He also stated he felt there was plenty of room, when I had to go on my neighbor's yard to get around them, which means a garbage truck would never make it. They seem to be only interested in the money and lack of concern for those surrounding their job. Totally disrespectful.

They had crews come out and work together to correct my drainage problems. The crews cleaned up the overgrowth of voluntary plants that were overtaking my home. The whole process was a breeze - Dustin was very friendly and helpful, and quickly put us on their schedule. We worked with Cassandra to get our bathtub refinished - she was very communicative, punctual, and thorough. The whole process took a couple of hours - Cassandra gave us clear instructions when the coating would cure and that she'd come back to make sure everything was done perfectly. After a few days, she came back and touched up a couple of areas, making our bathtub perfect. After explaining on the phone my problem, he communicated his suspicions of the issue and stopped by later to confirm. It…read morehas held up great and the services include changing the dehumidifier filter and verifying the sump pumps work. The sump has 3 pumps inside it. A low pump, a higher pump if that first pump fails or cant keep up. And then a higher battery backup pump. I feel great knowing that my basement will stay dry no matter what. We had to shut our kennel down and completely tear it apart which took time and money. Then when the crew got here they told us they could not do what they had quoted us to do. We lost a lot of time and money. It was an inconvenience to our clients and patients because we had to re-arrange surgery schedules, and we have no new floor to show for it.
