I can't wait to do it again. The young lady who agreed to us was very informative, took us through how it was going to work, showed us. The facility made us feel very at ease. She even made us a lovely tea when we were finished. The place is very clean and organize, smell nice and it's very local to residence of that area. Street parking limited, but it was easy to find. Although I'm not from this area, I definitely would recommend residence of this area to try it out if you haven't already.

If you're looking to try float therapy, highly recommend this location.

I purchased both a sauna and a cold plunge from Oli Saunas in December 2024, and while the products…read morethemselves are absolutely fantastic, what truly sets this company apart is their unmatched customer service and integrity. The cold plunge chiller had a couple of challenges early on--something that could have been stressful--but every single time, Gerardo (the owner) personally made sure I was taken care of. He stood behind the product, guided me through solutions, and most importantly, always left me with the confidence that I would never be left hanging. That kind of honesty and dedication is almost impossible to find these days. This experience has made me realize something very important: do not buy saunas or plunges from faceless online sellers just to save a buck. The peace of mind, the ongoing support, and the relationship you get with Oli Saunas is worth infinitely more than any "discount." If you're considering a sauna or a plunge, make it a point to visit their showroom and see for yourself. The quality of the products is incredible, but it's the way this company takes care of their customers that makes them truly world-class. Thank you so much, Oli Saunas--you've given me not just great wellness products, but a rare, refreshing reminder of what true customer care looks like.

The whole 30 minutes in sauna I was very confused and concerned how going from extreme hot to extreme cold would affect my body but I just went with the flow. After the sauna I notified the staff of my concern but they seemed confused thinking I intended on using sauna only. A few minutes later after some friendly banter they realized the mistake, that my appt was for cryo not infrared sauna! Long story short the owners apologized and made it a point to work with me to fix the small mistake and get me in a cryo appointment in the future! The level of customer satisfaction they strived to give me in the situation was unmatched! I would recommend Cryo 512 to anyone with issues that can be helped via cryotherapy not just for the therapy but because of the 5-Star customer service.

The studio is kept impeccably clean and minimal, and the owners are so pleasant. It is difficult for me to take any time for myself, but when I go to Perspire, I am forced to simply relax for 45 minutes and I need that. When I walk in, the staff is so friendly; they know my name, my preferences and have everything set up. It feels so hospitable and it makes me happy. The saunas are incredible and the Sno Shower makes the top tier membership worth it. I cold plunge at home, and while I love it, it can be a chore. At Perspire, after a sauna, the 45-degree shower is perfect. It gives me the cold jolt I want after the heat. Afterward, I use the cool eucalyptus towel that is provided, toss my towels into the bin, and I don't have to fill ice molds or clean up. I walk out better than when I walked in. The app makes booking a snap and I look forward to every session.

When you arrive, you will be greeted by a friendly staff member. Alison, was there to give me a tour and talk me through what I would expect. She was very knowledgeable, professional and so kind. I look forward to seeing her next visit. Each room is private for you to relax, they all have t.v.s for your entertainment. Some of the rooms have showers, which you will absolutely want to do after. I never sweat more in my life, not even when I run town lake in the middle of summer. The last 20 minutes was a bit difficult since I was not use to sitting in a sauna for 45 min. I did feel light headed for about 15/20 min after. I anticipated that considering I have never done anything like that before and the amount I sweated. Alison was super helpful after, and mentioned she felt the same her first time. Once I got home my body felt extremely relaxed and I was in a happy mood. I've already told so many friends about trying it out, and look forward to my next visit. My only issues is that I live in north Austin so hopefully in the future they will open another location.
