First, they have options for white or multi-grain buns, both costing the same. Since I like to be healthy, I chose multi-grain. Good on them for offering bun options since most other restaurants only offer white buns. Second, they have awesome service, with the employees knowing many of the regulars and offering options for customers to get more value for their meal. However, I ordered a swiss melt burger...and the patty was extremely dry. They advertised juicy burgers, but my burger was anything but. The grilled mushrooms were minimal, and the grilled onions were pretty much regular raw onions placed on the grill...which actually didn't taste too bad. We arrived to find the inside very busy so some customers were outside. They said they had ordered already and we're just waiting outside while it was ready and told my wife to go ahead. One of the staff yelled at my wife to go back outside and said "we are at capacity, you have to go outside and wait in the line". There was no clear direction on when customers could come in to order. Everyone else outside seemed confused too. My wife waited for some people to leave and then went in and paid for our online order. She told the cashier that she didn't mean to come in earlier but the whole process was confusing and it might help if they had a system or someone at the door as the customers outside were telling others to go ahead inside as they had already ordered. The same staff who yelled at her started going on about there are rules about capacity. My wife explained that she has no issues with the rules and restrictions and understands but that it's confusing for customers. Another staff joined in and raised her voice. My wife asked both staff to not raise their voices. I understand and support the restrictions around capacity but the staff didn't need to be so rude. Due to this experience, we are reconsidering returning.

When I came in, there were 3 people waiting for their banh mis. 1 of them was a large-ish order. It took quite some time for anyone to take my order and even longer to wait for 1 sandwich. I waited for approx 15-20mins if not longer. Quite a few people came in AFTER I ordered, but they got their sandwiches before I did which was weird. There are 3 people working behind the counter, and 1 of those people did cash as well. They charged tax even though I paid cash. Sandwich was good, but be prepared to wait. It was NOT a quick in/out!
