The owner wouldn't call us back except once when one of his workers was passed out in his truck in the driveway and we had to knock on the window to wake him up to which he was very rude & seemed hungover. Started before swimming season, finished (ish) after swimming season. Great people to work with until problems start and then the owner will disappear and not return to the site or return emails or phone calls or texts. Subs out the concrete to a company that also disappears. I have a pool now and with a few fixes, i will be ready for next swimming season but definitely not the professional look I was hoping for.
