Steak & Blue Pizza

The Steak and Blue pizza... What a find. Great flavor and served hot and fresh and quick. Great service The only downside was trying to find a table to eat it at on a busy Sunday lunchtime

Gluten free pepperoni

In town from Texas. In the mall to shop and noticed they had Gluten free! We have a GF kid and this was perfect! Late dinner at 8pm on a Friday night. You could tell the employees were exhausted from the day (Fiesta Bowl fans in town) but they were all smiles and eager to make our food fabulous. Both pizzas were great and the salad had just the right about of dressing to toppings ratio. Definitely recommend! Thanks guys!

This is just like Pieology even tastes the same imo. I didn't realize this location was inside the ginormous Scottsdale Fashion Square until I was committed into the congested parking lot. Parking can be a real pain here especially if you have a long car and go up into the covered parking areas, hard to make the turns. Anyhow you will find the take out restaurant on the ground floor more towards the west end. As with Pieology, you create your own pizza at a flat price and it comes out fairly quickly for $11 each. I asked for vegan meat which wasn't obvious on display or saw any signage for it. But they pulled out vegan chorizo or pepperoni chunks from a lower refrigerator and I believe it was not extra $. Some places penalize you for being healthy. But I saved them money not getting cheese on mine. I also got a salad. Tasted good no complaints. Just the hassle of parking but if you're already there better yet.

Great food, Great customer service, they actually seem like they enjoy their jobs! This place is known to be understaffed but with their customer service they seem to get through it just fine! I love the food here, Cauliflower Crust is a must have here and will change your perspective on anything cauliflower. The Add on is a little bit of a charge but 100% worth the Fired Pie experience!

An interesting location, nestled in the corner of the Scottsdale Fashion Square mall. I am pleased to say that this location rocks !! The deciding X factor: The sheer consistency and density of the pizza is astounding. Freshly baked dough melts with oozing textures of mozzarella cheese; combined to create a scrumptiously soft but crispy texture. Each bite feels like a huge blast of marinara garlic Buffalo melded juices that hug each orher and coincide upon chew. Each bite is a true flavor blast! Feels really awesome to know that the Fired Pie quality feels really awesome to know that the Fired Pie quality can still be foundI within the Scottsdale mama. Say farewell to all the old school say farewell to all the old school pizzerias, that would typically charge around $7 for a slice or two. Goodbye Sbarro's and New York style joints, and hello and welcome in the new era of fresh efficiently made Quick-Step quick made to order pizzas Fired Pie. Their customer service here is excellent, and although they typically have a line, the wait is well worth it. Pro tip: Ask for the Garlic on the pizza before getting the marinara. If you want to go all out: Ask for the Garlic, marinara, AND buffalo sauce. Oooohweeee! It's simply delicious. "Fired Pie is Fire"

I bought a party size pazookie and got a normal size. I asked for receipt and did not get it. Cashier was unfriendly. Pizza had only one size and was not satisfactory. Would not recommend.

Summer Friday night. Ordered Mac n Cheese. Wait forever for it, meanwhile people who ordered 15 mins after me are all getting their food. I ask if mine is ready, he turns around and grabs my food. It had been sitting there for 10 mins. I open it and it's cheese soup with a few noodles and bread crumbs! So incredibly disappointing, and this for $10???? Never again! Don't do it! Update: Fred, there is no way they called my name. I was standing right at the pick up counter. The young man handing out the food and the gal behind the register saw me standing there the whole time. I do appreciate that you have responded and acknowledged there were some issues. Thank you!

I have eaten here three times in the last week. You can make your own custom salad and oh. my. goodness. The amount of toppings they have can rival a full restaurant. They are located in the food court at Scottsdale Fashion Square but even during a lunch rush, they are fast! I never wait more than five minutes to be helped. The staff is always friendly. They know their product and the food is fresh. I'm so glad they are not far from me. I look forward to more meals with them. *edit* I forgot to mention - if you do the cashback option through Yelp, you get cash back through this location! Win/Win!

