Horrible experience! We ordered 70 wings for pickup. When we brought our order home we were shorted 40 wings. WE WERE MISSING 40 WINGS!!!! When I called to let them know, I was told that they ran out of classic wings and my only options were to have the 40 wings as boneless wings or to come back another day and get 40 wings then. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? Never going back. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 7 days. read more

If you value money... Do not eat here. I just ordered a 10 piece all drumsticks combo and it was the worst chicken I've ever eaten. The chicken was very dry and old. That had to be chicken that they had when they first opened the store this morning along with the french fries which was three different colors. The food was very unacceptable. Since they've had this new management, the quality of food have totally changed. I used to love patronizing there. However, after this, I would no longer spend a dollar at that place. I feel like I've been raped and robbed of my $20 at this point. You'll be better and get more for your money just going and get tings some chicken out of Winco. read more

I ordered through the app tonight. It made it easy to order ahead so I didn't have to stand in a crowded front entrance. This location is much smaller than other Wing Stops I have been to, but they still have the best service out of all their locations. My other half and I ordered a 20 piece wings - 5 bbq 5 mild hot 5 lemon pepper 5 garlic parmesan We sat at a table and waited for our order. They were pretty busy. When it was finished, we didn't want to eat there because of how small this location is and how busy they were. We took our dinner home. Inside the boxes was a side of ranch for each of us. Their ranch is pretty good. The wings were all delicious. I wish I got a hotter sauce instead of mild, but next time, we will fix that. These drums and flats were the perfect combination of crunchy and moist. My favorite is the lemon pepper! Thank you Wing Stop for making our dinner tonight. It was fantastic! read more

Every time I've ordered from this Wingstop, they have given me hot food, perfectly seasoned, super delicious, never disappoints. I have done delivery, I have done pick up, food is always ready within a reasonable amount of time (quality work takes time so don't forget that). Highly recommend, I've ordered from here multiple times in the past few months because I know they provide quality hot food consistently. I recommend you get your fries with extra seasoning, my top flavors are hot honey, Louisiana rub, Mexican street spice, and original mild. Whatever you do, don't forget the sauces on the side. read more

I wasn't able to grab ahold of the service workers name but I saw that one of them who was white with brunette hair dropped a bucket of chicken on the ground only to pick it back up and use it in an order. This is absolutely disgusting and disorderly not to mention unsanitary. This nasty ass dude still served that shit which really makes a profound on this specific establishment. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order online through Wingstop's website, and my order was never delivered by DoorDash. When I called the store for help, I spoke with someone named Sean who said he was the manager. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. When I asked if anyone had contacted DoorDash about my order, he said he didn't know and didn't seem to care to find out. As I tried explaining the situation, his attitude only got worse. The conversation became so disrespectful that I had to hang up. A manager should handle issues professionally, and this was the complete opposite. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning. read more

Let me start by saying we order Wingstop from this location every Wednesday. Wingstop Wednesday!! We place the same order every week and have never had problems until about a month ago. FOOD - 4 Stars The wings are amazing. Tons of flavor options. Fries are mediocre. Always undercooked for my liking. ACCURACY OF ORDER They must be short handed because the last several times we have ordered, my order is wrong (missing items that I paid for, or I received someone else's order altogether). Last week we had to go back to the store and return someone else's food that was delivered to our house. Tonight we were missing veggies & 4 containers of ranch and once again my fries were soggy. I'm afraid it's time to find another place to get my fried chicken fix . This makes me sad! read more

We ordered 10pcs chicken wings for pick up and they gave us 8drums and 2 flats. Is that a right thing to do? Driving back to have a replacement is not even worth it. I dint know if there will be next time as well. Seasoned fries was perfect we had it while its a lil bit fresh and still okay. But the wings has NO WINGS!!!!!!! read more

The worst Wingstop of all locations. I'd give them one star if I could. Took over 35 mins to receive my order and it was not busy in store!! Stay away from here if you can I promise you will regret it read more

The food was amazing and customer service was amazing felt like home and my moms cooking

This place has gone down hill for months now. The orders are always wrong and need to be remade. If you ask for well done wings, you end up getting soggy wings. The fries are overly salted. I don't know if this place is under new management but they need to get it together. This place is trash and will not be returning. read more

Check your order before you leave the store. Or better yet, just spend the extra money and go to Kiki's.

