Stewart is super friendly. I opted for a Monday appointment at 1:30 and had to reschedule for a later time due to a conflict. Not a problem. I was told there would be a $80 fee for them to show up and do a diagnostic check to determine the problem. If it was minor, they would likely have parts on hand to fix it right away. If major, they would order parts and fix it later. Knowing nothing about this new hot tub that came with my house, I was concerned when it kept shutting itself off. I googled and googled for a DIY fix. Nada. Second concern, "I really hope this doesn't cost an arm and a leg to fix". So, my fingers were crossed... Stewart came out and determined it was a small maintenance issue that I was unaware of. My skimmer (something I didn't even know existed) was full of debris. This prohibited flow and signaled the spa to shut itself off. While I felt just plain silly, he fixed the issue and continued to spend time educating me on my spa functionality, maintenance, etc. Much appreciated. They had used my garden hose to fill the spa and Stewart mentioned that I really should disconnect it for the Winter. I said I agreed, but it was connected so tightly that I could not get it off. He responded, "We got it disconnected for you and will wind it up and put it in your garage for you." Also much appreciated. Honestly, this was one of the best service calls I have ever had in my new home. Stewart only charged me the $80 to come out for diagnostics and left me with a wealth of knowledge. If you are in need of aquatic services, PLEASE give Stewart a ring. You won't be disappointed! Professional, knowledgeable, great testimonials, Angie's List approved and very nice. My hot tub is almost warmed up for use again! Can't wait.

Started before swimming season, finished (ish) after swimming season. Great people to work with until problems start and then the owner will disappear and not return to the site or return emails or phone calls or texts. Subs out the concrete to a company that also disappears. I have a pool now and with a few fixes, i will be ready for next swimming season but definitely not the professional look I was hoping for.

Brian and Alecia both are always very prompt with follow-up and responding to me. I went to open my pool yesterday so I could get it up and running before I left for a week's vacation this weekend. I should have known that sort of situation never goes the way you hope! I encountered a leak and what I hoped but knew, was going to be a major problem. I called ABC this morning, Alecia called me within a few hours to get more info, Brian called me less than 30 minutes later to go over what we were looking at, and had someone there within the hour with another guy on the way! From the first phone call to the guys leaving with the problem repaired was less than 6 hours. They really saved the day for me today, I was so worried about having to leave town, but even if they wouldn't have been able to get to it today, I know I can also trust and count on them to take care of my pool and any needs while I'm out of town. Leslie Pools is baiting and switching customers with pool closing. I was quoted online, and by…read morephone, that pool closing would be $250 plus a $45 trip charge. When they arrived, I confirmed and allowed the work to begin. After it was done, I was told it would now be $320 plus a $48.15 trip charge. Since I verbally requested a price before services were done and were quoted the price they gave me, I should not be asked to pay the additional fees they added. This is a clear violation of bait and switch. The seller should clarify the price when a customer inquires about service and price. After I reached out to customer service, they quickly told me the price and asked me to send the quoted price to them. They are trying to scam people by making them believe they are cheaper until the service is done. Local pool places near me had a better price, but Leslie said they could match, and they were wrong. I request that the agreed-upon price be honored, or I am left with no option but to take this to court and allow a judge to preside over the case. I am tired of these companies deceiving customers with lowball offers and then jacking up the price.
