I'm not sure what was going on in those other reviews or with whom, but I had a great experience today. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by I believe Tiffany. She was in the middle of a tasks, and politely let me know that she would be with me upon completion. She was really personable, super helpful and repeated my order back to me, as you know hearing with these masks can be a beast. She was even patient when I had to come back in and amend my order. My sammies were yummy and pile super high. I didn't have to wait long. She appeared to be taking things seriously, as I watched her sanitize in between tasks. Firehouse is my jam, and I will be coming back.

The nasty sandwich with no meat

I have had this sandwich three times and today 9/15/21 1130am I ordered a large and only half had meat. It was very sloppy. The bag it was in looked like a reused bag out of the trash, grease all over it. I was so disappointed that there is no pride in today's servers. Would they eat this mess? If I didn't have a class to get to, I would have taken it back. I'll find another place for sandwiches. It was just disgusting and gross, waste of money.

On my 2nd visit to Firehouse Subs I ordered their Tuna Sub since there was a double points offer and I must say it's tastier than Jersey Mike's Tuna which is pretty decent!!! #Lunch #GootEats

Great and attentive service. This Brisket Sandwich is bomb

This is my favorite sub shop just slightly above Jimmy Johns. The bread is fresh and really good!

I've known about Crofton Depot for a while but just recently got a chance to stop in on my lunch…read morebreak, and I'm glad I did. So far I've tried the California Powerhouse and the Turkey Club, and both were stacked with fresh ingredients. The portions are solid, and you can tell they're not skimping on anything. The Powerhouse came on a Kaiser roll and the club on white bread, and both held up really well. I've gotten fries on the side each time. They're cooked well, but they come out unsalted and a little bland on their own. That said, once you add some ketchup, they're perfectly fine and do the job. Service has been quick both times I went. I stopped by around 11:30 during the week (Thursday and Friday), and there was no line either time. From ordering to getting my food was about 5 minutes total, so it's definitely a solid option for a quick lunch. The shop itself is very clean and welcoming, and the staff has been friendly and helpful on both visits. Ordering is simple, though I did notice some of the same sandwich names listed in different sections with different prices, which was a little confusing. I meant to ask about it but forgot. They have a wide selection of deli-style sandwiches (hot and cold), plus cheesesteaks and burgers, which I haven't tried yet. For a sandwich, fries, and a drink, it's been a little over $18, but with the portion sizes and quality, I think it's worth it. I'll definitely be back. I'm especially interested in trying their breakfast since this area doesn't have a lot of strong breakfast spots, so I'm curious to see how they compare.

I was in the area and noticed their food truck and I just loved the vibes. They had music playing and once I saw the menu this was exactly what I needed. I ordered the hot honey old bay wings with mac and cheese and fries and I also got banana pudding. In total I spent about $29. It was FREEZING this day and they were so kind to bring my food to me in my car. The food smelled heavenly and I ate everything in my car and wow it was so so good. The wings were so good it didn't need any sauce or condiment and they were the perfect size. I waited until I got home to try the banana pudding and it didn't even stand a chance against my sweet tooth and all I have is an empty container to show for it. Delicious. My only cons were my wings and mac and cheese were a little bit too salty. Overall, I really liked this spot, they gained a fan and I will be back.

It's unfortunate, but the food I received from this food truck was horrible…read more I stopped by on a Friday afternoon and ordered the fried whiting, potato salad, and greens. I also decided to try the fried chicken wings. Unfortunately, none of the food was enjoyable. The fish was extremely salty and overcooked. The potato salad was honestly horrible, and the greens had far too many stalks and needed to be cooked much longer. The wings were just as salty as the fish and were also disappointing. I ended up throwing everything away. The food was borderline inedible, which was extremely disappointing, especially after spending money on a meal I couldn't even eat. So here I am, still hungry, but I spent money on food I couldn't eat, and I really don't want anything else because of the bad taste in my mouth. It's truly unfortunate because the customer service was very friendly and helpful. Based on my experience, I couldn't possibly recommend this food truck. I should probably check my blood pressure. I'm sure it's sky high from all the salt in my meal.

I'm sure I slaughtered the spelling), and Kim! My skinny Cubano was decent but I LOVED the chicken pot pie soup more. Would most def order that again. The ladies I came with also ordered the chicken pot pie soup and enjoyed it just as much as I did. Gotta respect the effort in trying to stay afloat by any means necessary nowadays. The "pick-your-pair" concept is respected butttt it's soooo disheartening that a smaller cup of soup and a smaller sandwich is costing $12! My bill was $23 ... YIKES! My SINGLE soda was close to $4 on its own. Full transparency, it didn't help that I picked up a 16 oz jar of their signature peppers for my daughter for an additional $7 butttt I still feel some kinda way for having to spend $15+ for basically a half lunch portion. *sigh* Silver lining moment ... we all got a FREE cookie for filling out the survey! Nice solid roll, real gravy, tender beef, and plenty of napkins provided without asking. Could have used a knife and fork, it was so juicy even without the side of extra gravy. We got a pastrami Reuben and a "Corned Beef and Pastrami". Each was on toasted rye that was perfectly prepared. A good portion of meat on each and I have to say, an excellent deli sandwich. And the price of each ($8.99) is very reasonable. We also got a side of potato salad and side of cole slaw. Both were good and the container is very generous for $2.99 each. There's a variety of chips available and a soda fountain with free refills. Limited seating. The staff there were friendly and appreciative of the business. It's a really nice place to stop in for a sandwich. I likely will try one of their entree salads next time. Breakfasts sound good on the menu also. We don't come to the area often, but this will be our new go-to lunch spot.
