When they do finally come out to check the pool, they never follow up on the issue. They also did not install our heater correctly, per our new company the warranty would have been voided due to improper installation. I also asked for the anchors that were included with the purchase of the unit and they failed to respond. I will include a photo of our pool 4 days after they last "treated/cleaned" it.

They charged me premium price for an Amazon quality filter, and charged me for an o ring / gasket. The tech came on Tuesday to replace what I paid for, ie a PREMIUM filter (Hayward) and an o ring. The NEXT day i noticed the filter housing was leaking ! I opened it up and noticed an OLD AND TORN o ring, and a cheap "Oncore" filter ! I was furious! I called the office and they said someone by end of day would be there to fix it. Nope. Next day i texted the tech and he said he'd swing by after work because he has an o ring at his house. I call the office and they tell me NEXT DAY they'll have someone take care of it ! Unacceptable ! I text the tech and he says "yes the office will handle it. I don't have an oring". Totally unacceptable! And its not just me - my neighbor ALSO had an issue with them.

Over this time, I couldn't really find the one service that provided the level of service and quality that I wanted, until I met Jonathan from Ultra Blue Pool Service.
