underwhelming, even by chains sandwich standards. My son, fortunately, is not so much into firetrucks and stuff anymore, so I doubt I'll be back at this place for any reason. After that kind of shoddy performance, it will never be my future choice, that much is certain. read more

The bread was so soft & fresh ! The combination of meats, cheese, sauce, veggies... Perfection explosion of flavors! Delicious. Thanks read more

Firehouse Subs - Family time with friends. - Fast Food Near Me - Lehi, Utah

See all

Great food great customer service price was right and food was great.. oh.. and I could eat indoors seated... it was fabulous!!

Ordered a veggie sandwich no changes, it was missing the sautéed peppers and onions, mustard, Italian dressing, and all cheese. So it was just bread, lettuce and tomatoes. read more

Just not happy with the sandwiches I bought. I normally love firehouse subs, but the quality was poor, and I couldn't eat it. Sad day.

This place was terrible, during this pandemic the didn't wear a mask the wore underwear for there chin. When we waited for 30 minutes we then went and asked where our food was and the rudely said we called your name but the obviously did not. They were too busy talking to their friends. read more

I've loved Firehouse for years. They really make the best sub. However, this time at the Lehi location I had a poor experience. There were three workers and none of them took initiative to take my order. I was the only one in the restaurant. Then, they couldn't get their register to work and instead of them starting my sandwich or fixing the problem, they just watched sports center on the tv. When they finally finished my sandwich, they handed it to me all wrapped up without asking what I wanted on it. When I asked if I could edit the sandwich they said, "no sorry, it's too late." When I opened the sandwich to eat it, it was cold. Great place usually but disappointed in this location. read more

Try the hook and ladder with their own spicy sauce. Very good, clean, and fast. I started going here 2 months ago and now I go there almost every week. Good prices and friendly staff. Great place for a quick comfortable lunch. read more

This is by far the better of the locations in Utah County. My boys love the meatball subs and I love the Italian or new York Steamer with corned beef and pastrami. read more

I go to the American Fork Firehouse Sub all the time. I decided to try this one and drove the extra miles to give them a try. It wasnt very busy and on a Saturday afternoon i would have thought it would be packed so that was a good thing. I ordered the usual i.e. the smokehouse Brisket. There was less than half the usual meat that i get at the other location. Not even enough meat to taste it. Very disappointed and wont be back. read more

This is my favorite sub place. I ate at one in Vegas several years ago and frequent the Firehouse subs every couple of weeks. My kids also love coming here and will choose this over all other choices. They have a great variety of subs, the portions are good size. The medium sub is plenty for me. The owners are often working and serving which is probably why the quality is so good. read more

Pretty much like any other sub place. I had the steak and cheese, unfortunately the steak bits were a little too small., overcooked and dry. The cheese was minimal and the bell peppers were scarce as well. Had it on wheat, so it's usually a little more dry compared to normal white bread. Overall it was filling, but could have been better. Pricewise it's more than your subway or quiznos. read more

Had one of the steak sandwiches and it was soggy and gross. I had to gag it down or be hungry the next few hours. Never going back. The only cool thing about the place was the modern drinks machine! read more

After 2 visits, I'm a fan! Food is great. I've tried the steak and Italian, both were really good. Most sandwiches on the menu are warm, there are only a couple of cold options. Generally I prefer cold but it works. About $10 for an 8" sub, chips and a medium drink. They have the cool coke machines like the ones at the movie theaters. It's clean and the service is friendly and efficient. Definitely be back. read more

The menu is very similar to a lot of other sandwich shops. I had the meatball sub. It was a larger sandwich then I expected. It was good. The one thing that was nice was a pickle on the side. Kind of like the icing on the cake. I will be back I'm sure, but not regularly. read more

Thought I'd stop by and try it, but was closed 10 minutes early. Door says 9pm, but when I tried at 8:50pm it was locked. Nice.......

This is a great Firehouse location! I really enjoyed my visits to the Orem store but I'm constantly impressed by how clean and fast it is in Lehi, given the sheer volume of lunch orders they get. I think I've tried all the sandwiches on the menu twice because they're all so good, I can never pick one to always order! read more

Hi! I just really felt the need to tell you about my experience. Last night my husband and I dined at firehouse subs for the first time. It was delicious, our food came quickly. I ordered from the under 500 calorie menu - Captain Sorensons sandwich. It was a good portion and tasted great. Today I received a message on Facebook from their manager Robert. He found me online to let me know I had my left my purse. I hadn't even noticed yet! He went above and beyond to find me online and let me know. This kind of customer service is not always easy to come by. I appreciate the staff at this store and the extra mile they went to get this back to me. Just know when you are coming here, you are in good hands. read more

Excellent food. All the staff was really friendly and helpful! I've tried a variety of sandwiches and have never been disappointment. You really can't go wrong here! read more

Good solid sandwich place. Delivers what you ask for, quality seems good, people are nice. Always clean. When we want a sandwich, this is the place. read more

Gross soggy sub which was disappointing because it's kind of a unique idea. Wish you could put more fresh ingredients on it but they would just get soggy. read more

I really wasn't too impressed with the menu and the sandwich was okay but nothing special. I probably wont eat there again.

So far we've tried the Turkey Bacon Ranch, Hook and Ladder, and The Italian. All have been delicious. Everything on the menu sounds yummy so it's always hard to choose. The bread is good, they don't skimp on the meat or toppings, and we love that all of them are hot sandwiches. They are good sized and good value for the money. We plan to work our way through the menu. read more

A pretty darn good meatball sub if you ask me. I know there is better out there and the price is a little high for a meatball sub. Thats why I only give a 3 star review. I was impressed and it filled me up though so they got that going for them, which is nice... read more

Service was not bad by any means, but sandwiches were sub-par, messy as hell. Hopefully I just got the wrong one prob won't be coming back.

Who knew it would take 20 minutes to make a sandwich? If you are in a hurry, I would recommend someplace else. Food is pretty mediocre. Maybe up a step from subway, but that is a very low bar. read more

Love this place! Sandwiches are hot and fresh. Puts subway to shame!!

It's a shame to have amazing quality and flavor in your sandwiches, but be served by grouchy, irritated employees busy with cell phone calls and unable to be thankful for the business or treat people kindly. One sandwich was made wrong, which was discovered at home (to go order), but who would want to call or try to get it fixed? read more

I've been to many firehouse subs on the east coast and this location was horrible. The sandwich was soggy and the meat tasted old. I ended up getting food poisoning after eating half my sandwich. Sad to say this location was a huge let down. Id suggest going to subway across the street. read more

Food was okay, service was pleasant and kind but not very competent. Both drink machines were not working and all they had to offer was a few diet cokes and some bottled water. I figured I'd just get some tap water but they weren't able to even accommodate that either. Probably won't make it here again. read more

It's a chain, and it's what you'd expect. Better than Subway, Jimmy Johns or some of the other lousy sandwich places nearby.

This is my favorite sub sandwich restaurant. They have the perfect sauces, right amount of meats and other toppings, lots of hot sauces to choose from, and their own sandwich sauce that is amazing! It is a little more pricy than other sub places, but I find the difference in quality worth it. read more

I ordered my sandwich at 12:08 and didn't even get my sandwich until 12:40 I had to get it to go so I wasn't late to work. Not only that, they made my sandwich wrong and told me they had a coupon on the way. Then was told they were too busy to get me a coupon! You gotta be kidding! By far the worst service ever! I won't be going there ever again. read more
