The owner personally introduced himself and made certain that our food, drinks, and service met our expectations. When the owner overheard that my wife's birthday had been the day before, he generously surprised our table with a complimentary giant chocolate chip cookie topped with four scoops of vanilla ice cream. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that made our evening even more special. The owner also showed us the outdoor pizza machine, where customers can drive up and order a piping-hot 12-inch pizza at any hour of the day or night, ready in about seven minutes. We cannot wait to try it! He also explained that Ralphy's uses high-quality ingredients and recommended reheating leftover pizza in an air fryer to make it just as hot and crispy as when it was first served. We received some of the best service we have experienced in a long time. Although we did not get a chance to try the bowling, golf, or simulators because we were having such a great time visiting with our friends over dinner, we plan to enjoy those activities on our next visit. Recently booked duckpin bowling at Ralphy's. Ralph's is…read morelocated in a strip mall in Kokomo, Indiana. Free parking is available in the strip mall parking lot. The strip mall entrance is pretty non descriptive. The inside is so different! The entrance leads into a large seating area with high and low tables. The kitchen is visible here along with self serve soda fountain. A separate ice cream station as you walk further. There is a full size golf simulation that people were using with their own clubs. Further in are a suite of duck pin bowling lanes. These appeared to fairly new and well maintained. Opposite the duck pin lanes is a semi segregated seating area perfect for separate groups. Adjacent to lanes is a well designed and very fun looking putt putt area curated with bright animal statues and a jungle theme. Ralphy's was clean and well designed with wooden tables, green grass turf and bright lighting. It is accessible with high and low tables. There is one step up to duck pin lanes and the lanes can be configured with bumpers. We ordered a personal cheese pizza and hot wings. The pizza had a hand stretched crust that was tasty. The wing order was somehow forgotten unfortunately. But they came out tasty when reminded and Ralphy's made it right. All in all Ralphy's was a fun experience with tasty food.
