A fresh and fast pizza that is delicious. I love that you can have any toppings without being charged extra. The crust is lighter and great when your family all wants different toppings. Plus I love that I can customize the base sauce instead of traditional tomato sauce because it gives me heartburn. Oh God, I sound so old saying that. Oh well, it is what it is! arrived at this location on Alma School And baseline Road and we been here a couple of times and each time the service got severely worse today we arrived at 3 o'clock in the afternoon which is lazy and rush-hour. The staff was not friendly or smiling to even Greta upon arrival, but they finally did after doing some of their prep work in front of us. The food is good, but the service is for all the tables were dirty so we picked at least of all of them to clean it off in the back and ourselves and observed as other customer came in and got the same kind of treatment when we finally at the end of eating RV we were picking up a pizza that was hotspot and it basically was shoved at my husband , we are trying to look for another location with a little friendlier clientele and also friendlier staff we loved the location that was at and the 101 in Chandler and now we have to look for another fired pie location that has better service read more

Staff very friendly, one has been there her name is rae . She's always helping me out . She makes jokes and keeps the mood in the store so fun. Everyone makes me feel so welcome whenever I come in . I come in Sunday nights and I always go around the time rae and her crew is there. That girl is definitely a worker who cares about her job. The food is amazing as well as the beers on tap. I get the Mediterranean but add chicken. The blue moon the have is amazing . The have choices of other drinks by the register and it's a great variety of options. They cook the pizza exactly how I like it, not to soft and not to crunchy. The also have a great dessert (the pookie) is a pizza cookie !!! And they have 2 different flavors. Oh boy. To start, the staff wasn't friendly, it was clear they weren't happy to be there. And that's fine but, you should still do your job right. For my pizza, they used a crust that was half sauced already that was set off to the side for some reason, no idea why or how they thought that was acceptable... No idea how long it could've been sitting there but instead of grabbing a new fresh crust for my pizza, the guy chose to use a half sauced pushed off-to-the-side crust for my pizza! Then, the girl who continued making my pizza DOWSED my pizza in salt! This is not an exaggeration. The coworker I was with couldn't believe it. I asked for some salt/pepper/oregano if they had it, and she grabbed a single shaker and shook its contents out very heavily, and for way too long. We thought "there is no way that's just salt coming out..." but upon my first bite it was very apparent that yes, it was. The pizza was inedible due to the heavy salt she decided to pour on it. Aside from the crappy inadequate staff, their ingredients look beyond unappealing. They're not fresh cut raw veggies. They're from a can, no fresh spinach or mushrooms and such... they're all wet and soggy and clearly not raw vegetables. Disgusting. Even their lemonade sucked. This was my first time at any Fired Pie. I am beating myself up for not sticking up for myself in this situation because none of this experience was acceptable. Needless to say, I won't be going back. And I will continue to support the much better choice for fast pizza, and that's Mod, at any location. They never disappoint and always have fresh raw ingredients, and competent and efficient staff. read more

Definitely one of my favorite pizza spots! I always get the cauliflower crust (I've tried their other gluten-free crust but it's not as good.) Btw the staff is super friendly and helpful at this location. Will be back soon Tip - If you have a gluten sensitivity you can ask them to cook your pizza on the tray to avoid cross contamination. read more

Here we are. I KNEW it was a mistake ordering from here again. But, my kids were "dying for the little pizzas", so like a schmuck I gave in. It's been a little over a year since my last review of this place and it's actually gotten worse. This proves that it isn't the staff. It is the owner/big wig/guy behind the curtain with no clue wtf is actually needed to run a restaurant. I ordered 6 pizzas tonight. My order was going to be done at 6:20. I showed up about 3 minute early, walked in and they were slammed. Line of people ordering pizzas, 5-6 of us getting to go orders. When someone finally noticed me, I was told that my order hadn't even been started yet. The sad part? I wasn't even surprised. I knew that something was going to go wrong. This is why I didn't get angry. When your expectations are already at rock bottom you can't get upset when those expectations are met. Fine, I really don't have a choice here, so I will wait the 20 minutes I am quoted. Fast forward 23 minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, like a jackass. 4 pizzas are in the hot box, 1 is being run around the corner and the girl is desperately searching for the 6th. As I start going through the order to confirm everything, because lord knows I don't trust anyone at this point, I notice that all of the pizzas are burnt. I don't mean a tad crispy. I mean black AF crust on each and every pizza and the cheese is also clearly well over done. No basil/oregano on the one pizza. My pizza is wrong. No buffalo chicken, apples, or gorgonzola. The girl is apologetic again and says she can make a new one and I said I don't want to wait 20 minutes more, please just give me my money back. So, she issues a refund of $8.65, which is nice. The problem is, my pizza was $9.99 before tax. I asked for ranch, the other girl brings pan over full of cups of caesar dressing. I ask for six ranch and I get three. I never got upset or was loud/angry. Again, this place is knocking all of my expectations of a lousy experience out of the park! They actually exceeded my expectations!! I don't want coupons. I don't want free pizza. I want the person that owns/runs this store to do their freaking job and train your staff appropriately. Or better yet, sell your store to someone that actually wants to offer a consistent dining experience to the community. The poor girl that was doing all the apologizing was clearly drowning. And she was trying but without proper training and support from an actual leader there isn't much to be expected. I've already told my kids that it will be a very very chilly day before we ever spend a dime at this Fired Pie. They want little pizzas? I will get some Red Baron singles and nuke them. They will be what they want, cooked properly, and be cheaper. read more

