Been to this Mountain Mikes twice and we really enjoy the pizzas, good amount of toppings and good flavor. The service is good, not the kind of service that will knock your socks off but everyone is young. I recommend this Mountain Mikes for this area. We will keep coming back. read more

Great service and location. My sandwich was amazing but the pizza was average. Would go back but not my first choice

We went after the basketball game at antelope high and ordered two giant pizzas and they were delicious. I recommend this place.

This review is for the Heart-Shaped Pizza that obviously is overrated. I basically got suckered into thinking this would a fun thing to surprise my family for Valentines Day LOL! It's advertised as a large but it's actually more of a medium size pizza- had only 10 slices! So now it's not enough food for us, gotta get something else. Paid $37 and they forgot to add my green onions nor did they refund me for the additional topping charge. This is why I hate pre-tipping! Just get a regular size pizza for your money's worth. read more

Mountain Mike's Pizza - Overrated "LARGE" Heart-Shaped Pizza for $37- It's more a medium pizza- had 10 slices - Pizza Near Me - Antelope, California

Absolutely, the worst service and management of all time. I see why this place is nearly completely empty every I drive by. I was a long time fan of Mike's in Citrus Heights, and have ordered from there many times. So after I saw this lie of a "promotion" while my family was attending a Kings game (see picture) they didn't honor the tiny "6 inch" pizza (which you also had to by a 2 liter bottle for, lol) but, then they were rude and then called their manager. I then saw the only customer they had bussing their own table. The manager instructed the poor young girl employee to give me the number of a third party customer service line. Which, I called out of principle. I explained it to all of them was a " special gift" to my wife whom had just has a seizure. And could use a small bit of comfort food. Their number was 855-538-3542 I talk to them to no avail. And have got no response! I urge anyone from the Dry Creek School district to avoid this place. I work with the schools here and will choose any of the local pizza places (Round Table, Domino's and Little Ceasear's, and Papa Murphy's) which are all Surrounding this corner of Elverta. I hope you will support me in this change. read more

Mountain Mike's Pizza - Yes! We won! Except the restaurant failed to honor this small 6" pizza - Pizza Near Me - Antelope, California

horrible!!!! just horrible!! i've been coming here for YEARS but i'm done. i would say exactly what happened but it's too much to type. all i can say is DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.. The owner is a scam artist, doesn't care about his customers nor the establishment just making money. their food quality, customer service everything has went down hill. the restaurant is filthy with roaches and by reading the reviews I'm obviously not the only one who's NOTICE AND HAD THE SAME HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They have more negative than positive. never again IM DONE!!! read more

Customer service is always wonderful!! Each time I call to order, the staff always suggests best deals and specials! Eaten here a few time already. First time running into the owner and it wasn't pleasant. He didn't want honor the coupon code we had and we used it a few times here. I told him to remove it if he was going to honor it so people don't have to drive out here. He didn't care and said I'm the owner and knows better. One of those time when you know he doesn't care. I discovered Mountain Mike's Pizza when I was right out of college. Later, when I moved to Antelope I was thrilled to discover the Mountain Mike's location here. The pizza is just as tasty and well prepared as ever! I've had pizza in Italy. Mountain Mike's is better! Eleven stars out of five!! read more

We ordered our pizza's at 7:35 pm and told they would be ready at 8:10pm. We were at the restaurant at 8:10, paid for our pizza's and waited until 8;40,I went up to the window and asked how long it would be, so he looked up our order and went to the warmer and retrieved our pizzas. She said they called our name and no one responded. I told her we were standing in front of the counter the whole time, not more than 4 feet away. No one even came to the counter during that time and there were several people waiting there as well. The young lady did apologize. The pizza wasn't that warm when we got home with it. read more

Takes way to long and very expensive would never recommend coming here and somewhat bad service

I understand times are different, but when you order food and you pick it up, you should make sure your items are up to par. The wings we ordered was unbelievable. The size of the drum wing was less than a thump size, but it was so disform it was scary. I called to explained and the Manger basically said we serve all our customers that, not one time did he state sorry you weren't happy with your order bring it back and we'll make it right. We didn't even want to go back if he offered. It's the principal of customer service. Being a business owner customer service is still key. This establishment is in our community, you try and support but there's other franchises that treat you waaay...better. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The pizza was DISGUSTING!!! So poorly and CHEAPLY made. They literally counted out 3-5 pepperoni's per slice. When you think of Mountain Mikes you think of a nice fresh pepperoni pizza, this was the complete opposite. Going to call corporate as there is no way they should be able to own a franchise with how utterly atrocious this pizza was. Samantha is extremely slow and unknowledgeable of simple math; avoid her! They charge 3.95% of order total for utilizing a credit/debit card. They charge 2 small thimbles of ranch for $1. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

So far, visually, the tables are not clean.. sadly (2 tables to be exact). Our table which looked clean needed a good wipe down as it had red sauce stains. Also, they have tent number signs for your order, but would rather yell your name out than use them. Now the pizza: we ordered the Mt. Veggiemore, which was delicious, but no one came back to check up on us to see if we needed anything else. By the way, if you order the mountain size specialty, bring a coupon... that huge pizza cost us 47 bucks (with 2 sodas), just as a tip. read more

I have been to a couple mountain mikes pizza locations and this one is one of my favorites. Both last two times we were assisted by a worker named Mayco (I hope I spelled that right) not only is she friendly she also always has a smile. The pizza also comes out delicious. read more

