They said the wait time was about 15 minutes. I decided to wait in store. Warning: they have new parking signs so make sure you park in a designated area or your car may be towed. They estimated my wait time of around 10-15 minutes and it was met. The ambiance was fast-paced as it should be getting hot subs out. Upon examining my order, all was well: a nice portion of shaved beef covered in Cooper sharp cheese and sautéed onions with mayo, hits, and lettuce on a soft sub roll. That alone says a lot about his leadership. But what really stands out is the culture and camaraderie he has helped create among the employees. In a world where people are so quick to complain, it feels important to publicly acknowledge when someone is creating something positive.
