I'm a regular and there have been times where there were new employees that didn't quite fit in with the normal service and friendliness that the crew offers on a regular basis. 2 stars only because of the food, I always order online to go and ever time I come in it's never ready, I get it's busy but I see employees talking and laughing with each other, walking to the front and then again to the back, when it's busy you should have as many people helping to get the orders out. I've only eaten here once last week and sadly that was my last. Firehouse subs was recommended to me so I thought I would try it one afternoon. I ordered a turkey sandwich with cheese on a toasted bun and choose to eat it outside as it was a beautiful day. The sandwich was sloppily put together and just soaked so there was literally no bread to the crust. I opened it up to see why it was so wet and the cheese was melted into almost a liquidy substance, almost looking like a sauce of some kind. First time grabbing lunch here and it's probably my last. I entered the establishment and was not greeted. I guess the employees were too busy chitchatting. However a different customer came in a couple minutes after me and was immediately greeted. I ordered their Hero sandwich to go. The sandwich came with a pickle but the bread was soggy and disappointing. The sandwich reminded me of Subway's subs. The difference is the price. The decor is nice and they had lots of seats. I noticed they lacked options for bottled beverages as the beverage cooler was nearly empty. Maybe this sandwich sub shop is a favorite for others but it's definitely not mine. read more

Third time visiting in a month. I am in the restaurant industry , so I know that there can be good days & bad. But every single time I have been, the customer service is AWFUL! The employees are rude and very unfriendly. Two of them roll their eyes when people walk in. 6 employees standing around and its clear they are talking about people in the lobby. They messed up on my order last time and I didn't even want to have them make it right because who knows what they would have done. As I said, I am in the industry so I know there are times when we can get frustrated . But all three times when I have been there it hasn't been busy at all. Its sad because I like the food. But a bad attitude is a major turn off. I know its hard to get good workers these days. But when you have staff like this, its not good for business . I'm not one of those people that stomps my feet and says "Ill never be back" I juat hope that things get better. read more

Man i gotta say this place has become a HUGE disappointment. I will be sticking with Subway and Jimmy Johns. When they first opened staff was extremely nice and up beat and ALWAYS greeted me. Now when i come in i am lucky if they even look at me. The quality of the sandwich has gone down, my order is NEVER right, i never get the side pickle anymore, and the bread is always horribly soggy from the meat which makes it hard to eat. I dont think after my last visit i will be coming back and will be telling friends and family to save the trip and money and go else where. read more

The meal was very good and I liked how it was hot without being this crunchy, almost stale mess that other places will make for you. Total mess. The staff was on another planet, distracted, not working at all. Sandwich was messed up. Soup was served cold and I figured I got a cup instead of the bowl I ordered anyway. I didn't even know the transaction at the till was complete as the girl just turned and walked away. Overly priced as well and we should have been or could have been offered or charged as a combo but weren't. And the system of waiting to order and pay is awkward. Sandwich was good 12 inch fot $10 not roo awfully expensive but the staff made the 5 stars, i started to order after thinking do i want meatballs or a turkey that i have plenty at home, i chose the turkey and as i was ordering the girl in the back cleaning kept throwing out suggestions, different cheese and what kind of bread, let me tell you she knew her sandwiches, the rest of the crew were very friendly and we joked and laughed and i told them i yelped them before coming in,they were interested in there ratings and they only got a 4 star but this crew working on 1/18/16 @8:30 i give them 6 stars for there stellar customer service,which seems to have left most companies now days, like i said the sandwich was very taste but the 15 minutes i spent with that crew made me smile and i dont have alot to smile about these days, thank you girls for the awsome experience. read more

Went here today for the first time and it was utterly disgusting. I ordered pick up online and still waited forever to pick up my food. It tastes microwaved. This was my first time. Came with my husband and our young daughter. Immediately greeted(with genuine cheer) at the door by all the employees working behind the line. The shift lead Nate ran us through the drilland helped us select our sandwiches. Food was brought out to the table promptly. Everything tastes delicious and fresh! The fella wiping down tables in the dining area stopped by to make sure everything was great. Not impressed with the employees - the cashier was a girl with short, brown hair and appeared zombielike and extremely confused by us trying to order both a sandwich and the Mac and cheese (as the poster suggested the pairing). Another brunette girl making the sandwiches and her thought it was professional to gossip in the back about "I only told you guys I was a certain age because blah blah and now Bri told everyone... ahh fuck". Some of the best sandwiches I've had. When we got there we where greeted and explained the menu and how they did things. I highly recommend their homemade cherry limeade to drink. They have a great selection of chips and hot sauces. You can get your sandwich however you want and it comes with a free deli pickle. Just sat down. I like it here. It feels like a bbq place with the seating. Well organized. They greet everyone who walks in, if you've never been they run through the menu real quick and how to order. Only took a few minutes to get the order. A bit pricy for a sandwich but it goes to a cause. The only part I was surprised by was the size of the sandwich. The pictures make them seem heartier.
