Omg the garlic noodles are Fire. I always get Peanut Butter fusion and Korean kick. As a Filipino it's sooo good. Store was clean and staff was fantastic.

I ordered using door dash so wasn't sure how it would be. There is an option for extra crispy chicken which of course I chose and was pretty impressed when the food was delivered. Not only was it still hot but the chicken definitely had a nice crunch. The flavor of the chicken wings were really good, well seasoned and lots of sauce which I prefer. I've been here once in person and their service was wonderful and had a nice family feel to it.

The vibes were great during lunch. Nice customer service, the staff were attentive & helpful! Great food, the Thai Chili wings were awesome & seasoned fries were crispy! 10/10 would recommend for a chill time with friends.

I ordered on door dash on New Year's Day and I was not impressed with the food, but I was impressed with the quick delivery- although I paid the extra $3 for priority delivery. So I was able to order and have the food delivered with in 20 minutes - so props to that. However, the food seemed like it was made in a rush and was terrible. The wings were NOT TOSSED, you can see that in the photos- therefore the wings were not flavored with the sauce and were just dry bland batter. Totally not what I was in the mood for. These were terrible compared to the Stockton fire wings location who ALWAYS delivers delicious saucy wings- shame on you Manteca location!

The first time I've tried fire wings was at their Elk Grove location located on laguna. To be honest I was never really a fan of it, but it's definitely different. Their wings have more of an Asian flare to it so that's pretty nice compared to the traditional American flavors. This Manteca location is the best location I've been too. Customer service is great, wings come out quick, never really had a problem waiting too long. This is my moms favorite wing place so we order from here pretty often. This time around we noticed that the wings were over cooked and really dry, but this was one out of many times so I don't blame them for their one mistake. I highly recommend the garlic noodles. All in all this location gets a 3/5 for good customer service and fast ticket times. Would recommend giving it a try if you like Asian fusion.

Super impressed with Fire Wings!! I've always heard good things about this restaurant, most particularly for it's locations up in the Sacramento area. Since then, I've been looking forward to the time I would stop by Manteca next since it's the closest location to where I live. I came on a Wednesday around lunch time and ordered my wings online. I ordered 10 pc bone-in wings, with Korean Kick and Dragon as my flavors, with a side of garlic fries. It also came with a drink - all of this costed about $16-17. My food was ready in the 20 minutes that it said it would be when I ordered online. Upon entering the restaurant, I was also impressed with how clean the entire interior of the restaurant was. It also seemed like they had dine-in available. COVID-wise, everything was clean and social distancing efforts and masks were enforced by the employees. The food was SUPER good, and I was surprised to see how many diverse and unique flavors they had to offer. The Dragon flavored wings were a personal favorite of mine. The Korean Kick had a nice kick to it given by it's name, and they were plenty generous with the sauce on both flavors. Unfortunately, the garlic fries were soggy by the time I was able to eat them after a 20 minute car ride but it was still good. The only thing I felt was off about the fries was that half of the tray was completely FLOODED with the garlic butter liquid they use. Most of my fries, with the exception of the ones at the top, were drenched. I appreciated how they had online ordering since it made it a lot easier to order. However, it was just a bit difficult choosing flavors to eat as a new customer. A description of the flavors and what ingredients/tastes each has would have been appreciated rather than just listing them out on the website. (I got lucky with liking the Dragon flavor haha!) With the amount of flavors they have to offer, I do hope to visit again! :-)

Food is good, but they don't answer the phone. Trying to force people to order online has pushed me closer to Lord of the Wings in Stockton.

Wings are fire! My only complaint is I ordered a 10 piece combo and only got 9. Lmao I had enough room for that 10th wing.

No they're just busy. Order online

Do they have any Gluten Free Wing Options?

Yes, Their naked wings and dry rubs are gluten free.

Is there an app where I can place an order? Or can I call to place an order?

No app. You should be able to call in but every time I have tried no answer. Ive even tried calling while inside and I see them just ignore the phone. Your best bet would be to order on their website.

We only…read morecame here because it was a Monday (their other location is closed on Mondays), and we happened to be in Stockton and I had a serious craving for those wings. It's located downtown next to the movie theater, if you're facing the theater, it's on the right-hand side. There was a sign on the door saying cash-only and no dine-in. I had cash and we were planning to take it to-go anyway, so that part didn't bother us. But oh my goodness... the staff needs improvement. Please address it ASAP. The vibe was not welcoming at all and felt very unprofessional. I could hear screaming and shouting coming from the kitchen from one of the younger girls, who honestly looked pretty mean. She was also taking orders. Thankfully, she wasn't the one who helped us, another girl took our order. Their POS was down and they said they accepted cash or Zelle, so we paid with Zelle. The girl told me, "Show it to me when you pay it," which I did. THANK GOODNESS I paid with Zelle. (I'll get to that). We ordered two salt & pepper wings and an order of garlic noodles to-go. The noodles came out first, so we sat down to wait for the wings. I noticed there were people dining in, so I guess the "no dine-in" sign wasn't accurate. When our wings were ready, we went up to grab them. The girl who took our order loudly asked in a rude tone, "DID YOU PAY?" It was embarrassing because everyone heard, and could've been handled so differently. I told her yes and pulled up the Zelle confirmation, the SAME one she had asked me earlier to show her. She clearly forgot and didn't make a note of it. Honestly, I can't imagine if I had paid cash. I wouldn't have had a receipt or any proof. So if you go here and their machines are down again... pay with Zelle. While we were there, I noticed a mother and daughter who had been waiting even before we arrived and still had no food. When we went up to get our wings, the daughter walked up to the counter very upset and said, "Give me back my money. We've been here for an hour and we were here before them." That pretty much confirmed everything about how chaotic things were. It felt like a total zoo in there. The system for handling orders and payments definitely needs work, especially with cash transactions. The tables were also dirty and could've used some attention. Additionally, the girl screaming in the kitchen shouldn't have happened. The wings? Still delicious. But the service and organization at this location really took away from the experience. The only parking available was at the garage across the street.

They were served with more of a hoisin-style sauce instead of the typical peanut sauce. A little different, but still had good flavor overall. My dad ordered the chicken sandwich, and it was much bigger than what you usually get at other places. He said it was really good and definitely filling. ($6.95) I ordered the mild beef stew pho. It wasn't quite what I'm used to--the meat wasn't the typical stew cut and had more fat and gristle, with only a few pieces of beef. It wasn't my favorite, but the broth itself had good flavor. It also came with rice noodles, carrots, and even a couple pieces of lettuce, which was a bit different. Looking around, other dishes coming out looked really good. I'd definitely come back to try one of their sandwiches next time. Service was quick approx 30 seats. The ambiance was casual and welcoming clean, relaxed, and a comfortable spot to sit down and enjoy a meal. Nothing fancy, but it had a nice local feel.

Even when the chicken is moist it's unfortunate the taste is lacking often. My guess is that they prepare the food far in advance and just reheat the food as needed; sometimes there to go orders are ready way too quick so quality suffers. Also their fish sauce doesn't do it for me. It has no zing compared to those that other restaurants have. This is a pretty small restaurant but they manage to fit a decent number of tables. One of the few things that have going for them is that they are cheap. I feel like $11+ tax for a grilled chicken rice plate is unheard of these days. And they don't skimp out on the chicken, it's a good portion size.