Negatives: their first pizza of the lunch special at 1120 am was a hawaiian pizza that was extremely undercooked and doughy. I politely showed the workers just as a courtesy and they said more will be out but never took back the undercooked pizza and left it for the other customers to eat. Their salad bar is bland and the bench seats were too tight, even for a smaller woman of my stature, no biggy. Positives: they made a DELICIOUS chicken bacon alfredo pizza so we just stuck to that one. read more

The BEST pizza I've had! First off, not only is the pizza delicious, but the customer service is amazing. The employees are all very nice!! The pizza was literally out within 15 minutes of ordering. I would come here over round table pizza any day of the week! Also, the inside is very clean and sanitary. Great atmosphere to kick back and relax without having to worry about anything other than having the best PIZZA!!!!! I will definitely be coming back with my wife and kids. read more

I just wanted to say how much I love this pizza place! Every time I call there I get exactly what I ordered, the people who work there are so friendly and helpful. Our delivery driver is always early and incredibly nice! I enjoy the pizza so much and the price isn't too high! Definitely will order from them as long as I live in the area! All of their kindness and consistency goes a long way! read more

This has got to be the worst pizza I have ever tasted. The crust is like cardboard. I got the thin crust and the regular crust. I had a coupon for buy one, get medium for free. So I got the large vegetarian. I asked to remove the olives and mushrooms and add extra onions and bell peppers. The man that took my order told me that was against company policy to ADD extra without charging you. I said I am removing 2 items and replacing. He said it did not matter. Then when I picked up my pizzas and paid with my card. I got charged $1.20 processing fee!!!!. This is ridiculous. No wonder the store was empty. I will never go back here. There are 3 other pizza places across the street, I will go to those before I ever step foot in here again. read more

I go every Tuesday for 25% off of any Large pizza. Food is always great. The staff is friendly and my pizza is amazing!

Ordered online, waited 30 min before we left the house to pick up pizzas, they were not ready when we arrived (there was no one in the restaurant except us) so we went next door to WinCo did some shopping before returning to MM. pizzas were done this time. Pizzas were cooked to our specifications but nothing amazing as far as taste. I thought it was not a very good value for the money. Family size was $40.00 rather pricey for what we got. I doubt I will go back a second time. read more

By far the worst Mountain Mike's ever. The cashier acted like he did not know what he was doing. I was over charged and got money stolen from my credit card because he did not having the capability of doing his job properly. He insisted he returned the funds to my card but had to evidence to prove it. He responded as he did nothing wrong and I was at fault. And to top it off at the time I went there were to kinds of pizza out which were cold and nasty. I'd advise saving yourself from nasty pizza, poor costumer service and being charged way to much. I knew that $30 was a lot for there pizza buffet. read more

Had a great experience here. My pizza was made in good time and I didn't have to wait. They offered me salad and drinks while I waited for my pizzas to be done. We had a great experience only due to our cashier/hostess. I wish I got her name now. She was friendly and went the extra mile to help carry items to our table while we chased our 2 year old around. She made friendly comments helping me feel better after my kid just ate sh*t in the middle of the room and was crying. The only downfall to this place is that there is not much for kids there is a claw machine that we wasted $12 on and is damn near impossible to win and then some gumball machines but the pizzas good the atmosphere is good and the employees in my experience are down to earth and relatable. read more

Interior is small, dingy , setup like a cafeteria instead of a classier sit down pizza restaurant that is ready to charge me $25 for a smaller sized large pie... It's like they're trying to be round table, or pizzeria uno (chicago chain) without actually making the place comfortable. I want a booth when I go out to eat, and nice surroundings -- not some basketball game on TV blaring away in the corner while literally NO customers are around or even paying attention to it. Annoying. Then the food comes. Unspectacular. I can get this quality of a pie elsewhere, and for less. Desert? haha, they sell a giant cookie shaped like a pizza. I would love to meet the idiot whom came up with that one at the board room table but that's another story. Food was OK, pizza WAS a bit undercooked. I give them a 2 out of 5 on all counts. The location sucks, the food was only marginal, and I should have gone elsewhere.... read more

We got to mountain mike at 8pm ....I asked cashier if they had any specials ?? He said ya if you pick a large up you get 25 percent off! I said o we have to get it to go?? He said No you can eat it here ...so I proceeded to order a large mikes peak? A pitcher of beer and 12 hot wings plus 2 sodas....and suddenly the cashier says Just So you know We close at 9pm!! And then tells me it will take 45 mins to cook my large pizza snd only leave me 15 mins to eat !! I looked at my kids and said O so you want us to go I guess?? And he was like ya sorry.....I was mind blown!!!..Fyi..Lock your doors if you don't want customers ordering food at 8pm !!!!! So I go to Round table to eat my dinner ...the picture is us across the street at round table ....we are done eating at roundtable and it's not even 9pm yet!!!! Ridiculous!!....you should never discourage customers from ordering read more

I ordered a garlic Tuscan, and when I arrived at one it was missing one of the ingredients (green onions) the other toppings were thin to non existent, it was just basically bread. They offered a discount for my next order, but I don't think I will be coming back read more

The pizza was good, but I went to pick it up the board said $3.00 off a large on Wednesday. When I asked for the discount they said no. Not for online orders. I spent $80.00 on dinner and I felt like they just didn't care. Don't post discounts if you don't want to honor them. read more
