Chicken teriyaki with brown rice, carrots, broccoli and zucchini. Very filling and tasty.

Food is always good here, facility is clean and service is fast. You can customize your own veggies if you don't like the two veg mixed they offer. Food taste and quality has been consistent each time we visit.

Stir fry bland as can be

Super disappointing experience. We got our appetizer after our main course, the lettuce platter, which came with an entire 3 pieces of lettuce. It was a big discussion to get 2 more pieces of lettuce to almost finish our appetizer. Got to my main course (a build your own stir fry for $14), and it has NO FLAVOR. I ordered the Ginger White Wine sauce after some debate out loud between that or the curry coconut. I definitely didn't expect my food to taste more bland than butter noodles. There wasn't a hint of ginger flavor in sight. I went up and asked for a side of a different sauce to make my horrible dish edible, and the manager informed me it would be $1.60. I explained to her the dish is inedible and disgusting bland, to which she AGREED. She said "oh yes that sauce is very bland no flavor" so I ask why there isn't any ginger flavoring at all and ask why that wasn't told to me before ordering, if it's known the ginger sauce tastes NOTHING LIKE GINGER. The manager was rude after knowing and admitting she served me a poor product, go spend your money somewhere else.

Server:Cash 1 C Super negative experience with cashier/shift manager. Ordered 3 meals, got told total was $35 presented with $45 bill. When I asked whether it was right the lady with brown hair threw major attitude. All I wanted to know is if the order was correct. I guess I'll just go F myself then. So rude and easily avoidable.

Vermicelli Singapore (beef, no curry, sub classic Chinese sauce)

Skip the egg rolls - the wrapping paper is too thick. My go to is the Vermicelli Singapore - beef, no curry, sub Classic Chinese Sauce. I've been ordering this since they first opened on Brodie Lane. One order can easily feed 2 people.

It was alright. I wouldn't eat here again for flavorless chicken for 50$... and the Rangoons were gross.

Our family loves their hot and spicy Drunken Noodles. It's our go-to order. So good! Also, try their potstickers, steamed or fried.

Does Firebowl have a cauliflower rice option?

They do not have cauliflower rice. They have white rice, brown rice, and fried rice, as well as a lettuce mix, ramen lo mein, flat rice chow fun noodles, rice vermicelli, and thin rice sticks.

For roughly $60 the wife was full and we had roughly 6 dishes and one cocktail (I was still slightly hungry). Think of it as more of a tapas style ordering. Soft shelled crab - My absolute favorite and by far the best dish! Crispy from the breading, soft shell and subtle crab taste, and to top it off the fried egg adds some creaminess from the yolk. Not greasy at all due to the way it's fried. And who doesn't like a little microgreen to add some freshness to it?! It could likely use a little more salt, and this particular time the yolk was a overcooked. Sushi Tacos - 2nd favorite! You get two, and frankly I prefer not sharing these (although my wife forced me to). It's such a unique dish. Each taco is palm sized. They take a yummy piece of laver (seaweed), coat one side and deep fry it to make a nice hard shell taco casing. Then they fill it with sushi rice, top it with plentiful tuna, add a slice of avocado, and top it with micro greens. Refreshing, light (once you squeeze the tiny lime on top), slightly filling due to the rice, and absolutely delicious. Takoyaki - I'm not a fan, but the wife is. For me it's a texture thing. Even when visiting Japan I didn't enjoy this dish. Honestly though I do think it deserves far more bonito flakes, as the dish is meant to look alive from the waving flakes. Honestly we love this place so much, I always get engrossed in the food so much I forget to take pics. The overall ambience is chill and refined, albeit no white tableclothes, but it acts like it should have them. This location gets busy during dinner time, however during happy hour it's rarely even 1/4 full. Monday's the happy hour is all day!

Our server said she would remove it from the bill, which I appreciated--but the manager refused. Instead, he insisted I pay for it and even tried to pressure me into eating it. The lack of flexibility and understanding made an already frustrating situation worse. We don't go out to eat often, so this was especially disappointing. Overall, the service was poor and not how customers should be treated.

The highlight for this food place are their fresh, flavorful Pho with tender meats, excellent egg rolls, good Banh Mi, and attentive service. Some may find it slightly pricey but I feel the value is fair. I love the homemade broth and generous portions, making it a very good spot for authentic Vietnamese food. Meat portions are generous, especially the tender brisket and rare steak in Pho. Good portions, often enough for two meals, making it feel worth the price. Huge, well-filled egg rolls are a big hit. Decent, fresh, classic ingredients, especially Pho and sandwich. I easily noticed their quick, attentive, and polite staff. The restaurant exudes a bright, modern, and clean atmosphere. A point for consideration: when ordering, use the number/letter code instead of the food name to prevent any mistakes. My son who happens to be a vegan ordered a vegan Banh Mi (Banh Mi Chay) which has almost the same food name as a pork Bahn Mi (Banh Mi Cha Lau). They served a pork Bahn Mi, it took some time for my son to realize that he was eating a pork sandwich. It was partly a mistake from both sides, we did not blame the restaurant. The restaurant manager/owner was kind enough to give my son a complimentary fresh vegan Banh Mi upon everybody realizing the mistake. I was glad that my son never had a stomach upset that night. Despite the mishap, I am still giving this restaurant a high rating. One of the best Pho I have ever tasted.

They are in a "soft opening" phase currently, and we got to meet the owner who was very enthusiastic about his business, the community, and garnering any feedback we had. The food is - in one word, impeccable. We went in for a snack and ended up ordered 4x as much as we meant to because everything was so darn delicious. The menu consists of baos, sushi, hand rolls, adorable pearl shaped nigiri, bento, and more - they are all customizable with yummy sauces (miso butter - mmm!), and many types of protein (seriously like all the protein options you can find at a premium sushi bar). Everything is served with house made sauces so if you are a condiment gal/guy like me this is your place! Food - I had the escolar, unagi, and scallop hand rolls (all under $5 each) and was so surprised by the quality / freshness of the protein and the portions given. The escolar was so soft and buttery. I then ordered the shrimp fresh roll (also under $5, it was HUGE) and the chicken katsu baos (around $6-7) - they were amazing. The chicken tenders are panko crusted and fried crispy. BF tried the steak baos and LOVED them too. Okay also did I mention the PRICES?! You can't get quality food like that for a greater deal. It is pretty cheap, but the serving sizes match the price, not really filling you up. The baos were pretty good. The char siu pork belly didn't look the most appealing. But it smelled and tasted pretty decent. They give you a good amount of meat too. The turmeric chicken was pretty good too, I really liked the seasoning on this one. The sushi was ok though. The presentations was super cute, with the little sushi balls! But the fish itself didn't taste as fresh as I would have liked. The workers were all really friendly though. You can practically see inside the whole kitchen when you walk in, so it's a little unsettling walking in and seeing all the workers like standing there waiting for you to put your order in online, but interacting with them, they were really friendly.
