He completed the job exactly as promised, arrived on time, and left the work site spotless when he finished. Most importantly, my tenants were very happy with the results. Eugene's communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what was being done. He also provided quotes for future projects, which I greatly appreciated. It's rare to find someone who is so honest, hardworking, reliable, and fair. Eugene is not only highly skilled but also a genuinely great person to work with. His integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail set him apart from others in the industry. I would not hesitate to hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and a stress-free experience. If you're looking for someone you can trust to get the job done right, Eugene is the person to call.

I didn't realize how much getting my: kitchen faucet tightened, office corner-shelves installed or a two floating shelves properly installed (after a previous handyman didn't place into the studs and one failed leaving books on my head!), and getting my doorbell replaced would improve my mental wellbeing. Our homes are a direct reflection of our mental health. I'd had those projects on my "to do list" for months but haven't trusted anyone to come into my home and help. I hired Eugene because he was quick to respond here to my request, he didn't ask for extra fees or anything unfair at all. He showed up and fixed my faucet for free until he was going to return and tackle my list. I'm slow to trust someone so.. Working alongside him I found that he is smart, resourceful, energetic, safety conscious and very fair in his prices and dealings. I feel fortunate to have found him and I have a list of other projects I'll chip away as I can afford them. I'll post more when he helps on these items, because he deserves to stay busy and grow his business--I'd love to help him--he's a FAIR & SQUARE PROFESSIONAL! I trust him and would vouch for him thus far.

I had to spend $400 to replace the window glass. Also, when they tried to clean the bird poop on the stucco wall, they sprayed water to it the poop and stained the stucco wall badly. Then told me that the bird poop has acid inside. Shouldn't he know before he messes up? I had to buy $120 new paint and forced the guy to repaint for me. Worse, they are supposed to clean the upstairs windows. But they didn't clean from inside. When I asked about it. The worker said he did clean. That was a flat out lie because I was upstairs all the time. None of the 3 crew ever went to upstairs. Same thing about the solar panels. Nobody even went up to the roof, but they told me cleaned already.

We first reached out to 21st Century Painters back in May 2022 for a whole-house estimate. Although…read morewe weren't ready to kick off the project just yet, their reasonable quote and stellar reputation in the Austin area kept them at the top of my list. Fast forward to March 2026: as we began preparing for broader home renovations, we reconnected with them for an updated whole-house quote. After hiring a handyman to take care of minor repairs around the house, we were finally ready to paint by May. Because 21st Century is so popular with local school districts and commercial clients, their summer schedule fills up fast. However, they promised they could start our project in August during the first week of school, and they delivered right on schedule. Throughout the planning phase, they were incredibly responsive to all my questions and accommodating whenever I needed to update our project scope. When work began, the execution was incredible. They initially estimated the job would take between a week and a half to two weeks. For our nearly 3,200 sq. ft. home, we stayed at a nearby Airbnb expecting a longer process, but their team was so efficient they started on Monday and wrapped up completely by Saturday! The quality of work was outstanding, and their customer service is truly top-notch. As a self-proclaimed perfectionist, I was amazed when I did my initial walkthrough. There were only a few minor spots that needed touch-ups; everything else looked flawless. The owner, Gary, and project manager, Mike, maintained excellent communication and knew the exact status of the project at all times. The crew was courteous, respectful of our belongings, and made sure the house was securely locked up every day. During the final walkthrough, Gary personally ensured I was 100% satisfied and had the team address the few touch-up spots right on the spot. They were so appreciative of our flexibility with scheduling that they even brought a box of donuts to the final walkthrough! Our home literally feels brand new now, and we are so excited to enjoy it for years to come. I will definitely be hiring 21st Century for any future painting needs.

I came home from work to let them in, and they did not show! And they did not call to cancel. So, I called Sparkle Windows USA, and no one answered. I left a message. I called back an hour later and a woman (Mimi) answered the phone. I explained what happened, and she apologized saying they were overwhelmed with a response to a Groupon promotion they had run. We rescheduled for the following Friday. The next Friday there was rain in the morning. Harris called to cancel the 2:00- 5:00 afternoon appointment because of rain. By afternoon, the skies were clear. In spite of clear skies at my house, once again, I had to reschedule. So, today I came home from work again for the third time. Harris did show up this time by himself (no advanced call) and came into my house only to tell me that he could not wash my windows unless I paid more money. When I said I was not willing to pay more, he walked outside, got in his truck, and drove away. No negotiation. No discussion. He just left. Such deceptive business practices, and SUCH a waste of time and money. Beware! Stay away from Mimi and Harris' Sparkle Windows USA.

We had just purchased a house built in 1978 and it needed a TON of work. He showed up and walked through with us while we pointed out things we wanted to do. Within a few days his crew showed up to start the demo. Everyone was masked up and so friendly. It was amazing how quick they got the house prepped and demoed. We were living in our guest house in the back of our property but it was still amazing to see the progress every day. Ultra Services remodeled our entire house. New Kitchen, cabinets, new floors, new bathrooms, new closets, retextured walls, installed skylights, new electrical, plumbing, new windows, full paint interior/exterior, structural work, and roof support. Darinel was very responsive and showed up almost daily to check in on his crew and let us know what progress would be happening. The work they did surpassed our expectations ten fold. We plan on building another small house on our property and will be using USR again. In fact, we have already referred Ultra to friends and family that are planning their remodels.
