I have previously reviewed this place but the quality has dropped significantly. In the past 3 or 4 months there have been many issues, I got a pizza that wasn't gluten free about 3 weeks ago, good thing I double checked or I could have gotten sick. Wrong toppings/ missing toppings and very burnt crusts have become common place, some staff are extremely rude at times, like on January 1st when I received a wrong size pizza and requested a new one. I was told to email the customer service to get it solved because the guy in the kitchen claimed the pizza was the right size, after buying from here for years that really rubbed me the wrong way. I measured my 14 inch pizza to be 12 inches twice. I did e-mail customer service and got a quick response with an apology, however, I was simply told that gluten free pizzas shrink during cooking, this surprised me as they used to be 14 inches in the past every single time I ordered. Maybe they hired new managers and kitchen staff as I have never had any issues like that in the almost 4 years I have been pretty exclusively buying pizza here due to the quality of the GF pizzas. In conclusion, they did fantastic pizzas but the quality has dropped significantly in the past few months which is reflected in reviews across platforms. I don't think I will be ordering here again for a while and if you have an allergy I would recommend ordering the 12 inch as they are identical to the "14" inch. Also 5 euro delivery charge is crazy and not justifiable. read more

This is a quick review of a pop-in case. Asked for a cheap deal for one angot the offer of €5 for a 9 inch pizza with two toppings and a drink. Got to tell you, pizza was amazing! I'm a fan of Domino's, but this pizza made me to reconsider and make my next order from this place instead of Domino's. Great fresh pizza. If next time pizza is as amazing, then gonna update the review to a 5 stars. read more

Great spot. Good quality (though basic on the deals) pizzas. Great lunch deal (€5 for a 2-topping pizza and drink, €4 if you have a coupon). They do delivery (never tried) and order and collect (really handy for lunch times, just drop in and pick up a lovely pizza!). Would recommend to a friend and deny entry to an enemy. read more

Terrible servies. No one on the other end told me that I'd have to comeout and collect the food. I can barely walk, it takes ages for me to get dressed. Ages for mw to get down the stairs of my home. A horrible interaction with the delivery driver. He was very rude. I told him, come in or nothing. Then he wouldn't stop ringing. I'm never gonna ring them again. Mainly because of the delivery driver. Very bad service. One star. read more

A vegan traveling through Dublin does not have many lunch options to consider, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this pizza joint just a 10 minute walk from my last minute, close-to-the-airport hotel. For €7 I got a nice vegan-cheesy pizza (not daiya cheese, something else) with two toppings (I chose spinach and garlic). It was the perfect size for a hungry American girl like myself. Take out only, no dine in. My food was ready so quickly and the man behind the counter was very friendly. Vegans, if you are stranded by the Dublin airport do not fear -- you've got yourselves a tasty option nearby. read more

Got a delivery from here the other night and it was lovely. We got pizza, garlic bread, wedges and some dips. The bread in the pizza was good quality, toppings were generous and well dispersed. They had the wedges wrapped in foil inside their box which meant they were piping hot- really nice touch. They also have some great bogo free offers right now. Trust me when I say Dominos & other pizza chains are muck compared to this place! I will be getting pizza from here in future. The only place in Dublin I've tried which is nicer is Rays Pizza. If your sick of having the same stuff from dominos and same from Apache pizza I would strongly recommend this place it's a actual great place and pizza doesn't taste like muck, All I will say is try it once and if don't like fair enough, BUT I know you will enjoy it read more

the pizza here is fantastic, i have to say amongst my favourite in dublin. Its a little pricier than most but I think its totally worth it. I got a medium pizza with 3 toppings (bbq chicken, bacon and sausage) with chicken tenders and it all disappeared very very quickly. read more

Amazing pizzas served to you by very friendly,informative and chatty staff. Went with the promotional deal and got 2 giant sized pizzas. Girl at counter recommended 'chicken and cashew nut on 1 half of pizza,and on the other half satay chicken on guacamole,I kid you not,absolutely delicious. Greatest. Hangover. Cure. Ever. They do a 'Real Big Deal' for 23 euros that's the best value around - but what really sets FH apart from the usual chain places is that their toppings are actual fresh ingredients and they have a varied selection of pizza options & sauces. Firehouse has gotten orders wrong on a couple of occasions, and the two times I've ordered ice cream, it has been disappointing... But the service and standard makes this, IMHO, my number one pizza takeaway in the city. read more

Gorgeous pizza and wings. So many options of toppings and desserts. Only problem is they tend to just chuck the dessert in its box and then the bag so by the time you get it, it's quite messy. Always order online so wouldn't know how friendly staff are. Better than dominos or apache in my opinion read more

This is the best takeaway pizza I've ever had. The menu is huge, the pizzas are a decent size with plenty of toppings, and the prices are very good. 'Nuts for chicken' with satay sauce is amazing. There's plenty of unusual pizzas e.g. duck, farmhouse cheese, or Philly cheese steak, as well as all the usuals. Highly recommend! read more

Are you vegan? Or lactose intolerant? I am going to tell you now, firehouse pizza does quite possibly the best pizzas in Dublin. I am vegan and they are just freekin AWESOME. Vegans: so so so many veg choices for ontop and the pizza is outrageously good. Great value for money but, make sure you get those offers. I had three large pizzas for €30!! Which is amazing value. Would highly highly recommend. PS: for men who love there meat, the lads had the pizzas with pulled pork and other delicacy and said it was delicious. read more

We ordered a 16" house fire house pizza, our usual, but when we opened the box we were very disappointed it looked like it had been reheated, topping were less than half as usual the base flat and cheese, dry and hard . This was not the usual fire house pizza. We took the pizza back and spoke with the kitchen manager that we were not happy, But instead of just replacing the order she argued there was nothing wrong with it and that they don't give out free food, What? I had already paid no one said anything about free. I could not believe it ! I know the different between a freshly made Pizza and an 'old' Pizza. But she insisted she was not going to do anything. So much for customer service I can forgive a bad order hey it happens but not willing to do anything about it is just very bad costumer service, not even a refund!. What was once our favourite Pizza place is now just a Bad taste in my mouth. I do not recommend. Never Again! read more
