Don't get me wrong I get being busy and having jobs - we were just disappointed that he was quick to take our money when we paid for our sprinklers and get us signed up for a 1 year service plan and then didn't show up for what seemed like forever to get them on. Chris was remarkably responsive to come out and look at my property within a few days of me contacting him. He discussed that installing some corrugated drain pipes and two French drains would correct the identified drainage issue. Chris provided a quote and was hired. He began work a few weeks later. My property was such that all work hand to be manually "hand trenched" using shovels. After the first day of the two day project, there were heavy rains that night. Chris's work fixed the primary problem that I had hired him for, but with the heavy rains, an additional drainage problem was discovered. Chris quickly responded by ordering additional materials and expanded his scope of work to include this new area. So, on his second and final day of work, Chris completed the initial project and also completed the additional work. Chris Peters represents the very definition of "professional". He is responsive and takes personal pride in his work and satisfying the customer. I am eagerly awaiting for the next downpours so that I can admire my new drainage system. Chris offers a full warranty of his work, so, I have no worries. I had the best experience on Thursday of this week. I needed a new pressure switch for my well…read morepump. There was a competitor supply store right around the corner from my house, but they were quoting twice the cost of the switch ($14.25 at central supply). So I drove 30 min to the east side (I live on the west side of Indy) because they had been friendly on the phone and it was half price compared to the other store near me. Once I arrived, I quickly found the parts counter and was somewhat unprepared to order as I was unsure what I needed. I had snapped several photos of my pressure switch/tank to help me. That's when one of the regular plumbers (who was ordering parts also) looked at my pics and totally helped me order all that I needed to do the job. While we waited for our orders to get picked from the warehouse, I continued to learn more about pressure switches from the nice plumber who had ordered my parts for me. The staff and patrons were friendly, and very helpful. I was able to also purchase the wires I needed as well as a new pressure gauge because they have both plumbing and electrical supplies. Total bill : $27.38. Competition : $32.50 for just the pressure switch. I will definitely come back for my next plumbing/electrical needs. This is the third time we have used A-1's services (over 4 years and 2 properties). We are very impressed with their thorough, comprehensive, conscientious service. I recently had a watering system installed by Aqua System…read more Jim came out to look and he was not only professional, but also very informative and outlined my options and what the process would entail. I received a quote within a day. I was also having sod placed at the same time and Jim worked effectively with those landscapers so that they could coordinate their efforts. Plumbers came to my house to run a pipe outside. They were very accommodating with scheduling and the process was seamless. The installation was scheduled. The team was on time and installed the necessary heads. There were several things that needed to be adjusted which they promptly did within a day or 2. The foreman, Anthony, was professional and a pleasure to work with. Overall, the whole process was efficient with superb professionalism, and with very pleasant people. I look forward to seeing how well it works next Spring. If the functionality parallels the customer service, I am sure to be very satisfied.

It was scheduled for today, June 24. The delivery schedule was from 8 a.m. to 5p.m. A nine hour window for service. Text and calls went unanswered to get a time frame. At 4 pm I contracted with another company for future salt delivery. I don't know if the aqua systems sold, they grew too fast, what happened but it is disappointing. Clearly providing good customer service is no longer a priority. I do not recommend.