Chicken was served frozen. The ranch and blue cheese was served hot. The fries were the color blue. Good customer service tho. Rate: -10/10 read more

amazing service best food ever most come place in sac, i wish i had more ambiance was perfect

Why so salty.. seriously. Every time I'm here it's either overly salty, drenched in sauce or greasy. Came out to try their new chicken sandwich as a lemon pepper. Took 30min+ it was around 5pm on a Friday. Sister got the teriyaki I believe, mine was super dry and pretty salty, the side of ranch saved the day. Hers was overpowered by sauce. We both had stomach aches after. Fries were pretty good though. Will continue going to Fire Wings. read more

The worst store I've ever been. Staff was extremely rude to me for no reason, speaking in a disrespectful tone and showing no basic courtesy. The whole experience felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place to anyone who values good customer service. read more

I should have read the reviews here before placing my first pick up order from the Wingstop in Antelope, CA. If you're considering making the same mistake O made, DON'T! First, I was quoted a 30 - 35 minute pick up time. So, I arrived 35 min after placing my order, only to be told it would only be 4- 5 more minutes. 15 minutes later, my order still wasn't ready. The young (appeared high school age), blonde employee apologized and tried to give me some B.S. about needing to provide my order in the order it was received, while I watched people who arrived after me pick up their orders. After another 10 minutes I inquired about my order again, only to discover that they had completely overlooked my order and would have to pull it together quickly for me. After over an hour since placing my order (20 wings and a side of small fries), I finally received my order along with 5 additional wings "for my trouble." I accepted the order because I anticipated that wings would be tender and falling off the bone. WRONG! Not only were they ALL 3 flavors overcooked and hard to chew, but many of them were still covered in feathers! DISGUSTING! After picking off the feathers through the sauce and trying to eat a few, I finally gave up and threw the remaining wings in the trash. The fries were "OK", a bit overcooked as well but edible, so I ate those. However, with all of the fast food choices out there, that will be the last time I eat at Wingstop in Antelope (Sacramento County), CA. You've been warned! read more

I love the lemon pepper wings, honey Chipotle wings, and Korean wings (all with bone). Those are my favorites. French fries are delicious and plentiful. I recommend calling in then picking up--takes about 25 minutes. The 2-person meal combo is a great value. If you like chicken wings, this is a good place. I recommend it! read more

Went to Tugboat for some fish and chips and walked around the corner and found Wingstop. The one near me closed so I haven't had Wingstop in over a year. The were only doing takeout orders due to Covid-19. They however had no sign for wearing masks. We placed our order and another customer walks in with no mask and is also not following the 6 feet social distancing. The way the store had the layout it was really hard to form any sort of line because another customer walked in and it was like a triangle. Anyway the wings were cooked perfectly the fries not so much but maybe next time they'll be better! So glad to have found one not too far away. read more

Wingstop - Inside - Chicken Wings Near Me - Antelope, California

Considering I'm a huge fan of chicken, it might come as a big surprise that I have never eaten nor stepped foot inside of a "Wingstop" location. Their restaurants are everywhere and show no sign of slowing down. Ever since entering the food business back in 1994, there are well over 1,200 locations across the country and around the world. The location I am focusing on is located directly in a busy shopping center off of Walerga Rd. & Elverta Rd. in the Antelope area of Sacramento. I came here with my lady on a weeknight around 7:00pm. There was only one other customer dining in and not busy at all. It was spacious though with lots of seating areas available as well as a self-serve fountain drink area. The menu is rather simple but very straightforward. Their specialty are their boneless and bone-in wings as well as their crispy tenders. These all come in a variety of seasonings and dips to choose from. Additionally, they offer many sides including a variety of fries, corn, and even veggie sticks. Since this was both our first time dining here, we went with a small 6-piece boneless wing combo. I chose the Garlic Parmesan w/side of ranch while she chose the classic Buffalo w/side of ranch. We decided on splitting a side order of Seasoned Fries. The overall service and speed of when our food was ordered to the time it was ready was efficient and above average. The taste of the wings was surprisingly good but they did use quite a heavy dose of breading. Not a big deal but these don't have a lot of actual chicken meat on the inside. Seasoned fries were crispy but a little bit on the salty side. For a fast-food place, this place was decent; nothing that screams amazing but not mediocre by any means. Will I go into a "Wingstop" location again? Probably yes. But keep in mind that the food here is fairly equivalent of some of the boneless chicken that you'll find at your grocers freezer. Prices are decent and many people still flock here for their chicken fix. My rating for the Antelope Wingstop, an above average 4-stars. read more

Been going here for a while and a combination of food and service has just been tanking over the years. I thought I was magical but wing Stop went *poof* flavor is gone. Past few orders Gucci Mage has made there has always been something wrong. The other day I ordered I just had it. Everything was just off. All wings were flavorless. Asked for extra seasoning on fries and they were virtually plain and floppy. I was suppose to receive three dips and I received a big fat zero. Usually I check the bag and have caught a few mistakes but I was such in a hurry that I just believed everything would be right. I will not be coming back here but please for the love of all things holy get some quality control. Add it to someone's task to make sure everything is right. It shouldn't be the consumers job to do so. Kind of disappointed that they have an app but no rewards as well. Now be gone! read more

i was enjoying my food but there was a hair in my food :(. it was long and all throughout the wing.

I went here with my family of 4. We all order after one another every one got there order except order out the group. After waiting 10 mins I ask the cashier about my order they said one moment they would check. Then waited about another 5 or so mins I asked again and was told they couldn't find my order it would be 15 mins. Everyone in my party had food and was getting cold from waiting 15 mins to have to wait another 15... I asked for a refund and walked way with nothing but time wasted. My party checked there food once we made it home. And was surprised at the food we was served. We were discussing and discussed. read more
