Drunken Noodles with beef, medium spice - lunch portion
Victoria E.

Came in for lunch in the middle of the week as this place came highly recommended by one of my colleagues. I had the lunch portion drunken noodles with beef. I requested medium spice, but the food wasn't hot enough - so I should've asked for hotter! Nonetheless, the drunken noodles were delicious. The flavor was rich, texture of the noodles were perfect and the beef was just as I like it. Though I got the lunch portion, I still had leftovers to take home which speaks to the generous portion. Service was great. We were greeted and sat down pretty quickly, and our server was attentive. The food came out pretty quickly as well.

Pretty reliable spot for Thai food with an okay amount of space inside - it's comfortable. There's also a random pho option, which is surprisingly good. I've tried a variety of dishes here, and it's above average every time. Service is good - my water cup is always full though. Plenty of parking with it being in the shopping center. Good for grabbing dinner while also handling other business.

My daughter in law is from Thailand, so finding a Thai restaurant that is good, is an important consideration. Finn Thai fit the bill. Finn Thai catered our birthday lunch. The food was amazing. I really liked the chicken satay. The chicken was juicy and tender. The peanut dipping sauce was so full of flavor. I loved it. The fried rice was excellent. There were loads of shrimp, pork, and chicken. The rice was so tasty. We also had chicken pad Thai which was super yummy. There were big chunks of delicious chicken. I really love how they allow you to adjust the spice level to your taste. Service was good and the food was packed well for traveling. There were very generous portions and we all ate until we were stuffed. It is a very clean and nice space. I would definitely use them again for catering. Thanks Finn Thai!

I tried Finn Thai on the recommendation of a friend and I wasn't disappointed. The dishes we had were really good. Prices were a bit higher than other area Thai restaurants. The ambiance at the Reston location was very comfortable and cozy. We went for lunch and ordered the somtum papaya salad (1 spice level out of 2), drunken noodles (1 spice level), and the chicken chili basil (2 spice levels). The somtum came out quickly and was fresh and crispy. It had some good sourness to it and the spice was very mild. If you like yours spicier, you might want to ask them to adjust it for more. The drunken noodles were similarly mild. They are listed on the menu with 2 spice levels and, having not dined here before, we asked for it milder, fearing it would be too spicy. I recommend you order it as listed (2 spice levels). We got ours with tofu and the tofu was cooked to a very firm crispiness outside while still being soft inside. The sauce and flavoring were good. I was a little disappointed in the size of the portion relative to the menu price, as well as the lack of vegetables. This had onions mixed in and came on a few large leaves of lettuce with sliced tomatoes on the side. I consider the lettuce and tomatoes more of a garnish rather than integrated vegetables. The chicken basil was excellent. The portion was big and the thin slices of white meat chicken were huge. The spice started out mild but slowly built to a decent level. I still like mine spicier so I might ask for that at my next visit. This pad krapow was better than what I've had at most of the other area Thai restaurants. Overall, the prices were higher than I'm used to, but I'll still be back to try other dishes.

let me tell you how amazing this spot is.. authentic and flavorful thai food at good prices. You can get anything off the menu and it won't miss. The crispy rice salad is definitely top tier. The thai teas are delicious. Pad thai is probably the best pad thai i ever had. Its super clean with a cute aesthetic. They have fast service because we were actually the only party there but all in all Im so happy we found this place!

Basil chicken, Thai spicy. Not really Thai hot, chicken a little dry, but good. Would try something different next visit.

My wife and I eeded a quick meal while in the neighborhood so gave Finn Thai a try. The interior is quite inviting, well decorated and comfortable. I ordered the basil chicken, Thai spicy, and my wife ordered the drunken noodles, American spicy, with minced chicken. The food arrived very quickly, a good thing because we were in a hurry. My wife thought the drunken noodles was the best she has eaten anywhere. I had a try, and can confirm it was pretty good. My Thai spicy basil chicken had some heat, but not quite Thai spicy. The flavor was not as flavorful as the drunken noodles, but good. the chicken though was a bit dry inside. Overall, I would go back. I will try the Firecracker chicken next time though, it looked good too.

Tempura, soup and broccoli were all wonderful.

My first visit here and so glad I did. Very clean, very fresh and generous amount of food served. Excellent service too!

Server Kelly M. took our order for a Caesar Salad, Margarita Pizza and a glass of red wine (light meal). A different person delivered the salad and pizza to us, and the food was good. However, we never saw Kelly from the time she took our order until we finished eating. She then showed up with an empty wine glass, said the wine order did not get put in, and asked if I still wanted it. I said "no" since we were done with our meal. At that time, I requested the Cheesecake w/cherries for my complimentary dessert, a small box for pizza, and the check. More than 20 minutes later, Kelly brought a box and the check, but no dessert. She then asked if I "had decided" on a dessert. I repeated that I would like Cheesecake with cherries. After nearly 30 minutes there was no sign of our waitress and no dessert. We were not happy at this point, left cash payment on the table, and walked out. We have eaten at Reston 60 Vines multiple times. No complaints about previous visits; food and service were very good. However, due to the long waits, inattention, and mistakes by our server on this visit, we were very disappointed. We felt management should be aware of this so they can correct the problem. I'm sure you expect better from your employees. We will have to think twice about dining on your patio this summer. Linda

The standout for me was the patatas bravas--perfectly crispy potatoes paired with a spectacular garlic aioli. The truffle sheep's cheese was also outstanding, rich and flavorful, although the truffle honey didn't quite deliver on its promise--I could barely taste the truffle. It also only came with one slice of toasted bread, but thankfully the bread service helped stretch the dish (and even then, there was still cheese left over). The spiced beef empanadas were nicely crisp and satisfying. The grilled octopus, however, was just okay--slightly over-charred, which made it hard to fully appreciate the flavor. On the other hand, the paella salvaje was excellent, loaded with chicken, gaucho sausage, pork belly, chickpeas, and pickled onions. Definitely a must-order--but be sure to put it in early since it takes a while to prepare. For dessert, the flan catalan was a great finish--not overly sweet and nicely balanced. The wine list is another highlight, with plenty of good options available by the glass. We ordered the paella first and followed it with four tapas, which ended up being plenty of food for four people. Pricing came out to about $45 per person before tip, which felt reasonable for the quality and quantity. The interior has a warm, stylish vibe with lots of wood and dark tones, though it does feel a bit cramped--tables and booths are quite close together, and it can get pretty loud. Service was friendly and well-paced. It does get busy during peak hours, so reservations are highly recommended (they use Tock). Overall, a great spot for tapas with a lively atmosphere--just be prepared for some noise and tight seating.

He was yelling at the poor young man in front of the entire restaurant, over and over again about a simple mistake. I have been a manager of a restaurant before just this past year and how this man behaved was incredibly unacceptable, in front of CUSTOMERS no less. It makes me wonder and fear how this man behaves when customers are not around. I fear for all of the workers who work with this man - I would genuinely be shocked if that nice young man still works at this establishment because of how he was treated. Every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, especially in service positions, and the manager / owner is supposed to be the person supporting these service workers. This man does not treat his workers with dignity and respect. If he continues to have a job at this establishment, then this restaurant deserves to be run into the ground because they clearly do not care about their workers if they allow this unprofessional abuse to continue.
