Part of the work being done was digging and pouring footings for a steel carport and he knew it was imperative to get the bolts perfectly lined up. I witnessed him and his helper fight the concrete to ensure it was perfect. Once it's poured, there is limited time to get those bolts perfect before hardening sets in. He did it.
