He said yes and asked what pump we had. I told him and he said he would be here later today. He got here about 530 pm and had pump fixed(replaced motor) in an hour. Tested pool and advised me what to do to balance and treat pool. I initially called Perma Pools who installed our pool and they said they couldn't come out till Monday( this being Friday). I decided I couldn't wait with 90 degree temps. I have used Perma Pools for 8 years and service has deteoriated in the last two years. The Poolman now will be my pool company to use now and in the future!

Started before swimming season, finished (ish) after swimming season. Great people to work with until problems start and then the owner will disappear and not return to the site or return emails or phone calls or texts. Subs out the concrete to a company that also disappears. I have a pool now and with a few fixes, i will be ready for next swimming season but definitely not the professional look I was hoping for.

The guy showed up and left the vacuum attached to the filter in the pool. I called Bruce and let him know this, and he justified the guy's actions. Said that the guy does this often and was going to come back later and finish. Thank goodness the vacuum did not get clogged and burn up my pump motor! On top of the terrible service and customer service, they still charged us for the service that never happened. We refused to pay the bill. Then upon my mother's death, the bill was paid from the estate. That company should have never been paid! Do yourself a favor and please do not ever use this company.
