Decided to give this place a try after hearing how incredible the wings and garlic noodles were. The one star is for the girl working the register. She was pleasant. My son and I arrived five minutes before 6pm on a Thursday. Place was not too busy at all. Unfortunately, it took 43 minutes to get a mini meal of 2 tenders & fries along with 5 wings and garlic noodles. The gal that delivered the tray apologized for the wait (I could tell other customers were getting impatient with 40 minute wait times as well). Five employees up front and one cook in the kitchen. Not to mention a customer sitting and eating by the kitchen walked into the kitchen, gave the cook a high five and then left (cook didn't change gloves). Wings were dry and over-seasoned (Malaysian Curry) and the garlic noodles were drenched in oil. Sloppy. Not worth the wait. I won't be back to this location. read more

I'm glad Antelope has a Fire Wings! I previously ate at the Fair Oaks location and it was good. We had a wait but we had one at the other location as well. This place is so,so much better then Wing Stop in Antelope. The seasoned fires were nice and crisp and hot (not spicy) the Cali rub chicken had a nice seasoning in it very flavorful. The kids loved that flavor and so did I. We also ordered the Salt and Pepper chicken. The skin was nice and crispy salty. The chicken wasn't overcooked and the onions were delicious. We also ordered fresh veggies and the carrots were nice and sweet. There were a lot of high school kids which makes sense because it's right up the street from Antelope high. I will continue to order from Fire Wings the quality is great and the food is fresh. read more

This location has TERRIBLE service! Came here to eat with my family and it was just as cold inside than it was outside. I asked the cashier if they could adjust the heat and she said, "Oh, I know! I've been telling my manager that it's cold in here". She agreed to ask her manager to turn up the heat. We did a DoorDash order for pickup. We received a notification that the order was ready. My husband went in to grab our food. He was given a bag and was pulling out of the parking lot, literally driving away; someone ran out from the restaurant and told him he has the wrong order. So he parked and went back in and they took the bag and handed it to someone else waiting!! Certainly that is a violation to take food literally from someone's car and give it to someone else. Then he's told that they don't have any Door Dash orders pending. He shows her the confirmation and at that point asks for our money back. She proceeds to turn on the IPad in front of her and at least ten orders start dinging in from DoorDash. Another DoorDash pick up comes in and rather than tell him that they obviously have not made the order, she says that DoorDash was down and it's not their fault. Meanwhile she, and the young gentleman she was working with, were rude, condescending and completely unapologetic for their obvious error. We will absolutely never spend money here again. read more

My husband went to get it at 6pm and the food was not prepared and he waited 40 minutes. We got the food home to find out we did not get one of our sides and we had no idea which wings were which. We literally had to do a taste test because they do not label the food at all. They did not even offer a discount for the inconvenience. decided to get fire wings twice in the last two weeks and both of the times i was extremely disappointed and felt burnt. first time i ordered 10 of the fire wings and what i got was a watery flavorless batch of wings that had virtually no flavor at all, very small sad dry looking wings and with no sauce. second time was yesterday, ordered the same thing and i got a weird amalgamation of the fire flavor which was incredibly sweet which makes me thing the sauces got mixed up or something. not to mention how watery they were, there was a puddle of water / grease in the box and the wings had a weird combination of sweet flavor and no spice at all. it's disappointing because my friends swear by this place and the pictures they send me always looks so good but i have been getting consistently bad batches. read more

I normally like this location but tonight I was highly disappointed in the service. I ordered a couple sides, 10 wings with a sauce and an 8 wing combo with fries. I arrived home to realize the sauce and fries were not included in the to-go bag. When I called to inquire, the worker doing the to-go orders said she forgot to put in the extra order for the sauce since the 10 wing order does not come with sauce (when online it clearly states it does) and I could overhear both the worker and the cook claiming to have included the fries with the order. Why would I go through the trouble of calling to lie about there not being fries? I work in the restaurant business and I know mistakes are made all the time. But I also know a simple apology is more valuable than excuses. I really appreciate the workers working during this tough time and at least they were quick with preparing my order. I just hope customer service improves. Hopefully then I can update my review to a higher rating. read more
