We were very disappointed with the flower arrangements from the first two florists (highly-rated on Google) that we tried. The arrangements looked nothing like we requested (you can probably find my reviews on Google if you want details). This year we tried Arianna Floral Designs, and we are so happy that we did! Ari is a real pleasure to work with. She listened to what we wanted to achieve, made great suggestions, did everything we asked, and kept us informed. After Ari delivered the flowers herself, my sister told us "they are exquisitely beautiful! And smell so good too!" I've included a photo of the arrangement as it was delivered, and another 3 days later after the blue irises opened up.

How do you describe adequately a business like Longmont Florist whose product is way more than the product itself and whose purpose is to convey deeply important feelings, when they exceed expectations every time? My husband sent flowers to me for a special occasion this week and once again they created a work of art. They've done so every time. And what they created for our wedding was nothing less than stunning. If you want lovely, artistic beauty when sending flowers, Longmont Florist is the best, second to none.

Diane at Niwot Florist helped make my wedding day perfect…read more Niwot Florist is located in Niwot Market, so on our first visit I was a little skeptical. I was thinking, "Am I ordering my wedding flowers from a grocery store? Should I just go to King Soopers?" I totally underestimated this little place. Diane knew what she was talking about, and at the end of our first meeting, I knew we wanted to use her services. I try not to be high maintenance, but sometimes it just comes out (I'm from the East Coast, it's in my DNA). Diane was so wonderful to work with. She dealt with my last minute changes, and really helped my vision come to life, while coming in UNDER budget. She also put up with numerous emails and quelled my fears. We ordered centerpieces, flowers for our arch, chair arrangements, cake flowers, bouquets, corsages, and boutineers. I can say I was happy with every single aspect of our flowers. On my wedding day I found myself saying, "I love my flowers!" over and over. It was totally worth the expense. This place is awesome, check them out!

I was told it was no problem and that the flowers would go out in the afternoon and be sent to the hospital reception area. I paid for the order then, and I called back later in the afternoon to see if the flowers had been delivered as promised only to find out that they weren't going to be delivered until the following day due to them being booked with other deliveries. Unfortunately for me, my family member is due to be discharged the next day. Not only was I promised and I paid for same day delivery, but I was not even notified when the delivery was going to be delayed. Now I have to coordinate next day delivery locations and timing due to poor service. Bad customer service all around - not something I want to be dealing with when a family member is in the hospital.

We purchased a candy bouquet for someone who had just given birth--literally 7 hours prior--and what showed up looked like a last-minute DIY project, not the $75 arrangement we paid for. When we called to express our concern, we were told they could "go pick it up, redo it, and bring it back." Think about how awkward and inappropriate that would be--taking a gift back from someone who just had a baby? Completely tone-deaf. To make matters worse, the person on the phone told us not to leave a 1-star review just because they offered to fix it. That's not how good customer service works. Instead of owning the mistake and offering a refund, they doubled down by saying they gave us *more* candy than advertised--as if that made up for the sloppy presentation. Honestly, I could've bought 8 pieces of candy myself and made something that looked 10x better. Bottom line: we didn't get what we paid for, and their response made it worse. Would not recommend.

Mom's dutch, so wanted to send her tulips, but wanted them to feel exotic and fresh. They sent gorgeous french tulips. They were tall & vibrant in a large, simple pitcher I know she'll reuse. Mom was thrilled. I arranged for them to be delivered a couple days before Mother's day so she could enjoy them all weekend. Mom usually calls me right away when she receives something, but this time she took a photo and emailed me, but didn't get around to sending it till the next day. So they were in fact delivered on time but I thought they hadn't been and didn't want to call her & ruin the surprise if they were just running behind. Brighter Day confirmed they'd been delivered when I phoned and were super nice about me calling to check on them, and even called a couple days later to make sure everything was ok and she received the flowers. They then called my mom a couple days later to make sure she enjoyed the flowers. I've never heard of such a thing. I've never had a follow up call from a florist in my life. The day off, the flowers were ready to go when I was there to pick up, I was assure everything was in the pack ready to go. When we got to the wedding location, we started to put the arch together. There were missing screws. We made due with what we had. The arch wouldn't stand up straight, it was disappointing. The biggest disappointment was the flowers. As soon as we unpacked them, flowers were falling out of the arrangements. The most upsetting was the dog collars, which we paid for. Half the flowers fell when just picking them up. Becca, the manager, was great and offer to come up to the location and fix anything we needed help with. At the point, I just didn't feel like any changes would have made a big difference. I did ask for my money back on the arch rental; and that didn't happen. While Becca was fantastic, I would be careful using this company.
