Worst experience ever at this place, I placed an online order which shouldn't be very difficult to fulfill considering I paid extra for the wings being flats not a big deal it is clear as day on the receipt, so when it was picked up got home to see not only were all the wings undercooked and cold, they were all drumsticks, so I called and explained the matter to the girl who said she's the manager,I explained the problem and said can you bring the food back and we will recook it ? I said no why don't you just refund me the 4.00 I paid for flats and we will call it a day, she said she cannot do that I have to prove that my order is incorrect, so you think I would call and make a lie about 4.00? Seriously l, I said can I speak to a manager she said I am the manager, I said you won't refund me 4$, you want me to drive 15 to min to show you that I have drumsticks so u can cook me the right order? Been wanting to try this out for a while hoping for some "Fire Wings." The place is nice and modern (bathroom smells horrible though), menu is easy and the prices are good. Ordered their spiciest wings, medium spice and no spice with a pitcher of beer and fries. The beer was completely flat, the fries were good, but the wings were bland, they were cooked well but the flavor was average and the wings weren't spicy. The way they make their boneless wings are AWESOME! Most places have way too much batter compared to the portion of chicken, but these are opposite. I loved how theres a TV screen showing their process of making their boneless wings. So far, I'm in love with Mango Habanero and Korean Kick. I was driving through Manteca and decided to try a new food place after a long road trip. Fire wings resturant has very good tasting food but this review is really for one employee that has indescribable customer service. I forgot her name but she was a dark hair young manager with tan skin. Her kindness and helpful nature is truly a understatement. I am not one to ever write reviews on people, but after a really long and stressful road trip, kindness from this young lady was what it took to make my day. There are people who are truly kind in there nature and she is one of them. I had a slight problem with my order and it was taken care of very quickly with much apologies. You hardly meet people, especially in food service, who actually care if something is wrong and not treat you like you are just another person. I almost didn't complain about my order because there was so many customers and I could tell the workers were busy, but I am glad that I did because I truly saw unparalleled customer service from the young manager. We just moved to the area 6 months ago and this was actually the first place we went to eat at in Manteca. So glad to have found this place, it's our go to place for something quick to eat. They have some pretty unique flavors; different from what you can get at Buffalo Wild Wings or Wing Stop. Favorite flavors are Peanut, fire (pretty hot!) and salt and pepper. The food is great, I've been here many times. Nothing against the worker not food... its about store policy. This is a case of "I have money and you didn't want it." and no I was not kicked out. So Saturday night after work at about 11:45 pm I stop at Firewings on the way home from work and place my order. Total came to about $18. I tried to pay with a $50 bill and was told that its store policy to not accept anything larger than a $20 bill. I can see the concern on not accepting larger bills but this is 2019, ATMs now dispense $50s, there are a number of counterfeit measures available. Perhaps have a little more faith in your employees to count the correct change? This is an old school policy that people rarely use anymore because of anti counterfeit technology. My God, McDonald's and Burger King even accepts $50 bills, Gas stations accept $50s, Grocery stores, small Chinese restaurants. You get my point. My debit card was lost and had to wait for a new one so all I had were a couple of 50s. What would have happened if I had a large order which totaled $200? Are four $50 bills not acceptable? At what point is payment with a $50 bill acceptable? In my opinion, this store policy needs to be taken back. First time here and we thought it was pretty good! Only thing was that it's smaller then I expected Inside. We got bone in buffalo stampede, original bbq, chipotle bbq, and Korean kick. Loved every one except Korean kick, that one was so-so and had an odd flavor. The other ones were great. We also got seasoned fries, mac n cheese, and the garlic noodles. The noodles are definitely for garlic lovers because there is a strong garlic taste to them. The Mac n cheese was good and the fries perfect. Will be coming back in the future for sure! Lemon pepper from wing stop used to be my go-to for wings. But then here comes Fire Wings... with their flavor menu and different side choices. I tried quite a few wing flavors... all good... but my favorites are the salt and pepper wings and the Cali rub wings. In my opinion, the salt and pepper wings taste like Chinese fried chicken. The garlic noodles were good too... although, I would prefer it more garlicky... but I love garlic. The seasoned fries were pretty good too but I think wing stop has them beat on that. This is my spot when I'm in Manteca not many places that are consistently good but this one is at the top of my list. Love the peanut butter wings I've tried every flavor and it just depends on the day on which one is my favorite I always try and get one wet and one dry whenever I go just to balance things out. As I entered, I was greeted by Madison who assisted me in familiarizing me with the menu and promoted the special they have on boneless wings due to it being a Tuesday. They have a different variety of flavors, ranging from dry rubs, sauces and fusion flavors such as peanut butter and Thai chili. Madison let me sample a few signature flavors which I really appreciated. Personally, I would recommend ordering the Thai chili. My order was completed in a timely fashion and Madison continuously checked in on my table to see that I enjoyed my meal.
