Fire wings isn't that fire lol!! The drink options and side options is the only reason I would come back. It doesn't beat Wingstop. They have a lot more flavor options which is good! We tried this new place out and we were very pleased. We were greeted as soon as we walked in which was nice . The young lady that took our order was very friendly . This review ties to events from 3/19/19 - placing the order via phone and internet. Phone was not being answered during regular business hours and the web site kept locking up. Took multiple attempts before we were able to place the order, and it was via the web site. Good part was, the order was correct when we picked it up. Supervisor / manager on duty did acknowledge that the phone (VOIP) and computer that receives the orders is tied to one wireless router and they have problems with the router. So I've been going to fire wings for a while. Wing stops wings have gotten more nastier and nastier. Had to find a good wing shop. First one I went to was the one in Sac. I drove 2 hours to get there. It was amazing. Second place finally opened up In Lodi and that place was good as well. Finally they had one closer to my house. I was happy. Went today and got my usual peanut butter wings. Hands down the best tasting wing ever. Better than Lodi and Sac. The meat taste so good. The flavor melts on your tongue. Fire wing shits on wing stop anytime of the day and Buffalo Wild Wings. Those places are the nastiest most disgusting place I've ever ate at. The food at this chain is good but the service here is probably the worst out of all of them. They never answer the whole and always takeover half an hour for an order. Staff continually just say it'll be 10 to 15 minutes when they know they're backed up for at least a half an hour. Lack of customer service training actually makes the food taste worse. read more

I went in today to order 5 bone in wings for my son and was told that it was their policy that you have to order 10 wings. What, really? I was not hungry and my son can't eat 10 wings, so I left and went to wingstop and they didn't have a problem doing 5 wings for me. Fire Wings is the best wings ive had in a long time. They carry a wide selection of flavors and none are bad. I like both the bone but especially the boneless wings(in house hand cut chicken breasts). Another plus is they also do great appitizers and have good selections for the kids if they dont like wings.