My husband and I ordered an 11" pizza. It had pepperoni and mushrooms on it. I really liked the fired flavor of the pizza. I wish that it came in bigger sizes. Ordered via uber eats. Food arrived timely as expected. Low and behold both pizzas were incorrect and not due to Uber eats. The receipt clearly shows my order. 1 pie had another person's name inside my name outside. The other pie was mine but without half the ingredients. So I ordered for my family to avoid covid areas and social distance and had to cone here anyways. Couldn't even call due to constant busy phone line. When I explained thr issue the gentlemen saw the order and just said sorry. Thats all I guess. No real taking responsibility. Came here after a long trip back from California! I e live down the street and finally decided to come here. We were surprised with how fast the food came out and how yummy the pizzas were. You really cannot screw up in a place like this it's impossible! You order them what to put on the pizza and they simply bake it and bring it over. I showed the employee upon pickup and she said they are all made like this. In a restaurant we would have refused to pay and requested a manager - not available at this store. I'm pretty picky about my pizza; there are only a few places in the valley that I will give my business too so I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into The Fired Pie, on a whim, and was delighted to discover this pizza place is in a neck and neck race with Barro's (my top pick for over 25 years). Very different pizzas - they are thin crust vs thick, but are a cut above all the others, as far as I'm concerned. The staff is always friendly (kudos, especially, to Angie!) and quick. You'll have your pizza is less than 10 minutes. And you can have it your way. They prepare it right in front of you with all the toppings in plain sight. The restaurant isn't fancy (typical "warehouse" style - so it's noisy) but well worth a visit. I'm so pleased to have found this place. Keep up the good work! read more

This is my regular spot to take my wife. Tremendous food and service. We split (and recommend) a pizza (Hawaiian BBQ), split a salad (Buffalo Chicken Caesar), and a couple beers - Food portions are large enough for us to share. Update - despite this location being less than a 1/2 mile from my house, Mom and I no longer make weekly visits here. We had one too many episodes of rude service and when our pizzas came out cold and burnt we were done. How can a pizza be cold AND burnt? Well apparently you burn it first, then let it sit out for 15 minutes before bringing it to the table. I strongly recommend finding a different Fired Pie location. read more

I don't write reviews, normally because I don't care enough, but businesses and service was horrible before, but worse than ever. Please don't not blame the young lady or the young kids working there. It is not their fault, but the owners because they are not trained properly for customer service and how to handle a busy night. I go because it is up the street. All good today is over priced especially for Arizona. What they service is not pizza but bread with topping, sauce, abs cheese, but it's good enough when I need something for my father. I estimated time 26 min, I show up 30 min. It's busy, they tell me they haven't started it, no problem I wait. 20 min go by, they call my name, it's not my order. I say not my order, I am told they know. Nothing else said, so I sit back down, I wait another 10 min, and it was clear they haven't started my order and other have Received theirs. I canceled my order and went home and made dinner for my father. I'll write some reviews now, think it's time to hold business owners accountable. Again not the employee, she was polite and running around working hard. Train your staff and pay them better. read more

My kids love this place but I hate having to beg for toppings. They add 5 pieces of ham and want to move on to the next topping. Even when I tell them I'm only getting 2 toppings. Then the staff have attitude when I ask for more of a topping when they already deemed 5 pieces was enough. Quality is okay, but service is not great. Pizzas are around $10 each. I enjoy the make your pizza concept and have been to some others, but Fired Pie has the edge here. I dont know if it's the dough, the sauce, or the ingredients, but the pizza here is 10/10. Wrap all that up with a friendly staff that doesn't just throw your pizza together like a subway clone, and you have a delicious expirience for right around $10. The manger, Bruce, is great and calls customers by name when they come in. One of my favorite spots to eat, for sure! read more
