Around 1p I called The Mobile Screen Shop and left a message asking about the screens and for a call back. We were not able to get them to return telephone calls to give us an estimate for work we want to have done. My wife called on February 26, 2021. She was told that we would be called back to set up an appointment for an estimate and that they were presently eight to ten weeks out before they would start to work. On March 22, 2021, my wife called again to clarify if they meant eight to ten weeks before we would get an estimate. They apologized and said no. They said we would have the person who makes the estimates call us back. On April 2, 2021, I telephoned them. They again said that work wouldn't begin until about eight to ten weeks. I explained that my wife had called twice previously and we hadn't heard from them. I asked if they wanted our business or not. They apologized again and said the person who performs the estimates would call by the end of the day. As I write this it is April 23, 2021, and we still haven't heard from them. Like I said above, I am not reviewing their actual work, just their terrible customer service and lack of wanting business.

Everything that could go wrong did. Brandon used the cheapest labor he could find, used the cheapest products and refused to finish the work for promises he made in writing. We had leaks where walls met floors and the poorly installed windows leaked, left gaps large enough that mice and a couple tarantulas came in. Thankfully those eventually were resolved, all except for a small cracked glass on one of the windows, he passed that cost on to us. The tongue and groove ceilings are still not finished. They used wet wood, installed it and then tried to stain which was a disaster with the incompetent painter and stain they used. He promised last year to come out to take care of the pine wood color exposed through the multiple layers of dark stain applications to hide the flaws. We've attempted several times to contact him however he ignores all communications. And going to his business address turns up what appears to be an unoccupied suite.