We love coming to the food court at the mall. Everyone gets to choose where they want to eat. However, when we spotted Fired Pie, we all chose it. I love the fact I can build my own creation with quality ingredients. Since my wife is watching weight, I went with the cauliflower crust option. It was fantastic. We are looking forward to the next time. #dukeofeats

The hostess was very friendly and led us back to the community table near the bar. Our server/bartender was busy at the bar and taking orders. No smile, a no- nonsense personality which is fine, just not friendly at all. My husband and friend decided to do beer flights. They enjoyed except for one of the beers they said had no flavor. I opted for a Tito's dirty martini which is my favorite drink. They enjoyed the beer flights but unfortunately when my martini was delivered, I swore the glass hadn't been properly washed as it had a sweet, coffee taste. I let our server know and she immediately took it and said she would make another which was great. I did see her grab a new glass. Unfortunately the new martini tasted exactly the same. Almost like a terrible espresso martini with olive juice. It was not drinkable. Either she didn't know how to make a dirty martini or the olive juice or vermouth went bad. I couldn't stomach the drink and felt nauseous so left it. We ordered a Chef's Board. Cheese selections, plus pepperoni, salami, prosciutto, mixed nuts & fruits, olives and fig jam. They missed the nuts, fruit and olives. The meat and cheese were good but it was a basic board. We should have ordered the pizza instead as everyone around us had a pizza and it smelled delicious. Our first visit was not the best experience, however, we may give it another try and check out the pizza instead.

I don't know if there is parking specifically for this location but there was street parking. We went on a Wednesday night, so it wasn't too busy but I bet when Old Town is popping that parking could be a challenge. It was pretty busy for a Wednesday night but we only waited a couple of minutes for the server to seat us, and a couple of more minutes for the server to come over. My son got a sausage and pepperoni pizza and I got the Tuscan Veggie. It did take a bit for the pizza to come out and my son was a bit hangry but once it came out we realized it was so worth it -- although my Tuscan Veggie was pretty garlicky -- I was breathing fire after that -- luckily I didn't have anything else to do LOL. I also got the lemon arugula salad which was very tasty!! Besides the garlic breath and the bit of a wait, we were very happy and full when we left the restaurant. We will be back for sure.

The chicken was juicy and tender, lasagna was creamy but not too greasy, the rigatoni was full of flavors (spicy, lemony, and fragrant), and the fried seafood had a light batter. Not to mention the tiramisu - you could feel the coffee and mascarpone melted in your mouth immediately. I would say since this is a global chain, their Italian food is globalized in a way that some Italian tastes are gone. But still , you can tell the food is high quality and the chef put efforts in it. We also liked the Italian vibe in the restaurant - really bright and inviting. Overall, a great place to hang out with family and friends to get some Italian taste!

The real deal Italian from Naples! 2. Pizza was simple and very good 3. They have ricotta gnocchi (preferred over the heavy potato gnocchi) Cons 1. A lot of the food on the menu was very pricey. The pizzas and pasta without protein were a more reasonble price. 2. Very dark and empty inside the restaurant (this may have been because it was late).

Because the patio was all covered, and it was not but two tables with customers, the staff spent more time on their phones and drinking Starbucks rather than doing stuff or working behind the scenes. Our server was amazing. The rest of the staff who were waiting for customers to come in spend their time standing around and on their phone. For not having a lot of people in the restaurant, our water bottle was never refilled, our appetizer plates were not removed off our table before the guy came to put down two pies so I had to move plates around. It was almost like it was a burden us being there. The lady who was making the pizza, was in the kitchen, eating pizza... All visible from our table. The Alba pizza was amazing. The spinach dip was mediocre and you don't get much spinach dip for the amount of bread they give you. The fried raviolis are mediocre. The best part of this is if you're looking for a piece of pizza or a pie, the price point is decent. I would have upped the stars if the staff actually cared about the customers that were actually there to eat. This was the first time there for us and we probably won't be back.
