The beans, however, are vegetarian and contain no lard. Allegedly. Service is hit or miss. They charge you extra for a to go order even if you are dining in and decide to get something else to take home. SMH again. It feels grungy in here like an old mop wiped every surface. Not the worst but definitely not the best. Limited options in Peru. If you want good Mexican food go to a different city. I dined at this location multiple times but haven't returned since I verified the rice and chicken base situation.

Tamarind aqua fresca on the side on a hot day. What else could you ask for..... ?

I was rushed to order, even though I told her twice I would like to have my margarita and chips and salsa,....she kept coming back. Then when I finally did get my food, they were cleaning up around me and soooo rude anout it. One worker was even on his phone while he was cleaning. I don't know about you, but I love listening to people's conversations and smelling harsh chemicals while I'm trying to enjoy a quesadilla and marg. ‍ I really wish they would've just said, " Hey lady, we're closing early tonight" when I walked in the door. Could've saved myself $30, 30 minutes and a sh*t ton of aggravation. Anybody here in town know who owns that place?
