They tried fixing those leaks then left saying it was fixed, pulled money from our charge card that they had kept the information from a one time payment earlier in the year and then left a voicemail telling us our hot tub couldn't be fixed. The owner wouldn't call us back except once when one of his workers was passed out in his truck in the driveway and we had to knock on the window to wake him up to which he was very rude & seemed hungover. Stewart is super friendly. I opted for a Monday appointment at 1:30 and had to reschedule for a later time due to a conflict. Not a problem. I was told there would be a $80 fee for them to show up and do a diagnostic check to determine the problem. If it was minor, they would likely have parts on hand to fix it right away. If major, they would order parts and fix it later. Knowing nothing about this new hot tub that came with my house, I was concerned when it kept shutting itself off. I googled and googled for a DIY fix. Nada. Second concern, "I really hope this doesn't cost an arm and a leg to fix". So, my fingers were crossed... Stewart came out and determined it was a small maintenance issue that I was unaware of. My skimmer (something I didn't even know existed) was full of debris. This prohibited flow and signaled the spa to shut itself off. While I felt just plain silly, he fixed the issue and continued to spend time educating me on my spa functionality, maintenance, etc. Much appreciated. They had used my garden hose to fill the spa and Stewart mentioned that I really should disconnect it for the Winter. I said I agreed, but it was connected so tightly that I could not get it off. He responded, "We got it disconnected for you and will wind it up and put it in your garage for you." Also much appreciated. Honestly, this was one of the best service calls I have ever had in my new home. Stewart only charged me the $80 to come out for diagnostics and left me with a wealth of knowledge. When they arrived, I confirmed and allowed the work to begin. After it was done, I was told it would now be $320 plus a $48.15 trip charge. Since I verbally requested a price before services were done and were quoted the price they gave me, I should not be asked to pay the additional fees they added. This is a clear violation of bait and switch. The seller should clarify the price when a customer inquires about service and price. After I reached out to customer service, they quickly told me the price and asked me to send the quoted price to them. They are trying to scam people by making them believe they are cheaper until the service is done. Local pool places near me had a better price, but Leslie said they could match, and they were wrong. I request that the agreed-upon price be honored, or I am left with no option but to take this to court and allow a judge to preside over the case. I am tired of these companies deceiving customers with lowball offers and then jacking up the price.

Described the problem, was quoted 120 per hour labor. Came out to look at pool cover not opening properly. Looked Over a couple things tightened two bolts and left. Nice and efficient but got a 150 dollar bill for 15 min or so. Thought that kind of high espically for first time service visit. Found a more reasonable contractor to install a new heater , salt generator and diving board.
